“I truly wish I could upload more than 10 photos just to show how perfect CityLux Events made our wedding weekend. From big to small details - cocktail hour, signature cocktails and menu design to florals, décor, hair and makeup schedules, transportation, seating, themes, clean-up, payment, contracts, vendor coordination, and all the little details you don’t even realize go into a wedding—they thought of everything. CityLux helped us plan our intimate, 30-person, two-day wedding weekend, including our at-home ceremony, a private dinner in Boston, brunch the next morning, and an at-home hibachi celebration. From beginning to end, everything was seamless. They coordinated our vendors, seating, table placement, florals, décor, silverware, timelines, and even last-minute replacements and adjustments. Every vendor worked together, everything was on time, and not a single detail felt out of place. Our planner, Allie, was truly incredible. She went above and beyond at every step—from helping us find our amazing videographer through CityLux and offering beautiful décor recommendations to organizing meetings, managing schedules, and making sure every final detail was taken care of. She has an incredible eye, is exceptionally detail-oriented, and, above all, is such a kind and humble person. She is an executor and will get it DONE!! “Cliona was SO helpful on our big day (5/31/25) as well as the weeks leading up to our wedding! She knew all the questions to ask our venue, catering, and other vendors. She joined our final calls with our venue to make sure we were all on the same page. She helped create a reasonable timeline and made sure we, and our vendors, stayed to it. She also solved any issue that came up on the day of and prioritized making sure we had a great time. She also made sure we had some moments of privacy to ourselves, which was amazing. Cliona was such a calming and reassuring presence throughout our wedding planning and on the day of. We truly can’t recommend her enough! Even when it was pouring rain, and the wind was blowing 30mph right before the ceremony, she had us calm, relaxed, and excited for our outdoor wedding. And she was right, the sun came out just in time! She had our guests and family organized perfectly for the ceremony and processional, so all my husband and I had to do was walk and take in the moment. At the end of the night Cliona and her team made sure all of our belongings, decor, flowers, cake, and gifts made it home, and my husband I were free to jump on the trolley to the afterparty with our friends. priceless!! “Working with Enchanted Events was hands down one of the best decisions that we made during our wedding planning process. We wanted our wedding to be small and simple, and initially thought we might be able to handle it without help. However, as we continued planning and more and more details came up, we decided that at the very least we needed a day-of coordinator. Enter Jordan and the entire Enchanted Events crew - TRUE ANGELS!! From our first conversation with Jordan, we knew we had the right team on our side. What Enchanted Events offers is really so much more than day-of coordination services. As soon as we booked with them, they were available to help us with any questions that we had. They told us that we could CC them on emails with vendors or give them a call if we needed an opinion. We can’t explain what a relief it was to have experts on our side once we booked with Enchanted! They are so well connected in the industry, so organized, and so kind and calming as well. Kristen and Tori were our day-of coordinators and WE CANNOT GIVE THEM ENOUGH PRAISE! Leading up to the wedding, they asked all the right questions to make sure that the big day flowed seamlessly. The part of the wedding that we were most nervous about was “flipping the room” - essentially turning it from a ceremony space into a full dinner/dance floor/event space in under an hour. A few guests looked at the room and said there was no way it could happen that fast. Kristen and Tori delivered in ways that left every guest stunned… the room flip was flawlessly executed and looked absolutely stunning with their guidance and expertise! This was just one of dozens of examples of their impact - from Tori joining us to take photos off site and ensure that we stayed on track with our timeline, to Kristen keeping us calm and present as we prepared to walk down the aisle. Once the day was over, we kept talking about how absolutely NOTHING went wrong on our wedding day. We can’t believe how perfect the day was, and Enchanted Events had a massive impact in making that happen. We cannot recommend working with them enough!!”

Having Nicole in my life during the chaos and craziness that entails planning a wedding was an absolute god send. Nicole took charge of all the vendors and made sure everything was going smoothly. “The best decision we made while planning our September 2022 wedding was hiring Ariana and the AMC Weddings team. Her attention to detail, organization, and professionalism throughout the entire wedding planning and designing process was astounding. Ariana was there to make us feel confident in each decision we were making for our wedding day whether the decision big or small. Ariana was our contact person for all of our vendors to alleviate the stress and burden of many, many emails which made the wedding planning process for us that much more enjoyable. Her immaculately-detailed timelines, design plans, itineraries, and expertise were truly unmatched and made our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined. The AMC Weddings Team (thank you also to Pascale, Lauren, and Macey!) blended in during our wedding day so seamlessly. There was even an issue with the person that was supposed to bring our dog Luna to our first look location. We, as the bride and groom, didn’t even realize it was an issue until the following day that Luna was not going to be able to be brought back to our home nearby by the dog company we hired. AMC Weddings didn’t even think twice and drove over 40 minutes one-way to ensure she was brought back safely, without even a hiccup in the day. “How can I even put into words how absolutely incredible Kay and her team are?! My wife and I booked a power planning session with Kay in December 2020, shortly after getting engaged. From just that two hour meeting, we learned more about our budget, priorities, and expectations than we had from years of dreaming of our wedding. Kay was so confident and generous in her knowledge, we clicked immediately and as soon as the call ended, we looked and each other and said: "We HAVE to hire her to plan our wedding." As soon we officially booked with Kay, we jumped into regular meetings, endless email advice, vendor recommendations- the works! She also took over all communication and confirmations the month of our wedding which was an absolute lifesaver. Planning our wedding alongside Kay are memories we will cherish always. She is as kind and easy to work alongside as she is professional and precise. Her attention to detail and dedication to our wedding vision remained steadfast throughout the 15 months of planning. She answered every question, solved every problem, and anticipated every need with what seemed like effortless ease. As for the wedding day, her and her team were invaluable assets. My wife and I did not have to worry about a SINGLE detail all day, because we knew KNE had it all covered. She has an exceptional eye for design and executed every detail flawlessly, creating a day that was extremely organized and felt even more beautiful than we could’ve possibly imagined. Most importantly, the day felt reflective of us as a couple. Every scary task that a bride and groom dreads (seating charts, floor plans, day-of timelines) were handled by Victoria, which helped to keep us stress-free. Any thought, question, idea, concern, crash out, or micromanaging moment I had (and trust me… there were MANY), I could text or call her at literally any time, and she was always there. Not once did she ever make me feel annoying, dramatic, or “too much.” Instead, she made me feel heard, understood, supported, and excited every single step of the way. What makes Noelle so special is that she doesn’t just “plan weddings.” She genuinely takes your vision and transforms it into something bigger and more beautiful than you could have even imagined for yourself. The ideas I had in my head for my wedding somehow came to life TIMES TEN. Every tiny detail was perfected. She thought of things before I even had to ask. “I can’t count the number of times during and after our wedding I said, “hiring Christina is the best money we spent on the wedding!” I am not a planner by nature and I was dreading wedding planning. The second we hired Christina, I felt like a huge weight had been lifted. She took care of all the tiny details, gave me ideas I never would have thought of, and brought our vision to life. She was so supportive throughout the whole process, answering texts and emails about absolutely everything. On the actual wedding day, I often thought that I didn’t know what we would have done without her. While our venue had a coordinator, they were not nearly as responsive and organized as Christina was.
