As the mother of the bride I had the mistaken belief that I could plan and organize my daughter's wedding this summer. Boy, was I wrong! Fortunately I realized I needed help.. Rhiannon and Heartbeat Events were a lifesaver! Rhiannon's check-ins prior to the wedding insured everything was ordered and scheduled. The best part though was the day of the wedding. I didn't have to worry about anything, but just being the mother of the bride. Rhiannon and her crew were so helpful and made the day the perfect event for my daughter and her fiance' that I wanted it to be.

My husband and I had the tremendous good fortune to have Ashley as our coordinator and florist for our wedding this May. What Ashley does goes so far beyond the scope of a typical day or month-of coordinator. We met with Ashley monthly for an entire year leading up to the wedding. She had so many smart ideas and insights throughout the process, kept us on track, and even drove an hour plus away to do a site tour with us. I am a little socially anxious and could imagine feeling awkward day-of around a coordinator I had only talked to a couple times. Instead, Ashley felt like a good friend who we knew we could trust completely. If you are a couple on a budget like we were, know that Ashley’s services are an incredible value for your money (raise your prices girl). After working with her for a few months, we decided to also hire her to do our florals. Having one fewer vendor to wrangle and having our florist present for the whole event was amazing. I initially worried that because she does both coordination and florals that she might not have the expertise of someone who is solely a florist. Not the case at all! Ashley is wildly talented with flowers. I had a very specific vision, and she blew me away. I made her a vision board and she executed it flawlessly. Ashley went above and beyond in all areas and was really there for us throughout an emotional and stressful process. On our wedding day my husband and I must have said some variation of “We love Ashley” or “Thank God for Ashley” a dozen times. If you are looking for a sign, let this be it. HIRE ASHLEY! And Ashley, if you’re reading this please know how special you are to us. We will truly never forget you.

My non-AI review: I need to start this by saying that I am a picky person - very type A, and I don’t trust people to take control of situations often. However, Hannah is someone I felt comfortable putting my trust in - from the start, she was transparent, knowledgeable, and one of the most competent coordinators I talked to - and I say this because we had booked another coordinator prior to booking Hannah, and the prior coordinator was not good at her job. So when it came to working with Hannah, it was such a refreshing and relieving experience. Take my word for it - this is the person to book if you’re wanting quality and competence in a coordinator - I will vouch for her 100%, she is truly worth the praise. She was extremely professional and personable - basically she took the weight off our minds the whole time - from rehearsal to wedding day. Everything we were stressing about before, we were able to let go of - she took over, which meant decisions were being made and things were getting done. We got sooooo many compliments, even from my really hard to please family and friends - seriously, a huge part of the success of the wedding was Hannah’s planning. The biggest and constant compliments we got was that the wedding had many thoughtful touches, was an actual fun time, and was well scheduled - “everything was seamless” is a compliment we heard a lot - and I agree. She kept the whole day moving forward while delegating and coordinating - I didn’t have a single thing to worry about, which is a rare feeling. She even took videos and photos for us, which I had no idea was happening and was such a thoughtful surprise - it was so beautiful to have an album of memories to look at once the night ended - beautiful memories which was so nice since we knew our photographer would take a while to send us our pictures. In summation, if I had to do it all again, I would go with Hannah every time. All my wedding party and close family that interacted with her was impressed with her skills and the way she directed vendors and handled crowds. We were truly lucky that she was available for our wedding day. Thank you for everything Hannah - you’re a spectacular person and wedding coordinator. I’m forever grateful for you.

Her passion is to help couples create their fairytale wedding using her expert eye for detail, tricks of the trade, and maybe a hint of magic. Based in Newberg, Oregon, Delaney is here to plan the wedding that is truly your dream come true.

Delaney and her assistant Keziah went above and beyond to make sure our day was nothing short of magical! They made sure we ran on time (easier said then done with a bride who is late for everything), made sure we looked perfect for every photo, and most importantly made sure we had fun all night! It felt like there was nothing these ladies couldn’t do! They even managed to wrangle a bat that had flown into our bridal room and got it safely out the window! And they surprised us with the most wholesome insta reel of all the special highlights from our day, it had me crying happy tears all over again! I'm so thankful for Delaney and Keziah and will be highly recommending them to anyone in search of a wedding planner or day of coordinator! (Photos taken by Jason De’Leon and Ka’Deem Wynn)

Monteleone Wedding Coordinating was a pleasure to work with as a caterer. Their communication style was direct, positive, and collaborative, with a solution-minded approach that put us at ease throughout the planning process. The quality of their work was exceptional - they were highly detail-oriented, organized, and communicative. Brit, our planner, was a rockstar - she quickly came up with a solution when we realized we didn't have a way to reheat food, and she even jumped in to help bus tables and wash dishes when the bride decided to switch to china plateware at the last minute, adding a significant amount of work to an already full schedule. Brit is absolutely awesome to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her and Monteleone Wedding Coordinating again in the future.

To all couples reading this: You need someone you can trust to be a calm center to your wedding day. I met Mina on a recent wedding and wanted to testify to her skills. As an experienced wedding videographer who has worked over 500 weddings I knew when I met Mina that this wedding day was going to be smooth sailing. As the day unfolded, her coordination kept everyone in the loop, gave us all time to breathe, transition, and regroup! I can easily recommend Mina to anyone looking for an detailed, and carefully run wedding day. She was as friendly as she was professional, and didn't skip a beat. I've worked with some planners who lay out impossible timelines, are MIA during key moments, or get heated when things start moving fast... Trust me, a good coordinator is the best money you're going to spend on your wedding day!

As a designer by profession, I was looking to really take ownership of the look and feel of my wedding. I wanted to make sure I could pick my own vendors, determine my own aesthetic and really drive the overall theme of my wedding. Jodie's services are so great for anything from full on wedding planning to 3 months out coordination. As a girl who wanted the farthest thing from a plug and play wedding, I cannot emphasize how important Jodie's services were 3 months out. Jodie stepped in after I had chosen all my vendors, décor and details and handled it like she had designed it herself. She is a logistical queen when it comes to scheduling the day. My vendors were totally blown away with the generous time frames she had allowed them for setup and breakdown. The bridal parties hair and make up was ready to go an hour ahead of schedule, and it was so nice just take the time to be in the moment and soak it all in before everything became a blur of happy moments and pure joy. Additionally, not only did Jodie help with all the logistics of scheduling she helped everyone (no matter how small a part they were playing in the day) make sure that they knew what they were doing, when they would be doing it, and how to do it in a way that looks best in photos! The run through of the ceremony was great! It not only helped us make some granular timing decision, but also gave our officiant and readers a chance to practice. The day of documentation was extremely thorough; listing what goes where, when it get moves, and who will be moving it. This helped to make sure that no detail when forgotten, and as a bride that didn't do a first look seeing the reception area for the first time was like a fairytale. That being said, Jodie also took any logistical detail that I threw at her, and executed it even better than I could have envisioned! Lastly, Jodie was amazing flexing the ceremony, schedule, and overall day after we found out that my dad would have a limited amount of time he could be out of the hospital! This change in plans would have been so difficult to to adjust to without her. She even planned in sometime for me to say goodbye to him when he had to leave early with his hospital transport. I cannot give enough praise to Jodie's overall awareness of us as a couple. She was our best advocate on the day. Jodie was very polite to only bring up questions that really needed to have a decision made by the bride or groom, but that only happened once through the entire day. She had put in extensive work prior to the day to make sure that she had an understanding of what we would want in almost all unforeseen issues.

What began as a humble venture, fueled by love for DIY projects and an eye for detail, has blossomed into a remarkable career in event styling. From crafting charming centerpieces for family gatherings to orchestrating breathtaking weddings and milestone celebrations, I turned ordinary spaces into magical realms knows no bounds. As we delve into my world of event styling, you’ll witness the power of passion, dedication, and a mother’s love in every meticulously styled event. I can’t wait to meet you and be a part of your Timeless Events!

Timeless Events is a hidden gem in Portland. I and my fiancé belong to different cultures and when we were planning our wedding, I wanted to have decor that reflect my culture. There are only few options for south Asian vendors in Portland area. At some point, we were thinking to hire someone from Seattle or California for our wedding events by paying hefty travel fees. But luckily our planner found Harini. She did our Haldi, mehendi, Sangeeth and wedding mandap. All her creations are breathtaking. Even our guests were raving about the decor as they were surprised to see decor that is so rooted to our culture. She is definitely a hidden gem and should hire Timeless Events if you are having a cultural wedding.

I’m Ashley, the owner of Rose Event Co. I love being able to share in the love of two individuals and feel lucky to get to work with such wonderful people each day! I’ve been planning weddings and events for over eight years now, and I couldn’t be more thankful with where I am now in my business. I primarily serve the OR | WA | CA markets, but will travel anywhere!

If you’re looking for a wedding planner who is equal parts calm, brilliant, kind, organized, and downright magical — look no further than Ashley. From the moment we started planning, Ashley saved us both time and money in ways we didn’t even know were possible. She sourced incredible vendors within our budget, presented thoughtful options that actually aligned with our vision, and somehow managed to keep track of every tiny detail along the way. Her resourcefulness alone paid for itself ten times over. Ashley also had the unique ability to navigate and balance our very different planning styles — my Type A tendencies and my husband’s more last-minute approach — with so much grace, humor, and patience. We often joked that we wished we could keep her in our lives forever to make all our daily decisions, because she made everything feel lighter and easier. There were a couple moments when certain vendors didn’t follow through according to their contracts, and Ashley stepped in immediately, handled everything professionally, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. She was our advocate in every sense. Her attention to detail was unparalleled. She monitored the weather for weeks leading up to the big day, and she was absolutely right — though it was gorgeous, the wind changed several elements of our ceremony and décor. Because she anticipated it, planned for it, and had contingencies ready, everything went more smoothly than it ever could have without her preparation. She also helped coordinate the other events throughout our wedding weekend, making each one feel special and seamless. Even the bathroom baskets she curated for guests were thoughtful and beautifully done. Every single guest has told us how wonderful the wedding and the entire experience felt — and we couldn’t agree more. Weddings will always have at least some chaos, but with Ashley by our side we were protected from most of it, and we remained calm even in the moments that could have easily unraveled. She was truly one of the main reasons everyone had such an incredible time. We are endlessly grateful for her, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Hiring Ashley was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

Decorations are an important and lovely part of a wedding, but I try to always remember why we spend all this time and resources on a party - because we want the people we love to celebrate with us. If this sounds like your priority, we will probably be a good fit!

Kaila did a phenomenal job with communication throughout the entire planning process! She supported me in the early months with nailing down my day-of timeline. When it came to the month-of and week-of meetings, she had all of the right questions to help us make sure we had everything together and ready for her to take over. She did a beautiful job with decorating and making sure we didn't forget any small details. On the day-of, she kept everything on schedule, and worked out any kinks we had while not letting it impact the flow and experience of the wedding. Kaila did an amazing job of keeping her eye on us during the big day to make sure we had everything we needed. Rose and Fern Events was a vital part of our wedding day and worth every penny in our wedding budget. If we had to plan another event, they would be our first call!

We booked Sheeco Weddings—specifically Nicole—as our day-of coordinator, and we truly couldn’t recommend Nicole or the Sheeco team more. The way they structure their coordination services was an absolute dream. Starting about a month before the wedding, we began meeting with Nicole, and she took the time to truly get to know everything: our vendors, décor, family dynamics, and all the little details that make a wedding run smoothly. She created our full timeline and took over communication with all of our vendors, which was such a huge relief. The level of detail she thought through was incredible—things we never would have considered on our own. Having someone so organized and supportive leading up to the big day relieved so much stress. We had a very DIY wedding, with a lot of moving parts. All vendors were booked individually, and we brought in all of our décor ourselves—candles, hurricane glasses, table linens, napkins, cutlery, cups, name cards, signage for the bar, seating chart, welcome sign, and even our cake table (since we picked up the cake ourselves). Nicole and her assistant executed that vision perfectly—truly above and beyond our expectations. Everything was set up beautifully and exactly how we had imagined it. Because of Nicole and the Sheeco team, my husband and I, our families, and our wedding party were able to completely relax and be fully present on our wedding day. I knew that if anything came up, it would be handled seamlessly. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better day-of coordination/wedding management package. Nicole and Sheeco Events are absolutely worth it—hands down the best decision we made for our wedding.

I had the pleasure of working with Natasha Cougoule of Parker & Paloma Events as the pianist for Aydin and Rachel’s intimate wedding on January 24, 2026, at their family home in Hillsborough. I’ve done many weddings, and hands down, Natasha made this one of the easiest and most enjoyable vendor experiences I’ve had. She first sent me a lead through GigSalad, then followed up warmly through email after the couple loved my repertoire, CC’d them right away, and asked what I needed to do my best— that’s already a great sign. From there, her communication was clear, kind, and consistent. She set up one main thread for all vendors, introduced herself as the single point of contact to protect the couple’s time, and added everyone to AislePlanner for easy access to timelines, layouts, and updates. She handled logistics thoughtfully: shared detailed PDFs with floor plans and piano placement early, flagged the switch to fully indoor (and the ceremony-to-reception flip), gave advance notice about playing gently since the piano was in the ceremony room, promised to cue music changes, and noted the wheelchair guest so we could all be prepared (family ramps were already in place- nice touch!). On the booking side, when the schedule ended up longer than the original GigSalad quote, she quickly checked with the couple, confirmed they were happy with an adjusted rate, and smoothly moved us off the platform to skip fees. She confirmed the deposit promptly, tested a small Venmo transfer first, and kept everything transparent and fair. Throughout, her emails stayed positive and collaborative—“I’m so excited,” “can’t wait to see your incredible work,” “hope you’re having a lovely day.” She asked for vendor preferences (meals, contact info, hours), sent final timelines with specific processional requests well in advance, and always invited feedback or questions. The day flowed beautifully because of her planning. Cues were perfect, the couple was relaxed, and everything felt effortless from my side. If you want a planner who’s organized, genuinely kind, proactive, and excellent at keeping vendors and clients happy, Natasha is outstanding. I’ve already recommended her to others and would love to work with her again. Highly recommend Park & Paloma Events and I’d say her work deserves 5 stars. Thank you, Natasha!

Rattan Events made our special day absolutely perfect. From the beginning, Miranda’s communication was consistently encouraging and honest, putting us at ease throughout the entire planning process. Her dedication and professionalism were evident in every aspect of her work - she truly was our rock and a miracle worker. When a calamity broke out in the kitchen, she and her assistant made sure it didn't ruin our enjoyment of the reception. Throughout the day, they were able to make smaller decisions for us while we enjoyed getting ready with our loved ones. Their prep work communicating with us allowed them to make choices that aligned perfectly with what was important to us. Miranda and Tyler completely transformed our wedding day from a that could have been a terrible stressful affair to the most delightful, perfect, joyful celebration we could have imagined. I was in tears the next day with gratitude. We are so grateful for their incredible service.
