We hired Morgan to help us with wedding coordination for our big day as a month-of/day-of coordinator. From the get-go, she was very easy to communicate with and always available when we needed to talk through anything. She was well-prepared for all of our pre-wedding meetings, and willing to take on anything we asked her to do, including communicating with our vendors. She made sure we were on-task with getting our vendors booked and décor and music decisions made in plenty of time. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she made my vision for the day come to life in every way. She will spoil you, say yes to all the little things, and make you feel so loved and taken care of! I had complete confidence in her and her team on wedding day and the only nervous feelings I had were the normal, fun, wedding jitters! She was an absolute rockstar, ensuring that even when little things went slightly awry, she had a back-up plan that made the wedding day go so smoothly. My caterers ran behind, but she adjusted our reception order of events to still maximize our time on the dance floor - which she knew was a major priority for us. She made sure that an unexpected trip to Food Lion was made to add some color to our florals when our florist got things mixed up. She made sure my husband and I had our vehicle packed with extra wedding food and drink for our send off, and it made our honeymoon afterwards such a restful experience free of meal prep, haha! Family and friends even said she and her team did an amazing job with organizing the after-wedding cleanup and made wonderful comments about her when we returned home from our honeymoon. Not only that, Morgan can keep a secret (or 3!) for ya! I planned so many surprises for my husband on our wedding day, and she helped me pull them off successfully, communicating with our vendors, videoing little snippets, taking pictures, and capturing so many moments throughout the entire day. My only regret is that we didn't get a picture with her to commemorate the adventure of wedding planning we all went on together throughout that season of our lives! Without a doubt, Morgan played a pivotal role in making our wedding day the most wonderful day of our lives, and we would highly recommend her and her team for coordinating your wedding!

Melanie with Details Wedding Planning is the absolute best!! We hired Details for month out/partial planning and everything was great from start to finish. I live in FL and our wedding was in Cashiers, NC, so having her in the same state definitely helped with vendor recommendations and knowing her way around! I work in the wedding industry and can be a little bit type A, so month out planning was perfect for us! Melanie helped us fine tune all of the craziness and we couldn't have done it without her! Leading up to the wedding, she was extremely communicative and made me feel like I was the only bride she had :) On the wedding day, everything ran so smoothly because of her and her assistant, Kendra! There were a couple mishaps that happened on wedding day that were out of their control like a guest passing out, plumping stopped working temporarily at the venue, etc, and they handled everything with such grace and professionalism, that I had no idea anything had happened till after it was already taken care of and fixed. Working with Matt Starnes and the Hospitality Butler team was the best decision I made for our wedding in April 2025. We hired them for full-service planning, and from start to finish, Matt brought professionalism, warmth, and unmatched attention to detail. As a detail-oriented bride, I had a strong vision, and Matt honored that while also offering his own thoughtful, creative ideas like carrying the floral design into the ceiling of the tent and recreating a fringe linen I loved for our champagne and cake tables. I trusted him fully. He ensured our crest appeared consistently across the event, and he found a way to display the handwritten notes we wrote for each guest in a meaningful and beautiful way. When I had a dress malfunction with my gown on the wedding day, Matt stepped in immediately, he wrapped his arms around me, reassured me, and had his team fix it on the spot. That kind of care and responsiveness is exactly what you want on such an important day. Matt cares and that is something I will always cherish. She worked well with all the vendors and I received compliments about her from both vendors and wedding guests. Not only was she amazing on the day of, when my dj cancelled 3 days before the wedding, she leaped into action and helped me remain calm.
