Our stately barn sits at the top of a hill overlooking the Vloman Kill. Our family has farmed this land in Albany County, NY for over two hundred years and we would like to share this beautiful property with you for your special day.

The Franklin Terrace Ballroom, formerly Mario’s, is a historic and romantic event space built in the early 1900s. Recently and entirely refurbished by the owners of Franklin Plaza Ballroom and Michael’s Catering Service, its distinctive architecture and lavish décor, including large silver-framed mirrors, tapestry, and antique foyer furniture, create a perfect backdrop for any special event. The venue also features a spacious dance floor and an atmosphere of emanating warmth. It was originally built in the 1800s. The outdoor areas can also be incorporated for your event--our deck and yard are completely open-air; you would be welcome to work with a third-party rental company to have a tent set up, if of interest.
