Even though Samantha came into our wedding planning process just two weeks before our wedding, she immediately jumped in and made it feel like she had been with us from the very beginning. She listened to what we wanted, understood our vision, and took charge without ever making us feel like we were handing things over at the last minute. On our wedding day, Samantha came ready to work and truly did not stop all day. She kept everything on schedule, stayed on top of all the little details, and made sure our décor was set up beautifully. She even listened to my processional song over and over again to make sure she knew my exact timing and that everything would be perfect when I walked down the aisle. That little detail meant so much to me because it showed just how much she genuinely cared about getting everything right. She was also there at the end of the night to make sure everything was torn down and taken care of. They've lived in Colorado for four years, but both of us moms live in the Midwest, which would have made helping with planning challenging. Hiring Kristin is one of the best decisions the new couple has made so far. From the get-go, Kristin kept planning on track, helping them to select a venue and vendors. She even attended the final round of wedding dress shopping with my daughter-in-law and her friends. As the parents of the groom, my husband and I were responsible for planning the rehearsal dinner and welcome party. I assumed I'd need to make a trip to Colorado, but found that Kristin had several ideas for venues. She helped me to make contact with them and select a place. Everything turned out beautifully with her guidance. She even allowed me to ship the centerpieces for the rehearsal dinner to her home and brought them to the venue for me! On the day of the wedding, things ran super smoothly and if there were any big problems, none of us saw or knew about them at all. For all things big and small, Kristin was on top of everything. I quickly learned when I had a question that I could reach out to Kristin and that she would always find a solution or an answer. She never said I should ask the couple instead, making me feel like I was truly a part of the event. Enter Stacy. She was the first and only person I met with, and I was sold immediately. She took the time to understand my vibe and created beautiful design presentations with everything from color palettes to candles, greenery, and table details. She made decisions feel easy instead of overwhelming and somehow translated my scattered thoughts into a cohesive vision that felt deeply personal to me and my husband. Because we don’t live in San Clemente, I was especially stressed about vendors and venues. Stacy handled ALL of it - photography, videography, catering, rentals, transportation, and a gorgeous ceremony space overlooking the beach. “Hiring Hanna was hands down one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. From our first meeting, she felt like a long-time friend, someone who was genuinely invested in making our wedding day as special and seamless as possible. She was responsive, thoughtful, open to ideas, and committed to bringing our vision to life and having fun while doing so! Hanna brought so much knowledge and insight into both the planning process and the day-of execution. Her expertise saved us from so much stress and often anticipated our needs or solved problems before we even knew they existed. We had two locations for our wedding day, and Hanna managed everything with absolute ease. When a slight hiccup happened, the bride (me) lost her phone the night before, which held most of the inspo and notes, she didn’t even flinch. She handled the day with such grace, professionalism, and calm that we were able to just enjoy every moment without stress. Hanna also made sure we always had food and drinks in hand, which meant so much to us, she even got us leftover boxes of food which we were extra grateful for the following day. I originally hesitated about hiring a month-of coordinator, but once we brought Hanna on, it was crystal clear we had made the right choice. Our day truly wouldn’t have been the same without her.
