Elevating the art of weddings into a three-day celebration of love, The Arnold House redefines the wedding experience, offering a personalized approach tailored to you. Our curated wedding weekends are available for every season and designed for couples who yearn for more than just a single day of festivities. Peak season is considered mid May through the end of October and requires a minimum of 120 guests and a maximum of 200 guests. Off peak season is considered November through Mid May with a maximum of 90 guests. At The Arnold House, we don't just host weddings; we create a celebration that spans all weekend long.

Your vows exchanged in The Greenhouse will forever be etched in your hearts and the memories of your guests. The Greenhouse allows for up to 130 guests for a seated ceremony or up to 90 guests for a seated dinner.

This counts as anywhere from after Memorial Day Weekend through the end of October. Site is fee $16,000 - $24,000 (date specific). We offer 3 menu tiers $170 per/person, $185 per/person & $210 per/ person. There is a minimum requirement of 120+ guests during Peak Season. Food & beverage requirement of $30,000-$45,000. This is date specific.

Off Peak Season
Off Peak Season counts as anywhere from November through mid May. Site fee: Ranges from $5,000 - $12,000 depending on date. We offer 3 menu tiers $170 per/person , $185 per/person & $210 per/ person. Off peak season has a maximum of 90 guests with the exception of May & early November. Food & beverage minimums are date specific.

There is no better place to get married!
I’m going to give it to you straight: this is the most magical, beautiful, special place to have a wedding. We got married at The Arnold House in June 2026. They let us really make the space ours, even letting us come up early to set up some special things we made. The pool was a highlight for guests who stayed the weekend, and the back meadow was a dreamy place for our ceremony. The barn was so pretty and spacious for the reception, while the greenhouse really elevated the space into something unique and chic. The space is just the half of it. What really sets this place apart is the service. In the year and a half leading up to the wedding, Emily and the AH could not have been more accommodating, patient, helpful and encouraging. As a Type A (AAA) bride, I sent Emily some ridiculous emails about “what if”s, and “can we”s and “what do you think”s and she took it all in with grace and enthusiasm. During the weekend, Will and John took care of not just us, but of our entire family. My dad (an incredibly particular, old-school, Italian guy) could not stop raving about them. Finally: the food. People couldn’t say enough about the appetizers (the lobster rolls are INSANE), the steak and fish, the brussel sprouts and the cookies for dessert. Dante and his team prepared every dish with excellence and had a beautiful presentation to match. They were so willing to adjust and refine the menu to make it personal to me and my now husband, and I couldn’t be more grateful. So, coming from the most neurotic, detail-oriented person, the Arnold House took care of everything and more. They made our wedding unforgettable and, to quote most of our guests, “the f***ing coolest.” Thank you!

BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER
We had our wedding at The Arnold House on September 6, 2025, and it was everything we dreamed of and more! Literally every moment exceeded all expectations and I can’t stress enough that if I could give 1,000 stars I would. The grounds and spaces are absolutely breathtaking, from the ceremony sites to the reception areas, every corner of the property is filled with whimsy and wonder. Our photographer had an endless supply of amazing spots for photos throughout the weekend! Most people will tour the venue during the off season and believe me when I say it is worth the wait to see it in all its glory come summer/fall! The barn barely needs decorating, it's SO charming itself, the greenhouse is incredible with all its plants and life, the sunroom is the cutest spot ever, the outdoor ceremony sites are so magical with the trees, wildflowers and pond, the bluestone patio was perfect for our private first dance and the big circle meadow for ceremony or rehearsal dinner is literally straight out of a taylor swift music video. I was obsessed. But what makes The Arnold House so special is the people. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel completely at home and like family. And not like we were in their home but like they were in OUR home. They constantly reminded us that the property was ours for the weekend, our friends and family felt it and so did we. Will and Emily were by our side every step of the way — no request was ever too big, and their calm, caring presence made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. Their level of customer service is something I’ve truly never seen. You know they’re good when guests that weren’t even involved in the process were naming them and singing their praises. Rita and Lori brought such energy and kindness behind the bar and during late-night festivities; they made sure every guest felt welcome and cared for with amazing cocktails and conversation just such a blast! Also cannot get through this without stating that our guests are still raving about the food — Brittany is an incredible chef, and we heard over and over again that this was the best wedding meal they had ever had. And you know it’s true when they’re calling out dishes by name “OMG the horseradish sauce on the steak? Those crispy brussels? And the whipped feta?” Every bite was thoughtful, flavorful, and beautifully presented and felt super personal and not at all cookie cutter. And cannot leave out John who greeted everyone with such warmth and attentiveness, all the way through to our final morning when he made us a farewell breakfast that was so sweet and such a thoughtful send off. In general there wasn’t a thing that felt cookie cutter about my wedding because they made me feel like I had full autonomy over the weekend and it really showed. I really wanted my wedding to feel unique and Arnold House not only allowed for that but encouraged it every step of the way. Seriously every single space at The Arnold House radiates happiness and love, but it’s the people who make it truly extraordinary. Bottom line if rustic modern is your vibe HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE. I toured multiple places and no one compared from then til now. My husband, our parents, our bridal parties, and guests all could not stop raving about every aspect of arnold house. It is truly a magical place with incredible people who want nothing more than to help make all your dreams come true. And I can honestly say they did and then some. THANK YOU!

So Glad We Chose The Arnold House!
My husband and I had our wedding here this June and the team at The Arnold House was so amazing to work with throughout the process. I truly do not think we would have had as great of a weekend if we had done it anywhere else. Everything felt very personally cared for, they approach everything with a 'yes' attitude (and offered comparable alternatives if option A was truly not possible), and in general they were so hospitable and communicative that we never felt nervous about their ability to execute the wedding weekend. By the time we were heading into our wedding weekend we felt nothing but excitement to experience and see everything we and the AH team had planned and to share it all with our friends and families. As a venue itself there are a myriad of options to choose from for hosting all the different parts of a full wedding weekend, and we never needed to repeat using a location over the course of the 7 different scheduled events (rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, after party, farewell brunch). It was great being able to host the majority of our guests on-site as well, and minimized the amount of coordination we needed to plan in advance for off-site guests, like hotel blocks and transportation.

The Perfect Wedding Weekend at The Arnold House
My husband and I got married at The Arnold House on December 7, 2024, and it was truly the most perfect winter wedding weekend—we wouldn’t change a thing! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue, with many comparing it to something straight out of a Hallmark movie. The property is absolutely magical. From the moment we visited, we fell in love with The Arnold House and knew we couldn’t wait to share it with our loved ones. The food, the ambiance, the cozy spaces throughout the property, and the beautifully appointed rooms all contribute to making this venue one-of-a-kind in the Catskills. The entire staff was amazing—everyone, from the wonderful kitchen team to the bartenders (shoutout to Kyle!), the front desk crew, and all the behind-the-scenes staff—went above and beyond to make our day special. A huge thank you to Emily & Will, who were absolute rockstars! They helped bring our vision to life with their organizational skills and attention to detail, guiding us every step of the way from the minute we booked to the day after the wedding. Everyone made sure that everything was perfect! We stumbled upon The Arnold House through Instagram in February 2024, and after visiting for lunch at the tavern the very next day, we were sold. The winter vibe, the barn, the greenhouse, cozy indoor fires, and outdoor firepits were everything we had dreamed of for our wedding. We visited again in the summer and fall, and no matter the season, The Arnold House always leaves you eager to plan your next visit.
