Our daughter and son-in-law had their wedding at City Winery Hudson Valley a few weeks ago and we are thrilled with our entire experience! We worked with Lerika from the very beginning when we first toured as our Sales Manager and communications with her throughout the process were perfect. Lerika also worked extremely well with our planner (Lauren F. from Wild Blooms – recommended by CW) and the two of them made sure all details were perfect. When we first toured CW, we loved all the different spaces and, due to a rainy wedding day, were very grateful for the many options. Although we intended for the ceremony to be by the river, the indoor space was beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop made even more beautiful with white flowers that popped against the brick and windows. And having cocktail hour within the bar area and restaurant, which they closed for us, made our event very private and allowed for sufficient seating during that time. The buttlered hors d’oeuvres were plentiful and the stations constantly replenished so they always looked stocked. Service was incredible throughout the day and our guests appeared to be served dinner all at once, and wait staff were very attentive. There were never lines at the bar during cocktail hour or the reception which was helped by the table wine service. We chose the Steak Bavette for our beef entrée and I was concerned the 6 oz standard portion would be too small so we upgraded to 8 oz which ended up being huge! And all the food served throughout the day was delicious! Lerika was attentive throughout the wedding day as was Tiffany, the CW event coordinator, who we did not meet until that day. Lerika and Tiffany anticipated our needs and made sure we were all taken care of throughout the day. Security identified a potential issue with one of our guests who had too much to drink and discreetly and professionally addressed it without our even knowing about it. We had more than 160 guests in attendance and the space was big enough to ensure it was easy to move around the tables while still feeling intimate. I love that we were able to place only two rows of tables on each side of the dance floor so everyone was close to the activity and never far apart. Our guests danced throughout the wedding which made it very fun. With recommendations from CW, we selected a florist (Laruen P. from Wild Blooms) and bistro lighting from Fox Haus that transformed the space and made it so beautiful. All the photos are absolutely gorgeous even though most were taken indoors. We also reserved the boiler bar for the guys to get ready which was fun for them and the Nest for the ladies which was spacious and beautiful. And lastly, we hosted an afterparty in the boiler bar for the friends of the bride and groom which was perfect to give them extra time with their close friends! CW hosts a combined food tasting for all couples with scheduled weddings and it gave us a great glimpse of what the actual wedding day would be like with plenty of special and personal touches for the bride and groom. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was, and we continue to receive so many compliments from our guests! It was fun, it was beautiful, it was delicious, it was perfectly what our daughter and son-in-law envisioned!

We cannot speak more highly of the Inn at West Settlement. From the minute we stepped onto the West Settlement property, we knew it was the perfect venue for us. Speaking with Kim just reinforced it - she was always responsive, no-nonsense, and helpful, and we quickly learned to trust her eye for flower design, decor, and how to set up the ceremony. Everyone who works on the property and at the events is the same:) We hosted 90 of our family and friends there for our wedding in June, and were able to host three beautiful events - a casual welcome BBQ, our ceremony and reception, and a goodbye brunch. The whole experience reinforced that we made the right decision in hosting our wedding with them. Everyone who attended raved about the location and that it was the most special wedding they've ever been to - we'd like to think we had something to do with it (!) but honestly most of it had to do with the gorgeous scenery, the laid back vibe, the local flowers and food, and the intimate and rustic barn where we held the reception.

It’s clear that they’re not just in the wedding business—they’re creating memories and crafting perfect experiences with love and intention. From day one, they made us feel like our wedding was just as important to them as it was to us. Blenheim is a beautiful property and the perfect location for a Catskills wedding. Min and Morton are accommodating owners who made sure all of our needs were considered and facilitated. If you want to have an upscale barn wedding that is a highly memorable affair this is absolutely the venue for you! The food is amazing, the staff is on top of everything (shoutout to Rosie!), and the setting is gorgeous. We had multiple wedding events (welcome party, wedding, after party and farewell brunch) and every one was amazing!

Windham Manor was everything we could have wanted. Susan and Barry are amazing! We got married outside in the enchanted forest in Nov ‘24 and it was beautiful. The barn was a fantastic place to host our 200 guests for our reception. The house that you can rent right next to the barn fits 33 people and is perfect for your wedding party to stay. We hosted our rehearsal dinner and after party right at the house as well. Karen, the house manager went above and behind to assist us throughout our stay.

We could not have asked for a more beautiful, inclusive, and accessible venue! Knowing that the vast majority of our guests would have to fly in to our wedding, no matter where we had it, it was important to us that we had a venue we could book for the whole weekend. Combined with all of the amenities Wylder offers, it was a no-brainer. The wedding weekend would not have gone as smoothly as it did without the incredible staff, particularly Andrea and Faith. From the moment of our first phone call until we were leaving the farewell brunch, they took care of us every step of the way. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating, and Wylder truly felt like our home for the weekend. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful venue (with a lovely rain/cold weather location, which we ended up using), incredible food, and great service!

From the moment we pulled up to Timber Lake Camp and saw the mountain views we knew we wanted our wedding there. The views and grounds are absolutely beautiful. We knew we wanted to be able to have time to spend with all of our family and friends and TLC allowed us to do just that. Meredith was AMAZING throughout the entire planning process, always answering our emails in a timely fashion and willing to schedule a call for us. She helped us coordinate visits to the camp before our big day so we could plan accordingly. We were able to arrive (with family) on Thursday to start setting up everything for the weekend, which was great because it allowed us to have some time on Friday to relax before all our guests started to arrive. One of the great things about TLC is you can make the wedding into anything you would like it to be, granted it takes a lot of extra work, planning, and coordination, but I would not have changed a thing. Our guests have not stopped raving about how thoughtful all of the details we put into the wedding were and how much the venue represented us a people and a couple. The TLC staff were absolutely incredible the weekend of our wedding. From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted at the front gate, given directions on parking, and then provided transportation via golf cart to their cabins. Everyone had such a great time at the camp. Reggie and Sheila (and other staff) made us DELICIOUS meals throughout the weekend that everyone enjoyed! Scott was amazing in helping coordinate all of the events for the weekend and making sure everything ran smoothly. Special shout out to Willow for his support and assistance with everything and anything that came up during the weekend! At all points there were golf carts around to transport our guests anywhere they needed to go, whether it was to the bonfire Friday and Saturday nights, the golf course, the kickball game Saturday morning, to/from ceremony, or just getting around the camp, someone was there to help. We chose to open the waterfront for Saturday (an extra fee), but was so worth it. Our guests had the best time going down the water slide, kayaking, and using the pool before the wedding. We cannot recommend TLC for your wedding weekend enough!

Everyone loved our wedding. We had so much fun swimming, boating & fishing in the lake on the days before the wedding. We not only rented the 3 cabins on the property, but we also put up glamping tents near the cabins. We had 32 people staying here for 3 nights and 4 days. We had our rehearsal dinner, wedding and brunch the day after the wedding under a beautiful tent alongside the lake. It was breathtaking. My family and friends can’t stop talking about how much fun our 4 days together were. The owners are in a cabin at the back of the property, so they were there for us whenever we needed them all week.

Staff all around is the best staff you can ask for. Chef Dave, I will never stop craving his tenderloin! He truly has a passion of making the best food for each wedding. Our guest still text me about all his food. Brittany was amazing. I had last minute changes out of my control and she always found the best way to make things work! Tim the Banquet manager was always around ready to make sure it all ran smoothly. Ryan the lift operations manager kept Brittany updated on the weather day of and when it didn’t look good at the bottom he drove up to make sure he truly had say no to us going to the summit (it was 30 degrees with 45 kt winds) he and his crew opened the lift for 2 hours the next day so we could still get our summit pictures and they all had smiles on their faces. Truly every staff member had an impact in making our day more than we could of dreamed for! Overall, Hunter Mountain Resort provided an exceptional experience and incredible value, and I would highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding

Yes! CHOOSE THIS VENUE!! You’ve found the right place! We are finally getting around to posting our review about the most perfect wedding venue we could have imagined! We saw Maple Shade November ‘22 when we were ‘shopping’ for a wedding venue; choosing it was a no brainer. The barn itself is unique and different than any others we have seen and it comes with everything. Dining area upstairs, separate from the cocktail hour, dancing, downstairs bar, lounge area, game room (this place has it all!). Long farm tables are gorgeous within themselves and need minimal decorations. And with the venue having SO MUCH on site, there was no need for us to order and prepare any other decor items like we would have needed at some of the ‘Blank Canvas’ barns we initially considered. The barn sits on acres and acres of land, giving you the option of where to have your ceremony, we chose right in front of the pond where our wedding party had a grand entrance from the large barn doors. MAGICAL! Enough about the venue, although we hope this paints an accurate picture! Everything you could need is there!! More importantly, Jay and Abby Wilson (owners of Maple Shade) are absolute rockstars. From our first visit and follow up phone call, we knew working together would be a breeze. They were helpful in our initial planning stages, helping us plan different details, offering extremely helpful advice. Wedding day they were like conductors of an orchestra, making sure everyone and everything were in place and running according to plan. It was PERFECT! And when uncontrollable things don’t go to plan, they had us covered! On our wedding day in late July, there was a high percentage of rain expected only during the time of our ceremony; Jay and Abby made the call that morning to put up a tent and made all the adjustments needed without causing bride and groom any extra stress… THANK GOD they did - it literally monsooned during the ceremony, like nothing we've seen before at an outdoor wedding! (Just a fluke storm rolling though). They reminded us that as a bride and groom getting married at their venue, they make the same decisions for us and our guests that they would make for their own children. They are kind and caring and so fun, and certainly know how to run a wedding venue. We respected, trusted and appreciated all their knowledge and hard work. It’s definitely not their first rodeo! As we will continue to call this day "the best day ever," we are very grateful to Jay and Abby for all of their help, attention to detail, and their ability to see and understand our vision for the most perfect wedding we could have imagined. Ps- they made a few recommendations for supplementary vendors (catering, DJ, bartenders) and all their recommendations were also HOME RUNS! It was such a smooth operation.

Being able to celebrate with our family and friends at a place that added such beauty and magic was what I wanted! I always say to Ms. Gioja that her place makes you feel at peace, being away from the business of this world and to be surrounded by sounds of nature. What a feeling?! They have great pride in their home and gardens and tend to it with love, care, and dedication. Daniel and Mario were such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They are the ultimate professionals, yet also so kind and warm. Couples are so incredibly lucky to get to work with them. Daniel brought out my best creativity and organizational skills, making me think about countless things I would never have considered. We hired Daniel to be our day of coordinator, which is a decision I would highly recommend. No one knows M&D and the local vendors better than him. His recommendations were all stellar and he made suggestions while also listening to us and honoring our vision. He worked with us to be thorough and organized and the result was the most perfect day. Everyone always says to be prepared for things to go wrong on your wedding day. In our eyes, and our guests' eyes, nothing went wrong. Everything was spectacular! That is completely thanks to Daniel! We are so appreciative and in awe of him. Looking back at photos feels like a never ending "pinch me" moment of sheer perfection. Mario and Daniel have created a little slice of heaven. When we were searching for a venue, we visited A Private Estate in the depth of winter during a snowstorm, but even then, we immediately knew it was the perfect place for us. The property was beautifully maintained, and the convenience of having the Carriage House accommodation along with the barn for the reception made it a much better value than most other venues we considered. We chose to have our ceremony outside, overlooking the Hudson River, which created a breathtaking and peaceful setting for our vows. The manor house made for a stunning backdrop for our family photos, adding a touch of elegance to the day. We held our reception in the barn, which we highly recommend to other couples. The rustic charm of the space, combined with the elegance of the estate, created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. Our mid-August wedding was made even more memorable by the beauty and ambiance of the setting. The property manager, Jack, went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. Not only did he assist us with practical matters, like putting up blinds in the Carriage House to help our family members' kids sleep, but he also saved the day when a special bottle of wine we had intended to keep was accidentally thrown out by the caterers. Jack took it upon himself to dig it up and return it to us—an act of kindness we won’t forget. We are incredibly grateful for the hospitality and attention to detail from both Jack and Ripley. My husband and I just got married at the Caboose and cannot say enough good things about the venue and its team. There's something magical about it. The space is gorgeous, warm, and inviting. The lighting, the garden, the intimate, communal feel, the food presentation. The food is by far the best you'll have. All of our guests agreed and were truly raving about it. It is by no means typical "wedding food" and is one of the many elements that makes this venue special. Not only was the food better than most restaurants, but the menu is so unique and highly customizable. Their focus on seasonal ingredients is truly special. If you're looking to have an elevated but understated dinner and dance party, this is the venue for you. The staff was so kind and executed our vision better than we could have imagined. You'd never know the venue/team is new. The Caboose is perfect and we could not recommend it or the entire team enough. Even the getting ready space above Kitty's restaurant was perfect. What a special place! We were blown away and can't wait to see what else this team does. They really know what they're doing here.
