Kelton was highly familiar with our venue - all amplification and sound was perfect from the moment my brother/officiant sound checked through the final song. We threw a few curveballs at him for reception microphone needs including toast-givers of all volumes to a song sung by my family to the Eagles fight song. No feedback, everyone was heard clearly. Kelton absolutely nailed the dance floor vibe and energy. Every song that came on was perfectly timed and truly got everyone on the dance floor at least once. “We booked John with Power Play Entertainment for our wedding and are extremely happy we did. We did a lot of research into DJs during the planning process as we knew it was an important role and could mean the difference between a fun wedding and an awkward one. From the moment we talked to John on our initial call, we knew he was the right fit for us. Aside from reception music, John covered music at the ceremony and cocktail hour, microphones and sound for us and our officiant, lighting for our reception, and a custom monogram that turned out amazing. We had a few special requests from our processional song, to passing out glow sticks and other favors, to having a surprise musical guest for the father daughter dance and all were managed great by John. John brought along Guy as his assistant/our second DJ and he was amazing as well. Both were ready to make sure we had everything we needed for the entire day and were professional with how they handled everything. At the end of the day, John kept everything going smoothly from the ceremony to the reception, he was a great emcee, played everything we wanted to hear, and most importantly he kept everyone dancing all night long. What also sold us was all the extra services he had! Everything all in one place. In all I booked the sparklers, smoke machine, 360 Photo Booth, an Emcee, and gobo lights. My first dance, OMG. Guests are sending me videos they took. Being in the experience was one thing. Watching the videos, I couldn’t stop crying at how beautiful it turned out. “My now husband and I just got married on 02.27.26 and working with Chris was a dream. When it came time to plan our wedding, we always we knew we wanted a DJ who does things their own way and not a “traditional” wedding DJ/MC. From our very first touch point, we knew Chris was the one. His branding alone says it all — if you are looking for someone to just play the top 100 wedding hits and nothing else, then you’re probably in the wrong place. Music is extremely important to us and was one of the top things that mattered to us for our wedding to create a certain type of vibe. We love all different genres of music but also have a special place in our hearts for EDM, for example. We wanted someone who would incorporate elements of all our favorite genres and mix it well. We learned on our first phone call that Chris is a musician by trade, worked at Johnny Brenda’s booking shows and events for over a decade, and continues to share his love for music as an adjunct professor during the week and as a DJ on weekends. I say this because all of this was a huge selling point for us: Chris is someone who knows music and knows it well. He knows how to take someone else’s interests and song selections and build on top of that to tell a story. His passion is palpable from talking to him and we had so much fun chatting on the phone and geeking out about music. This brings me to my next point: the collaboration process was extremely seamless and easy. He uses a tool called Vibo where there’s a schedule in which you can input song choices for each section of the night. He used this as the master list and when it came time for our final planning meeting, this really helped guide the conversation around the flow of events for the evening as well as other artists and songs we might be interested in. Chris had also worked at our venue (Philadelphia Distilling) before so he knew a lot about the run of the show and how the space worked which was incredibly helpful. To say Chris understood the assignment is underselling it — he totally knocked it out of the park. Our guest list which ranged all ages was eating that playlist UP. Several people came up to us saying “I can’t believe he played Bad Bunny, this is the COOLEST wedding I’ve ever been to by far”. I honestly get emotional just writing this because all we ever wanted was to create something our guests would love and music is so essential to the environment you’re in, and Chris nailed it. 1000000/10 would recommend him over and over again to anyone looking for a wedding or event DJ that will listen to you, collaborate with you, and throw an AMAZING party that people will be talking about for years to come.”

“Ralph was the best vendor I have ever worked with for a Photo Booth. He was communicative, professional and timely in his responses. I fell ill just before the event and he upped his communication to make sure I could rest easy that the event would go well. It was an outdyevent so I provided him with a pop up canopy for shade. He came prepared as the event was poolside and he managed selfies even for patrons who had been in the pool. “Big Sound! Tons of FUN! 10 stars! My husband Shawn and I have not stopped raving about DJ Greg since our wedding! Our friends keep calling us to tell us how much fun they had! We had on wedding Halloween weekend and we wanted it to be a party. We had a little over 300 guests and we went with their big package plus a few add ons. We loved the Dancing on the Cloud! During our phone consultation, we told Greg that we that after the first 20 or 30 minutes or so we wanted a primarily EDM (house, G-House, & drum n’ bass) set for our open dancing. DJ Greg was totally on board and made us feel confident that he was the right guy for the kind of music we wanted; On our wedding day, he absolutely crushed it! He honored all of our MUST-play selections, mixed in other songs of his own that worked perfectly with the vibe, and overall just delivered such a fun and awesome night for us!
