Our a la carte luxury picnic packages start at $270 for two guests and can host up to 12. Each setup includes styled décor, rugs, pillows, a charcuterie board, drinks, and personalized details. Perfect for proposals, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, or baby showers. We handle set up and clean up so you can relax and enjoy a picture-perfect celebration.

    Beautiful

    The Spread Picnics made our celebration unforgettable! We booked the Daydream theme for a bachelorette party in Charlotte and it was perfect. The picnic was already set up when we arrived — rugs, pillows, flowers, charcuterie, and little touches that felt so thoughtful. Everything looked beautiful and we didn’t have to lift a finger. Such a creative and fun way to celebrate with friends — I would book again in a heartbeat!

    Detail Oriented and so easy!!

    I can’t recommend The Spread Picnics & Events enough! We booked a luxury picnic in Charlotte for a bridal shower and it was absolutely stunning. The setup looked straight out of Pinterest — every detail was so thoughtful, from the chic décor to the charcuterie board and drinks. Everything was handled from start to finish, which made it stress-free for us and so special for the bride. If you’re planning a proposal, shower, or girls’ day, this is such a unique and memorable experience!

Once you book your picnic, we take care of everything - from setup to cleanup. When you arrive at your chosen location, your luxury picnic will be fully styled and ready for you to enjoy. After your reserved time ends, you simply leave, and we return to handle the breakdown.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date, time, and location. Without this deposit, your reservation is not confirmed
The remaining 50% is due no later than 72 hours (3 days) before your event. If not paid on time, your reservation may be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.
We do not require a damage deposit upfront. However, by booking with us, you agree to take full financial responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to our property during your event. This includes, but is not limited to: Tableware and glassware Décor and floral arrangements Games and furnishings Excessive cleaning required beyond normal use If any item needs repair or replacement, an invoice will be issued after the event.

We host picnics at local parks, beaches, private residences, and even backyards. Not sure where to go? We're happy to help you choose the perfect location.
We know Charlotte weather can be unpredictable. If inclement weather is expected, The Spread reserves the right to reschedule at our sole discretion. We’ll notify you via text or email and attempt to reschedule your picnic for another day and time. You may also opt to move your picnic indoors or reschedule it within 3 months of the original event date.
We’re committed to making your experience smooth and enjoyable. To help us stay on schedule for all our clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. A 30-minute grace period is allowed after your scheduled start time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your picnic may be considered a no-show, and we reserve the right to begin teardown or prepare for the next setup. Please note: your reservation begins at the scheduled time, not your arrival time. We’ll always be ready on time—and we kindly ask the same of you so you can enjoy every minute of your experience.
At The Spread, your health and safety are just as important to us as the aesthetic. After every picnic, all equipment—including tableware, linens, décor, and seating—is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected to ensure it’s fresh and ready for the next guest. We take great care in maintaining our items so you can relax and enjoy your time with confidence.
