The KnightCo. Events team was absolutely incredible from the beginning to the end. My venue required us to have a coordinator, but I was really skeptical about whether I needed one. Now that I've gone through the entire process, I can confidently say yes, you do need one, and yes, it should be KnightCo. Events! Chynna was always available to answer my questions in the months leading up to my destination wedding. She was actively engaged in every meeting with our venue, even the early morning ones with a 3 hour time difference. Once the package officially kicked in 6 weeks out, KCE took over all of the communication with vendors, which allowed me to take a break from the planning. It was hard for me to give up control, but it was ultimately worth it, especially as we got closer to the wedding day. When one of our vendors was 2 hours late on the day of the wedding, Chynna stepped in and was able to clear everything up within minutes of me notifying her. Chynna felt like another one of my best friends on the wedding day—there to offer me lipstick, a makeup pad, stain remover... she had literally anything I could need and offered it before I even knew that I needed it! Everything stayed on schedule and she checked in with us often but discreetly to make sure we had everything we needed. And the next day as we were already buzzing with excitement, she surprised us with a behind the scenes gallery of photos and videos that allowed us to relive our perfect day. I can't say enough great things about this team. Absolutely no regrets about booking with KnightCo. Events!

Isabel has a sound aesthetic for South Asian Weddings, and she understood our unique needs for the pre-wedding Mehendi and Haldi events, and the rituals and traditions for our big day! Working with Bre was easily one of the best vendor choices we made while wedding planning. Our wedding ceremony became a kind of “pop-up” style event and Bre rolled with every decision and last minute detail we threw at her. With her day-of coordination package, we were able to have 2 pre wedding meetings and a rehearsal the day before. I went into the rehearsal feeling nervous about how things would go and left feeling so reassured and excited! The day of the wedding Bre checked in with me and made sure things were running smoothly. I felt so calm and confident walking up to the venue knowing Bre was in charge and bringing our vision to life! Debora is a fantastic wedding planner! I have nothing but good things to say about her and the experience of working with her. My husband and I got married at The Farm at Old Edwards in Highlands, North Carolina, in 2024, and Debora was there for our rehearsal the day before and coordinated everything the day of the wedding. We started working with Debora 8 months before the wedding when I had picked out some vendors, but a lot of the vendors we worked with were recommended by Debora, which was great. She made the whole rehearsal and wedding day run seamlessly!! My husband and I were really able to enjoy the day because she took care of everything. She let the groomsmen, bridesmaids, and our families know where to be and when, and we didn’t have to worry about any of it. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. Courtney and her team at Combe & Co were AMAZING! As an event planner and type A personality it was hard to turn something over to someone when you have a vision in your head of what it should look like Those fears and that anxiety were put to rest as soon as I met Courtney and her team. Her month, week and day of coordination went off without a hitch. There were hiccups as with all weddings but I never even knew about them. Her team knew what I needed before I ever even said anything. I cant recommend Combe & Co to enough people.

We went with her full service planning and it is beyond worth it. It's hard to say I ever felt stressed while planning the wedding, and the entire wedding day could not have gone more perfectly/smoothly/stress-free. Wedding planning felt like a natural calling once I realized I could combine my love for celebrations with my knack for lists, spreadsheets, and problem-solving. I approach each couple like a trusted friend, creating a calm, supportive planning experience so you can truly enjoy your engagement and wedding day.

We had an amazing experience with Carolina Event Masters. We had Kenzie as our coordinator as well as two amazing assistants. We had a 7-month engagement and got married December 20, 2025 for a wedding in Henderson, NC with about 100 people in attendance. We found CEM through a NC brides Facebook page when we posted looking for day-of coordinators. CEM had several options for what level of support we needed and we went with the middle option - it comprised, in brief, day-of coordination and running the rehearsal, assistance finding a few vendors, and several planning meetings. The level of service we received was what I'd expect from a planner more than a coordinator. CEM wasn't there to show up the day-of and motion to the piano to start playing. They coordinated in advance every moment of the day to make sure it went smoothly and was exactly what we wanted. Not only did they get the contact info of all the vendors for emergencies, but they confirmed every policy and communicated with them in advance to make sure they knew what to expect. They toured the church and reception venue to make sure they were familiar with the spaces. Not only did they helped with what we asked about, but they asked questions to help us avoid making last-minute decisions or missing things that were important to us that we hadn't thought about. For ex., they asked about what we wanted to happen with the flowers after the reception. They also gave us advice based on their experience. For ex., recommending we list the table assignments by last name. The rehearsal was very professional and pleasant - they were very prompt and made sure to go through everything thoroughly. The day of the wedding they split up between church/reception venue. EVERYTHING was either on-time or early all day. They went above and beyond to help set up the reception - something we definitely didn't expect from a coordinator. Our reception venue had staff that set the tables etc., and we had a florist, but CEM reviewed everything, made sure the placecards/kids bags/high chiars were in the right place down to the chair, etc. They also were familiar with the type of photobooth we rented and they set it up entirely for us. All this set up and more was just way beyond what we expected and extremely helpful. We could tell they were invested in making everything beautiful and perfect. Sarah also took several beautiful photos for us - a complete surprise and very special treat. One of our favorite photos from the night was one she took of our first dance. This also gave us a sneak peak into what the reception looked like before anyone had arrived! (All attached photos are from her). We had an issue with our seating chart and they saved the day - long story short it was going to be delivered AFTER the wedding and we thought we were out of luck. I mentioned the issue to Kenzie and when I arrived from the church after the ceremony I saw the seating chart in the doorway before our entry! She had ordered it, picked it up, and set it up for us. I don't know how she did it, but she did, and it was so thoughtful and touching that she would put in that extra effort on top of everything they had on their plates. I could go on and on but I hope this reflects just some of what CEM did for our wedding and how thrilled we were with them. They are a lovely group of people. If we HAD to cut any cost or change any vendor, they would be last on the list. It was perfect.

I don’t know how to put into words how incredible Richelle was. Love, Evermore was the best decision we made for our wedding! Richelle was invaluable to us, she made everything flow effortlessly! Through the initial talk with Nicole and then our video call with Richelle, we knew they were the team for us. Richelle had a design call with us, then a design day looking at linens, walking through our Venus and through every step of the way, she gave me such amazing feedback, advice and logistics! Wedding week arrived and she was on top of everything! I was going to make 4 table florals but I ran out of time- Richelle made them (and she may should also be a florist bc OH MY WORD!!! The florals were everything I could have dreamed!!!). We held our ceremony at French Quarter Inn and cocktail hour and dinner at Circa 1886, we ended up having to move inside due to threat of rain, and Richelle made that so seamless! I truly cannot image how our day would have been without her. I gained a friend and I am so thankful for her and for Love, Evermore! If you’re looking for a wedding planner, do yourself a favor and hire Love, Evermore. I promise you, it’ll be the best wedding decision you make!
