“Olivia is worth her weight in gold! My partner and I got married at the end of June and had a wonderful wedding thanks to Olivia and her care, enthusiasm, patience, and attention to detail. “When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. “All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. “I had the pleasure of working with Natasha Cougoule of Parker & Paloma Events as the pianist for Aydin and Rachel’s intimate wedding on January 24, 2026, at their family home in Hillsborough. I’ve done many weddings, and hands down, Natasha made this one of the easiest and most enjoyable vendor experiences I’ve had. She first sent me a lead through GigSalad, then followed up warmly through email after the couple loved my repertoire, CC’d them right away, and asked what I needed to do my best— that’s already a great sign. From there, her communication was clear, kind, and consistent. She set up one main thread for all vendors, introduced herself as the single point of contact to protect the couple’s time, and added everyone to AislePlanner for easy access to timelines, layouts, and updates. She handled logistics thoughtfully: shared detailed PDFs with floor plans and piano placement early, flagged the switch to fully indoor (and the ceremony-to-reception flip), gave advance notice about playing gently since the piano was in the ceremony room, promised to cue music changes, and noted the wheelchair guest so we could all be prepared (family ramps were already in place- nice touch!). On the booking side, when the schedule ended up longer than the original GigSalad quote, she quickly checked with the couple, confirmed they were happy with an adjusted rate, and smoothly moved us off the platform to skip fees. She confirmed the deposit promptly, tested a small Venmo transfer first, and kept everything transparent and fair. Throughout, her emails stayed positive and collaborative—“I’m so excited,” “can’t wait to see your incredible work,” “hope you’re having a lovely day.” She asked for vendor preferences (meals, contact info, hours), sent final timelines with specific processional requests well in advance, and always invited feedback or questions. The day flowed beautifully because of her planning. Cues were perfect, the couple was relaxed, and everything felt effortless from my side. If you want a planner who’s organized, genuinely kind, proactive, and excellent at keeping vendors and clients happy, Natasha is outstanding. I’ve already recommended her to others and would love to work with her again. Highly recommend Park & Paloma Events and I’d say her work deserves 5 stars. Thank you, Natasha!”

“I attended a wedding at the beautiful Redland Family Farms in Oregon City, Oregon in Sept 2024. The property was amazing (and quite large) and Monteleone Wedding Coordinating was the right choice for the venue. Brit and Michael (owners of MWC) worked the whole day to coordinate with the venue, and multiple vendors, as well as the families and guests, while staying cool and professional the whole time. (I arrived early and snapped a pic of Brit and Michael during during setup) I've been a guest at several weddings in the last few years in Oregon and I have to say that none went as smoothly from the minute we parked to the time we left the venue. “What an amazing experience working with Alisha and her team at The Indigo Bride. This was a destination wedding for us and our wedding guests, and I could not have done this without them. I had never been to Oregon before I started venue shopping so I didn't know anything about the area or local vendors. Alisha gave me a comprehensive list of all the standard vendors and helped me find special vendors for guest activities I knew I wanted to include. I'm also bad with design but Alisha took my general ideas and made our wedding day stunning. She was there with me every step of the way, made regular check in calls, and was very responsive to emails. “I was the Mother of the Bride. We had the wedding at our house, and Jenny was absolutely fantastic. She took care of everything before the wedding with a couple of visits to the house and via calls and email. On the day of, Jenny took care of everything- it wasn't the smoothest day because we had rain (Oregon), but Jenny was flawless in handling it. “The best thing I did for my wedding was hire Jodie and her team! We came from out of state to have our wedding in Oregon, and I truly don’t know how we would have managed without them. Jodie helped keep me sane! From the very beginning I felt like she really understood the vision for our special day and went above and beyond in more ways than one to make it come true. Sometimes it’s the little details that matter, and she thought of all of them. I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and ability to manage all the moving parts with such grace and poise.
