I was so happy with my decision to hire Joseph. From our first meeting, I could tell he was organized, thoughtful, and had a wealth of knowledge about wedding planning. The weeks and months leading up to the big day, he was on top of everything and made sure the schedule of events went seamlessly. On the day of, he and his assistant went above and beyond, he even had an emergency kit that had everything you could possibly need. The fact that one of my guests needed eye drops was no problem for Joseph, he thought of everything and then some!! I am grateful for his expertise and thoughtfulness. Did I even mention he does flowers too?! I was blown away by his floral designs and I have to say that the bouquets made those wedding photos loo amazing!! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Joseph and Riverwood Designs for all your wedding needs :)

We could not have been more fortunate to work with Cassidy for our October wedding. Cassidy and whole the EL team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We knew planning our wedding from abroad would be a challenge to coordinate, but Cassidy made the entire process feel truly effortless. Cassidy is so organized, kind, and supportive. She made it easy to make decisions and was a fantastic sounding board - she always said yes to our ideas (cutting 5 cakes!!) and found ways to make everything come to life beautifully. Our wedding day was seamless. Our guests kept commenting on the attention to detail and how smooth everything felt. I wish I could get married again just to spend more time with Carice and Pinnacle Affairs! As a wedding planner myself, I definitely am pickier than most when it comes to my vendors, but Carice exceeded my wildest dream. She went above and beyond her role as officiant and stepped in silently and seamlessly to fill any gap she saw throughout the day. Champagne Wishes helped us plan and execute our 75-person wedding in June 2025 in just four months – we’re not sure how we would have done it without them! Starting from our consultation, Katelyn was extremely personable and encouraging. We were of course nervous about our tight timeline, but she quickly made us feel at ease. She honored our vision, asked the right questions, and helped us be decisive during the planning process when we needed it. Sulli took over as our day-of-coordinator and did an amazing job memorizing our timeline and all the small details of the day. She managed parking attendants from CW and tricky traffic down our venue’s one-lane road with ease, ensuring our guests had a seamless experience. Both Katelyn and Sulli were great communicators, answering our many questions in a timely manner and handling all communication with the vendor team as we approached the big day. The best testimony of how well they worked together was that after the wedding we had multiple guests and even fellow vendors remark on how smooth and effortless the day felt. We are so grateful to the entire team and we highly recommend Champagne Wishes for all your wedding planning needs! As a side note, we also worked with CW for some day-of rentals such as gorgeous wooden benches for our ceremony, cocktail tables, and LED candles. Had the best day and wedding ever because of Emmy Jane Events / Emily. Working with her was so easy, pleasant, stress-free and fun! I love her attention to detail and careful consideration of things. She has a great eye for design and is intuitively creative. I gave her an overall idea/aesthetic of my design and she took over. My favorite moment was when she said “do you trust me on this (pertaining to the arch design)?” And I said the easiest yes! Boy did she deliver and she did it so darn well! I can’t recommend her enough for wedding coordination/planning. There were some issues with the heating of my wedding and Emily took care of everything and I only found out at the end when it was all taken care of. Seriously, she was so thoughtful and took it to heart that she wanted my husband and I to have a stress-free wedding. She was our perfect right hand for our perfect day.

Brittney was great from beginning to end. She was very responsive throughout the planning process. Her spreadsheets were super helpful to keep all of the information in one space and to keep us on track. She kept an eye on the budget and coordinated all of the vendors. She handled mailing the save-the-dates and invitations, and the RSVPs, as well as lodging logistics and welcome bags. On the day before and day of the wedding she was there trouble-shooting and making sure all went smoothly. Couldn't recommend her enough!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Memories Made with Brittney LaShea! Brittney was instrumental in making the wedding of my dreams come true! Listen—I am a project manager by profession—super organized, type A control freak, very particular—so for me to hand over the most important day of my life to someone else seemed unimaginable. But from my first meeting with Brittney, I felt nothing but utter confidence in her abilities and she definitely proved me right! I hired Brittney for day-of coordination about 2-3 months out from my wedding which took place March 2025. Brittney is an EXPERT event planner who was able to give me so much guidance even though I was so far into wedding planning. She is also EXTREMELY thorough—“day-of” coordination doesn’t just mean you show up on the day of the wedding and Brittney understands that. She put in the necessary prep work, reviewing vendor contracts, creating a detailed day of timeline, coordinating with vendors, and leading the rehearsal. Working with Brittney in the weeks leading up to the wedding and in particular at the rehearsal, I was able to observe the intentionality with which she builds relationships with people. On the wedding day, Brittney was a literal SUPERHERO. She comes equipped with walkie talkies and the most thorough emergency kit I’ve ever seen! There were things that went wrong throughout the day (that’s inevitable) but Brittney shielded me from so much of that by making executive decisions and coming up with solutions on the fly, which allowed me to just enjoy my day. Cold sparks tripped the power in the reception hall—Brittney handled it. Wind kept blowing over the arch as they were trying to decorate—Brittney handled it. By the end of the night, I didn’t want to deal with the train on my reception dress—Brittney handled it (the woman literally stitched a bustle for me lol). I could go on and on forever about how amazing this woman is. My family, the vendors, and even random guests commented on what an incredible job she did. So I’m just going to say anyone would be LUCKY to have Brittney on their team.

Enchanted Garden did a great job! I tried to plan everything myself, but last minute realized we needed a day of planner! They did NOT disappoint! She struck the perfect balance of listening to what I wanted while making recommendations and guiding me through the various considerations. I had to push my proposal out a few days due to unforeseen circumstances. Genevieve and her team just finished working with my wife and I on our October 11th wedding. We used the Event Management package and are so happy we did! We spent the last year booking all of all vendors and working on all the fine details of decor, music, and signage etc. We started working with Days and Eves to help close all of the open gaps and work on the day of timeline. We thought we had all questions answered but we certainly did not! It was so helpful to have the team provide us with all of the schedules and guides to ensure that the day ran smoothly, for which it did! Everyone who was a part of the wedding knew what they needed to do and went to her or her assistant for questions. This allowed us to just be there and present. When we walked into the ceremony and reception, each time we were so blown away by how wonderful it looked! All of our items were placed perfectly to our guides and the restaurants additional items were worked in perfectly. Genevieve's schedule and suggested flow worked wonderful and we felt as relaxed (as possible). At the end of the night, she worked neatly to get all of our items so nicely packed and organized for us, which was much appreciated. We are so happy and grateful for Genevieve.
