I've been photographing weddings for 25 yeas in 2024! I love capturing authentic moments in true color. I went to college to learn photography and business. I've always wanted to be a photographer, and my studio specializes in weddings, maternity, newborns, and family photography. I believe in capturing all of the milestone moments for you, from when your family begins to when your kids go to college.

Irene of IJ Photos is a highly-skilled and respected photographer, but also one of the kindest, most sincere people you will ever meet in your life. It is that focus on people and their relationships that allows her couples to just relax and enjoy themselves knowing that Irene has all the shots covered. And it's those relaxed moments where the authentic relationship of a couple can shine through. Knowing that you're going to get great photos is certainly reason enough to hire Irene. But a big bonus is that you have her by your side while you're planning your wedding. She will often meet with couples at their venue - even if she's been there many times - to show them different spots and talk about lighting and such. As a colleague in the wedding industry, I respect her so much that I hired her to take our family photos last year.

My husband and I got married this past summer and we were so lucky to have such wonderful, genuine and intentional people capture our day. Kayla and Rochelle surpassed our expectations of what photographers are. They quickly became our friends and we felt so comfortable sharing this moment with them. We got both photos and film of our wedding day and the outcome is stunning to say the least. Kayla and Rochelle were able to capture raw and emotional moments that encapsulated our love perfectly. I wouldn’t trust anyone more to be a part of this or any other experience that I wanted on photo/film. Kayla and Rochelle are efficient and work not only together but with their clients as well! I cannot recommend them enough. IF YOU NEED PHOTOS/FILM GO TO THEM! I promise you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be coming back to them for all of our future moments we want captured! :)

Sage Trails, LLC - Adventure Elopement & Intimate Wedding Photographer

Lake Stevens, WA

***I specialize in small events! Elopements and Micro Weddings. Hi Friends! I'm Alexandria! I'm a bubbly, dog lover who loves exploring and experiencing new things, so I'm so lucky to have found my home in Washington. I'm obsessed with tall trees, could stare at the waves crashing against the beach for hours, and love the jaw-dropping feeling I get when I see something truly just majestic in the mountains.

Awarded Best of Zola
I honestly cannot speak more highly of Alexandria. I was a 2020 bride and when we decided to cancel our wedding due to COVID, we were almost completely heartbroken. We booked with Alexandria back in 2018, shortly after we got engaged (she was our first choice after working with her for a styled shoot in Chicago, even after she relocated to WA -- no one else could compete with her, believe me, I looked HARD!). We wanted to keep our original date, but had no idea how to get married and still preserve any sort of sentiment. I called Alexandria to break the news that we'd be canceling our wedding of 300 people and shared the heartbreak and disappointment and defeat I felt. She was beyond what I needed at that time and quickly went from photographer to wedding planner and helped us reimagine a new, non-traditional, equally beautiful, equally sentimental wedding. She stuck with us through the entire planning process (we had to change venues a couple times) and she was incredibly thoughtful and patient throughout. The day of the wedding, she was like part of our family (my mom said she would happily adopt her and my dad sang her praises -- everyone was SO impressed with her). She was incredibly professional, organized, selfless, and made an effort to learn the names of our 20 guests. She helped us incorporate everything we wanted from our big wedding into this smaller, more intimate ceremony (including finding a gorgeous nearby park for us to take some photos). She captured EVERY moment, emotion, smile, tear, laugh (literally every single one -- I don't know how she does it). I usually hate my pictures, but there were so many to choose from and we all still gush over our wedding photos. Alexandria has a very unique way about her, where she carries herself so professionally, but can make you feel like you've known each other for years at the same time. She has such an ease about her, yet she is very intentional about what she does. She is SO insanely talented, and is as good a person as she is a photographer. She is a unicorn; we would not have been able to have half the wedding we did without her. Like I said in the beginning, I cannot say enough about her, but I'll leave you with this: this is one easy decision you'll never regret if you book her. Wishing you all the best, safe, and happy wedding planning!

Hi! My name is Valerie! I am a hopeless romantic who wants to be behind the lens of your love story. I fell in love with photography in my high school darkroom. I went on to major in media and communication at University of Washington with a focus on visual arts. I have always been a story teller, a big feeler and obsessed with all things love, so photographing weddings is quite literally living my dream. I have photographed over 130 weddings and have the same passion for them as when I first started. I cannot see myself doing anything else.

Awarded Best of Zola
Valerie was amazing through the entire process. We did a small elopement in an area she happened to be very familiar with which led to amazing photos! It started raining immediately and she rolled with it and still got all of the perfect shots. Her communication was wonderful and we got photos back very timely. 10/10 would recommend!

Kyle Olthoff Weddings

Lynnwood, WA
  • Photojournalistic style

In 2015, my journey into photography kicked off when I bought a camera from a pawn shop without breaking the bank. Discovering the fascination of capturing moments through photos and videos, I swiftly pivoted my career focus towards photography and videography. Now, after 8 years, my lens has traversed the expanse of numerous weddings, countless music videos, and a diverse array of corporate and social media content all across the United States. It's been a journey of storytelling through the art of visuals.

Kyle puts his own spin on being creative to make your wedding videos feel like YOU. As another wedding vendor he is very easy to work with / has a great team!

Emily Keeney Photography

5.0

Lynnwood, WA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $5,000

I love what I do because I get to witness moments of joy and turn them into gorgeous photos that contain the feeling of the moment forever. My style is a little classic, a little editorial, a little photojournalistic, and everything about telling your one and only story. When you look back at your photos in one, five, twenty or fifty years, I want you to remember how the day felt, each photo holding a moment in time.

Awarded Best of Zola
I worked with Emily for our engagement photos and wedding day photography and can't say enough good things about her. She's organized, she's on top of it, she's super easy going, she's funny, she's thoughtful, and she takes amazing photos that truly capture your day. Working with her was a breeze and our photos were delivered faster than anticipated! On our wedding day, she somehow seamlessly patched in photo sessions, and when we weren't in designated photo sessions, she somehow took a bunch of candid photos and we didn't even realize she was there. We even had a massive bump in the timeline because of football-game-day traffic and road closures, but the timeline Emily built for us had enough buffer that we didn't miss a single photo session AND our wedding started on time... Simply amazing. If you're on the fence, just go with Emily! You will not regret it!

As soon as we met with Kate, we knew we wanted to choose her to do our wedding photos. She was highly communicative with us and when it came to the photo session, she and her husband Josh were so fun to work with. They are easy to talk to and are genuinely enthusiastic people. They make you feel comfortable in front of a camera and provide the much needed guidance and direction for how to pose and look your best self. Our wedding was affected by the pandemic and it was taking a huge toll on us but Kate and Josh were SUPER accommodating and worked with us on making our pandemic wedding a success. We couldn’t be more thankful for choosing such wonderful photographers who delivered not only phenomenal photos but phenomenal customer service.

Stephanie Walls Photography is a Wife and Husband Photography team based in Everett | Snohomish photographing in Seattle, Wa, and throughout the PNW specializing in fun couples that love exploring while telling their love story. Our style is emotional and detailed with a candid documentary punch.

Helpful, kind, thoughtful, and have a great eye! This duo is experienced and helped guide us through our day and got some great photos. Our requests were listened to and day of went super smooth despite starting off behind! Stephanie and her husband James are a great team, I recommend hiring both of them to get all the great angles/perspectives, it really makes all the difference. Stephanie was very helpful in the bridal party room before the wedding AND got some great shots. It hasn’t even been a month yet and we have some of our pictures back and we are very pleased. My only regret is that we didn’t spend more time taking couples pictures during the reception - but that was my fault because I wanted to dance! LOL We highly recommend Stephanie Walls Photography!
