The quality of her work is truly beautiful, detail-oriented, creative, timeless, and colorful. Julia went above and beyond to contribute to our special day, even flying to Denver to help plan and shoot the proposal for my fiancée and I. She communicated clearly, made every moment so special, and helped us find the perfect proposal spot. We've used her incredible photos for our invitations, wedding website, and have them framed at home. Julia is an incredible photographer who we cannot recommend highly enough.

Seattle, WA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $2,000
  • Offer

I'm Jen, the founder of Vow House, a Seattle-based wedding photography studio dedicated to capturing love stories with an editorial, artful, and cinematic approach. With over a decade of experience behind the camera, I have built a body of work that blends moody, timeless imagery with authentic storytelling, tailored to each couple’s vision. My work is deeply influenced by atmosphere and environment, the rainy Seattle streets, mountain backdrops, candlelit interiors, and I thrive on translating these settings into images that feel both grand and intimate.

Awarded Best of Zola
Our pre wedding meetings and engagement photo session really helped us get to know Jen, and she was so easy and friendly to work with. She got all of the photos we wanted with our large and disorganized family, worked well with our venue to keep the day flowing smoothly, and had such beautiful vision/direction for the photos. We trusted her vision completely and are so glad we stepped out for our sunset wedding shots with her! All in all an incredibly professional and exceptionally talented photographer.

Bear Beau Photography
Rating: 5.0 (16 reviews)
Seattle, WA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $3,450

I’m Luke, a Seattle wedding photographer with a simple mantra: Guest First. Photographer Second. On your wedding day, I’m part of the celebration, prioritizing your experience and capturing the moments that truly matter. We’ll make time for great portraits, but my main goal is to document your day as it unfolds—no endless posing or pulling you away from the fun. From the laughs and tears to the joy, heart, and love, I’ll capture it all to make your day unforgettable.

Awarded Best of Zola
We cannot say enough good things about Luke and his skills! From start to finish Luke was attentive, responsive, flexible, and super knowledgeable. During our initial meeting, he was able to answer all of our questions, even putting us at ease during all things covid, and his friendliness and professionalism are so well balanced it felt like talking to a good friend. He kept in contact with us leading up to the wedding, helped us with any last minute things, and even helped put together our day of timeline! On the day of the wedding, he brought such an uplifting and positive energy, and made taking photos a fun experience rather than an awkward task and all of our guests loved the way he was there to capture everything; even the littlest candid or goofy moments! The photos we received from our wedding day are absolute perfection and it feels like reliving our day! His prices are very reasonable considering the amount and quality of edited photos we received. There truly is no one better and we highly recommend Luke to anyone looking for a photographer for their engagement and/or wedding!

Lindsey Paradiso Photography
Rating: 5.0 (14 reviews)
Seattle, WA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $5,200

I'm a wedding photographer who cares just as much about how it felt as how it looked. I’m drawn to real connection, quiet in-between moments, and all the chaos and joy in between. I bring a calm, grounded energy that helps people relax, whether I’m goofing off with your wedding party or hanging back to document the magic as it unfolds. My style is part documentary, part editorial, and all heart.

Lindsey is such an amazing talent with an equally kind heart. We were lucky enough to work with her for our engagement photos, and on our wedding day. She went above and beyond our expectations in so many ways, and delivered quality work that we will cherish for a lifetime. We felt so comfortable with her behind the lense, which is not an easy task. She scouted beautiful scenery for our sunrise engagement photos, and even reserved a campsite for us to stay the night before. She helped us incorporate our lovely pup into our photos, both on the wedding day and for our engagement shoot, hired a great second shooter for the wedding day, and rolled with all the challenges of a wedding day (on her birthday!) with ease. We are lucky to still be in contact with her and truly enjoy her company. Such a beautiful human, with a stunning, artistic eye.

Capturing weddings as they unfold rather than directing how they should feel. My approach is quiet and observant — present enough to anticipate moments, but never interrupt them. The day moves naturally, and the images follow.

Awarded Best of Zola
After our first photographer fell through, we found Caz and luckily he happened to be available on our wedding date. From the very first contact, he was incredibly responsive (super important to us), friendly and professional. His work looked great so we were excited - then we found out he was featured in Vogue! We were stoked. He was amazing to work with on the wedding day - punctual, friendly, got all the requested shots, and the whole bridal party loved him. We got our pictures back today - and they’re so much better than we could have dreamed of. It’s no wonder he was featured in Vogue - his work is artistic, candid, and beautiful. Thank you Caz for giving us such beautiful memories so we can relive the best day of our lives.

Julie Morgan from Sound & Sea Photography gave me the photo session of my dreams. Her expertise and attention to detail left me worry and anxiety free. Being from out of state, we were able to connect via phone and zoom. I gave her my vision and some details i wanted to incorporate and BOY DID SHE DELIVER!!!! She gave me plenty of site options to choose from, and all were exactly what i was looking for. We narrowed it down to distance and ease to locate since we were traveling with little ones. She considered everyone and everything. Her outlook and sense of direction really made the absolute difference. She took factors of the elements, snow, sun, shade, fog, light and gave us the most beautiful moments. Even capturing the little candid moments with the kids and my new husband were so heart warming. She saw what I didn't see. She positioned us in ways that were both flattering and fun! She had the best pricing but and the best accommodations. I would definitely recommend a thousand times!

Douglas was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding on 08/17/24. Our original wedding photographer cancelled two weeks before our wedding, and a friend recommended we reach out to Doug. He was thankfully available and from the moment we reached out, he was so easy to communicate with - always quick to respond, extremely accommodating, and so easy-going. His work has been absolutely beautiful, he has an amazing understanding of light, composition, and framing with a lot of experience working with outdoor conditions that truly captured the essence of our special day. Doug fit right in with our wedding - he showed up early, stayed late, and somehow (while just following the standard schedule of the day) managed to get the most incredible true lighting and color in *all* of our photos - everything feels exactly like the day itself felt. We couldn't be happier with the results and would without a doubt recommend Douglas R Hall Photography to any couple looking for an exceptional wedding photography experience.

Fun, professional, and unique photos! Mahdi is the best photographer you could ever choose, book him! The photos he takes are flawless, creative, and stunning. He has an incredible eye and a knack for taking amazing candids of even the most camera-shy person. But the real reason we are obsessed with Mahdi, and will be going to him for all our future photography needs, is how wonderful he is to work with. Chelsea Terry Photography

  • Starts at $5,000
  • Serves Seattle, WA

Hey I'm Chelsea! I'm a wedding photographer based out of Seattle, Washington. I'm a super happy 35-year old who is head over heels in love with her job. Photography lets me combine all of my INFJ superpowers into one package, & it fills me with so much joy to share that with my clients. Beyond photography, I'm a total hippy at heart; I love all things nature, the moon, traveling, wildflowers, old creaky houses, thrift shopping, plants, hiking & horror movies.

Chelsea photographed my elopement and was incredible throughout the whole process! Our original wedding idea was derailed by COVID so she helped us make an elopement plan, looked into locations for us, helped come up with a time table, and basically just made everything extremely easy. On the day of, she fit in so well with our tiny group and made everyone feel completely at ease (which is saying a lot for me, because I'm used to being a photographer as well and am extremely awkward in front of a camera). The images she produced are absolutely beautiful & captured the day, location, and feeling better than I could've possibly imagined. We are thrilled with our choice to have Chelsea document such an important day.

Hello, I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Will & capturing the humanity of moments is what fuels me. The hugs you can feel, the soft touches, the tears falling, the never ending smiles, the moments between mom & dad - those are the ones I want to capture! More of what it FEELS like not just what it looks like. Telling stories has always been my favorite, but words tend to get lost or forgotten so I tell them the best way I know how - through photographs!

We reached out to Will at very short notice to photograph our impromptu Covid-19-impacted outdoor wedding. We got an almost immediate response. He was very cheerful and professional, and enjoyable to have around at the wedding ceremony. We were extremely happy with the results, too. Will managed to capture many sweet moments and details during our celebration, and the quality of the pictures was great. If we got married a second time, we would gladly hire him again!

Joseph Tobiason
Rating: 5.0 (5 reviews)
Seattle, WA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $5,000

I believe that everyone is beautiful. Somewhere deep within you, there is a fire of light and joy. Not everyone’s light shines in the same way or with the same strength or even all the time. Stuff changes. People are different, but deep down, everyone is connected to the little bit of themselves that is truly theirs. I’m also all about being adventurous. That could mean we’re going to go climb a mountain or it might mean we’re going to try the really spicy chai tea. By experiencing life in the process of making photos, you’re going to be even more connected to the images because they will have stories that go along with them.

We cannot say enough good things about Joe! From the moment we met him, he blended seamlessly into the experience, capturing the most genuine and heartfelt moments of our elopement without ever forcing anything or making us feel like we were "posing." It felt like he was part of the natural flow of the day, which made the entire experience so comfortable and laid-back. Joe’s professionalism truly shone through. He worked around our unique timeline and even managed to photograph at two different locations without a hitch! We never felt pressured, rushed, or uncomfortable. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable especially for us not being super comfortable in front of a camera. But the real magic happened when we received our photos. We were completely speechless! It felt like we were reliving every moment again—pinching ourselves that those incredible images were actually of us. Joe captured the essence of our love so beautifully, we couldn’t believe how perfect every shot was. We appreciate his thoughtfulness in the delivery of images with a special gift and keeping this secret off social media until we were ready to share. Without a doubt, we highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a photographer who can turn your special moments into stunning memories. He has a rare gift of capturing love as it truly is. Thank you, Joe!

Becky G Studios
Rating: 5.0 (5 reviews)
Seattle, WA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $3,000

California native, PNW resident, coffee drinker, dog scritcher, friend, forward-thinker, designer. I hate having my photo taken (go figure), my dog Boone makes me laugh every day, and I thrive off of honest, intentional conversations. I’ve worked as a photographer for over 8 years and I know that half the job is connecting with people and offering them an experience, not just a gallery. I believe you have to feel comfortable with the person behind the camera before you can let go and fully be yourself in front of it.

Becky is AMAZING! I first met her in 2016, when she photographed my college graduation pictures. In 2018 - a little over a year into dating Ryan - I asked her to do our holiday pictures. She made Ryan feel so comfortable and at ease in front of the camera for the first time! Over the years, Becky has documented our love and has become a very close part of our lives as a couple. She was there for our engagement pictures in 2022 and we couldn’t imagine our wedding day being documented by anyone else. A month before our wedding, we did private vows under Mount Rainier. Just me, Ryan, Becky and the mountain. Ryan and I wanted it to be as private as possible. Becky was so great at giving us privacy during the reading of our vows while still getting BEAUTIFUL and intimate pictures of it. Having her at our wedding was truly having a friend there who just happens to take stunning pictures. We are so grateful for the memories she has preserved over the years and hope she will be there for future memories! We also love that she supports Black-led and Black-supporting organizations by donating from her earnings for every shoot!

Hey! I’m Sarah Jane, your PNW-obsessed, puppy dog loving, stress-free photographer. Juuust with wedding music playing in the background. ;) Now I’m completely in love with capturing special moments at weddings and engagement sessions for couples in Washington & Oregon. PLEASE INQUIRE THROUGH WEBSITE!

Awarded Best of Zola
Leaving you saying, ‘that’s so us’” - I had no clue this was Sarah Jane’s tagline until a week or so after our wedding, but in the meantime as I retold the story of our incredible wedding day to all of our friends and family I kept saying, “In the best, most quintessentially cheesy way possible, it was so us.” And it truly was, the location, the hiking around, the dogs, the camp cooked dinner, all of it was a perfect culmination of our lives together. Sarah Jane is a true gem. Her energy and positivity makes the wedding planning process fun. She is incredibly supportive and thoughtful when creating a wedding day that honors the couple and their vision. During our wedding day, she kept checking in on us to ensure we were doing okay and she was the ultimate hype woman to ensure we were having a good time and feeling good - she has a way of making a person feel SO GOOD about themselves. She did an incredible job curating a schedule for our day hitting each of our key activities and landscapes we wanted to have on our wedding day. Her skill and artistic vision is astonishing, the way she uses light and the natural landscapes to take beautiful pictures is astonishing and I will cherish our photos from that day for the rest of my life. Every fiber of your being will be grateful you booked her as your wedding photographer.

I’m Emily, and I’m a photographer who loves the outdoors, bright colors, and creating photos that capture your authentic self. My style is colorful, documentary, and photojournalistic. I’ll capture the standard portraits for your extended family to put on their fridge, of course, but I also try to create photos that show what it really felt like to be there – the bright smiles, the tears, the dancing.

Emily was phenomenal to work with - she is friendly, thoughtful, and talented! She took time to chat with us in advance of the day to make sure that her approach to photography was exactly what we were looking for and to ensure she captured some of the key shots we really wanted. Emily's work reflects the authenticity of the beauty of our wedding without a bunch of overediting I've seen from other photographers. I would highly recommend her for capturing a family and joy focused album, especially if you have an outdoor component to your wedding!

We used T Z Wilson Photography for our engagement photos and our full wedding day and he did not disappoint! Ty communicated with us promptly when asking questions or talking about the process of how each day would go. He is very skilled in making a wedding day run smoothly with photos and creating a timeline. He made us feel comfortable and in return created some amazing photos capturing our personalities and relationship perfectly. Unlike some photographers that do the same things over and over or using the same types of scenes he will bring you to new places, beautiful spots and create "poses" that fit you as a couple and the style of your wedding day. If you're the adventurous type he is your guy too! We snuck of to beautiful fields and landscapes near sunset and they are some of my most favorite photos. The results and finished photos were nothing short of a dream and I am so thankful we had him for our wedding day!

An Illinois-born Creative and Alternative (Ordained) Wedding Photographer and Designer living in West Seattle. I love my two Standard Poodles - Gallifrey & Lola, my perfectly worn in black leather jacket, my dark blue BMW Z4 aka "Sexy", Doctor Who, a really good cup of coffee (or three) and my ever supportive partner on this journey - Casey. I believe that everyone has a story and that story deserves to be captured and told. Love is love. Weddings, elopements, proposals, vow renewals, couples portraits and more... I'm here for it in the PNW and beyond.

From the moment we booked Brandy A Photography, we knew we were in good hands. Brandy and her assistant were personable, clear, and warm in their communication, guiding us through the process with a direct and action-oriented approach. Their work was truly exceptional - Brandy has an incredible eye for capturing the unique personality and special moments of our wedding day. She made sure to get all the photos we requested, but also had the creativity to add in her own artistic touches that we hadn't even thought of. Brandy and her assistant were a pleasure to work with - they blended into the background seamlessly, allowing us to be fully present and comfortable throughout the day. My style is a little classic, a little editorial, a little photojournalistic, and everything about telling your one and only story. When you look back at your photos in one, five, twenty or fifty years, I want you to remember how the day felt, each photo holding a moment in time.

I worked with Emily for our engagement photos and wedding day photography and can't say enough good things about her. She's organized, she's on top of it, she's super easy going, she's funny, she's thoughtful, and she takes amazing photos that truly capture your day. Working with her was a breeze and our photos were delivered faster than anticipated! On our wedding day, she somehow seamlessly patched in photo sessions, and when we weren't in designated photo sessions, she somehow took a bunch of candid photos and we didn't even realize she was there. We even had a massive bump in the timeline because of football-game-day traffic and road closures, but the timeline Emily built for us had enough buffer that we didn't miss a single photo session AND our wedding started on time... Simply amazing. If you're on the fence, just go with Emily! You will not regret it!

As the years have gone by in my career, I have had the pleasure of cultivating a long-lasting journey with my clients, no matter where it began. I have joined in at various times, whether it was at the start of a marriage or with a family that had kids. Regardless of when it all started, I love being there every step of the way to preserve the fleeting moments. We can agree that life goes by far too fast and change is inevitable. Let’s capture these moments, shall we?

Victor Zerga was one of the most professional and kind people we have ever worked with! From the very beginning of our wedding plans, I knew I wanted our wedding photos to reflect Victor’s beautiful lighting style and creativity. He was the photographer for a friend of ours’ wedding years back and I knew I would want to fly him out to Dallas to be a part of our special weekend. My husband and I had an East-African/American bicultural wedding that lasted 2 days long of celebrating and Victor knew exactly what we needed and how to handle our intense wedding party and guests (over 1,000 people at our reception). We’re so grateful for our flawless wedding photos! It’s a time we will never ever forget.

Wilderpines Elopements

We're a Seattle-based team of adventure elopement photographers and planners, creating intentional, stress-free elopement experiences across Washington — from the Cascades to the coast. More than just photographers: we’re also your guides, planners, officiants, and adventure crew, here to help you plan the elopement of your dreams from start to finish — so you can focus on each other, not the logistics. Hiking boots optional.

If you're thinking about eloping in Washington, book Wilderpines right now! In all seriousness, choosing Wilderpines for our elopement was the best decision we made. My husband and I didn’t have many concrete ideas for our elopement— all we knew was that we wanted to be in Olympic National Park. I came across Wilderpines during my search and was immediately captivated by how stunning the photos were. I showed my husband, and he told me to book immediately (literally the only photographer he even looked at!). From our first meeting with Ashton, we knew we’d made the right choice. Ashton was so warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly talented. From the guides Ashton provided after our initial consultation to all the follow-up chats leading up to our wedding day, Ashton took our small ideas and helped us plan the perfect day. On the day itself, Ashton went above and beyond. Not only did he capture every special moment, but he also provided much-needed hot coffee at 6 a.m.(a way to my heart), to letting us use your subaru as a backdrop (as we are also subaru people), bandaids for when a choice to jump off a rock was made (mine), to also committing to get into Lake Crescent when we decided to jump in (on a rainy, chilly September day), and to so many many memorable moments he made with us during our day. The photos are absolutely STUNNING. Ashton is seriously so talented, a wonderful planner, and we seriously walked away feeling like we have a new friend in our life, which was the icing on top of the cake for our perfect day. Thank you so much!

Hi, my name is Olga and I am a wedding, elopement and family photographer based in Seattle. My style is light, romantic and timeless. I love to tell your story through the pictures and capture the love between you. Things I love: spending time with my family, beach walk, spontaneous road trips, hiking, mountains, sushi, good music and sunny days:) I love to meet new people and discover new places. Life is a journey with lots of happy moments. I would love to capture them for you!

Olga did such a phenomenal job capturing our engagement pictures that we hired her to capture our wedding as well. She showed up, all by herself, and managed to capture stunning images of not only smaller private moments, our ceremony, goofiness and love during our procession, incredible group photos, pictures of our families, and anything in between. She is a professional, yet brings a kindness and playfulness that worked with us so well - and we've loved every moment of working with her from the moment we reached out. If you bring Olga onto your vendor team, she'll absolutely deliver.
