About Emma Wargo Photo Co.
Emma
Hey there! I’m Emma. I’m a sassy, sarcastic redhead and also a complete sap. To keep it short, I value relationships and experiences above nothing else (although some would say I have a serious West Elm and pizza addiction as well). I love reminiscing and think some of the best nights involve sharing a bottle of wine with old friends and laughing about all of our past adventures (while planning new ones too!). When I think about it, I know I was meant to be a wedding photographer - because I admire your relationship, understand how important this journey to marriage is for you two and understand the importance of documenting it.
I went to school for photojournalism, and approach wedding days the same way - every couple has a unique story and I need to figure out how to tell their story through images. No two couples are the same - and that's why I love my job! It keeps me on my toes and I never get bored finding new ways to document wedding days.

I would choose Emma again and again
Emma did an amazing job on our wedding photos! Our day went by so quick and I am so glad we had Emma to capture it. Emma was one of our venue's recommended photographers and I can see why. We got married right in front of the sun, but Emma knew how to angle all photos so we got a great picture. She captured moments that feel so real, that we get to relive the experience. She captured us being "us" together which was what we always wanted. Emma is so easy to work with, things felt personal and we always got quick responses. She made great recommendations on where we could do first looks and family photos as well. Emma's questions before our big day made sure we were able to capture everything we knew we wanted beforehand. She was awesome after too as we yanked her around the wedding to take more photos with more people that we never mentioned we needed photos with. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone wanting to remember their day and capture not just the people but the feelings in the moment.

Great documentary photos from a warm professional
I loved working with Emma; we met her when she did photos for our friends' wedding last January and it was such a stroke of luck to get connected with her. The booking process was simple and she worked with us to come up with a package in our budget range, including a second shooter. She listened to what we wanted from the event and worked with us to go through posed individual and family group photos quickly so we could focus on our party, while still capturing great shots of everyone together. She was always warm, confident, and professional when coordinating photos, and faded into the background when doing documentary-style photography. She and her second shooter (Kayla) took great candids that captured the emotions & excitement of the event. Our photos turned out beautiful -- vibrant colors, excellent composition, and vivid action shots.
