From the start, Theresa's ideas only enhanced our own, and her ongoing communication with us was timely, organized and professional. She really listened to our vision for the wedding and reception, and brought the outdoor celebration at Waterstone to life in a stunning way. Theresa transformed the waterside venue, using its a 70-foot waterfall as the backdrop, into the storybook wedding we all imagined. She perfectly captured the woodsy, fairytale vibe -- from the ceremony aisle lined with lanterns, ferns and rose petals, to the rustic arbor covered with whimsical purple-and-sage spring flowers strewn across a sweeping swag, with a meandering meadow at the water’s edge…to the reception featuring vintage dishware and glassware in romantic shades of purple and green on moss-covered tables topped with an assortment of candelabra and fairy lights. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the space, and we couldn't have been happier with Theresa’s work. I have received over 1,000 images/videos in content, and still have even more coming! What’s crazy is half the time, we didn’t notice Katelyn there, but she still somehow captured every moment! I love that she wasn’t in our faces or constantly bothering us for photos/videos. This way, we were able to enjoy every aspect of our day! Katelyn truly embodied what being “behind the scenes” means! She was also always there when someone did want to ask for a photo, and always obliged, even when my mom was constantly asking her LOL. We got our raw footage back within 48 hours, and most of it after less than 24 hours. We are so grateful for Katelyn capturing all of our special moments!

Sabrina and Chelsea were a pleasure to work with since our very first call! After our intro call where we described our dream wedding, they gave us a list of recommended venues that was an immense help in our venue search. This was before we signed with them which I thought was very kind for them to do! They were very positive, friendly and patient with our many questions. We ended up doing the wedding management and tabletop design package. We worked closely with Sabrina throughout the planning and she is amazing! Always calm and reassuring that we were on track with planning. The team is super organized and also gave us planning tools like a checklist and budget tracker. Communication was always easy and I asked for monthly calls which helped a lot. The design process was fun and Sabrina was able to create our design plan based on our Pinterest board, as well as recommend vendors that fit our aesthetic. She even helped make our table signage! The day of went perfectly as planned and was absolutely beautiful! We were able to just show up without a worry! Our bridal party was also able to just enjoy the day since Lucky Day was handling everything. Sabrina and her assistant checked in with us throughout the wedding day and helped with my dress, shoes, and even had to go on the beach with us for photos. They set up all our extra decor and neatly packed everything at the end of the night so we didn’t forget anything. We had last minute changes to our schedule the week of and Sabrina was able to manage all our requests. We had our dream wedding come true and would highly recommend Lucky Day!

Where do I even begin? Liz is truly a one of a kind human being. I don’t think I could ever fully put into words how exceptional she is. Her warm, genuine personality, constant professionalism, and humble, grounded presence made every part of the planning process feel supported, organized, and despite my natural overthinking stress. We didn’t originally plan on hiring a wedding planner. But about nine months out, I quickly realized I needed help. Choosing Liz ended up being one of the best decisions we made. She guided us through every detail with ease and confidence. Not only did she help manage our entire wedding, but she also planned our honeymoon, which turned out to be beyond anything we ever could have imagined. One of our top activities in Aruba opened for reservations the day after our wedding, and Liz booked it immediately that morning to get us in. She booked all activities and restaurants for us. Anytime I had a question, which was often, she responded within minutes or simply called me. She made everything fun, approachable, and stress-free. She kept detailed tabs on every task and ensured nothing slipped through the cracks. Even when I had the majority of vendors and plans in place, she refined everything with such precision. She understood my personality and how overwhelmed I can get, even when things are technically “done,” and she guided me through everything with patience and grace. The week of the wedding, she checked in frequently. On the day of, she was phenomenal. Every detail was set up exactly how we envisioned it. Labeling bins and décor helped her and her assistant move seamlessly, and I’m so grateful because she executed our entire moody/vintage aesthetic vision flawlessly. Two days before the wedding, when I couldn’t find greenery anywhere, Liz made one or two calls and found it instantly. I’ll never forget when I urgently needed our honeymoon flight information for our rental car info and she literally pulled over on the highway to send it to me. That is who she is, someone who goes above and beyond in ways most people wouldn’t even consider. Her pricing is more than fair, and her service is worth every single penny. Whether you need full-service planning or just check-ins, she adapts to exactly what you need. I had most things planned, but still had countless details and small several questions lol. No matter how minor or silly they felt, she always responded with kindness and expertise. Our FaceTime meetings became a highlight of the planning process. Occasionally, her pups or her daughter would pop into the frame, making everything feel personal-not like a business transaction, but like talking to a friend who genuinely cared about us and our day. Liz is an amazing planner, but she is an even better human. Humble, compassionate, creative, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable, especially with florals. I made my own centerpieces, and with her guidance, they turned out exactly how I imagined. Russell and I are endlessly grateful she was part of our wedding. If you want to see your dreams come true, using Parris as your wedding planner is the way to make that happen. She is extremely thorough and confident in what she does. We went with her full service planning and it is beyond worth it. It's hard to say I ever felt stressed while planning the wedding, and the entire wedding day could not have gone more perfectly/smoothly/stress-free. While she strives to place you with the best vendors, she keeps budget and personal preferences in mind. Parris is fun, thoughtful, full of knowledge, and easily one of the best at what she does. My name is Makenzie, a North Carolina native and UNC–Chapel Hill graduate with a love for creativity, organization, and meaningful moments. Wedding planning felt like a natural calling once I realized I could combine my love for celebrations with my knack for lists, spreadsheets, and problem-solving. I approach each couple like a trusted friend, creating a calm, supportive planning experience so you can truly enjoy your engagement and wedding day.

We had an amazing experience with Carolina Event Masters. We had Kenzie as our coordinator as well as two amazing assistants. We had a 7-month engagement and got married December 20, 2025 for a wedding in Henderson, NC with about 100 people in attendance. We found CEM through a NC brides Facebook page when we posted looking for day-of coordinators. CEM had several options for what level of support we needed and we went with the middle option - it comprised, in brief, day-of coordination and running the rehearsal, assistance finding a few vendors, and several planning meetings. The level of service we received was what I'd expect from a planner more than a coordinator. CEM wasn't there to show up the day-of and motion to the piano to start playing. They coordinated in advance every moment of the day to make sure it went smoothly and was exactly what we wanted. Not only did they get the contact info of all the vendors for emergencies, but they confirmed every policy and communicated with them in advance to make sure they knew what to expect. They toured the church and reception venue to make sure they were familiar with the spaces. Not only did they helped with what we asked about, but they asked questions to help us avoid making last-minute decisions or missing things that were important to us that we hadn't thought about. For ex., they asked about what we wanted to happen with the flowers after the reception. They also gave us advice based on their experience. For ex., recommending we list the table assignments by last name. The rehearsal was very professional and pleasant - they were very prompt and made sure to go through everything thoroughly. The day of the wedding they split up between church/reception venue. EVERYTHING was either on-time or early all day. They went above and beyond to help set up the reception - something we definitely didn't expect from a coordinator. Our reception venue had staff that set the tables etc., and we had a florist, but CEM reviewed everything, made sure the placecards/kids bags/high chiars were in the right place down to the chair, etc. They also were familiar with the type of photobooth we rented and they set it up entirely for us. All this set up and more was just way beyond what we expected and extremely helpful. We could tell they were invested in making everything beautiful and perfect. Sarah also took several beautiful photos for us - a complete surprise and very special treat. One of our favorite photos from the night was one she took of our first dance. This also gave us a sneak peak into what the reception looked like before anyone had arrived! (All attached photos are from her). We had an issue with our seating chart and they saved the day - long story short it was going to be delivered AFTER the wedding and we thought we were out of luck. I mentioned the issue to Kenzie and when I arrived from the church after the ceremony I saw the seating chart in the doorway before our entry! She had ordered it, picked it up, and set it up for us. I don't know how she did it, but she did, and it was so thoughtful and touching that she would put in that extra effort on top of everything they had on their plates. I could go on and on but I hope this reflects just some of what CEM did for our wedding and how thrilled we were with them. They are a lovely group of people. If we HAD to cut any cost or change any vendor, they would be last on the list. It was perfect.

I don’t know how to put into words how incredible Richelle was. Love, Evermore was the best decision we made for our wedding! Richelle was invaluable to us, she made everything flow effortlessly! Through the initial talk with Nicole and then our video call with Richelle, we knew they were the team for us. Richelle had a design call with us, then a design day looking at linens, walking through our Venus and through every step of the way, she gave me such amazing feedback, advice and logistics! Wedding week arrived and she was on top of everything! I was going to make 4 table florals but I ran out of time- Richelle made them (and she may should also be a florist bc OH MY WORD!!! The florals were everything I could have dreamed!!!). We held our ceremony at French Quarter Inn and cocktail hour and dinner at Circa 1886, we ended up having to move inside due to threat of rain, and Richelle made that so seamless! I truly cannot image how our day would have been without her. I gained a friend and I am so thankful for her and for Love, Evermore! If you’re looking for a wedding planner, do yourself a favor and hire Love, Evermore. I promise you, it’ll be the best wedding decision you make!
