She also solved any issue that came up on the day of and prioritized making sure we had a great time. She also made sure we had some moments of privacy to ourselves, which was amazing. Even when it was pouring rain, and the wind was blowing 30mph right before the ceremony, she had us calm, relaxed, and excited for our outdoor wedding. However, as we continued planning and more and more details came up, we decided that at the very least we needed a day-of coordinator. Enter Jordan and the entire Enchanted Events crew - TRUE ANGELS!! From our first conversation with Jordan, we knew we had the right team on our side. What Enchanted Events offers is really so much more than day-of coordination services. As soon as we booked with them, they were available to help us with any questions that we had. They told us that we could CC them on emails with vendors or give them a call if we needed an opinion. We can’t explain what a relief it was to have experts on our side once we booked with Enchanted! They are so well connected in the industry, so organized, and so kind and calming as well. Kristen and Tori were our day-of coordinators and WE CANNOT GIVE THEM ENOUGH PRAISE! Leading up to the wedding, they asked all the right questions to make sure that the big day flowed seamlessly. The part of the wedding that we were most nervous about was “flipping the room” - essentially turning it from a ceremony space into a full dinner/dance floor/event space in under an hour. A few guests looked at the room and said there was no way it could happen that fast. Kristen and Tori delivered in ways that left every guest stunned… the room flip was flawlessly executed and looked absolutely stunning with their guidance and expertise! This was just one of dozens of examples of their impact - from Tori joining us to take photos off site and ensure that we stayed on track with our timeline, to Kristen keeping us calm and present as we prepared to walk down the aisle. Once the day was over, we kept talking about how absolutely NOTHING went wrong on our wedding day. “How can I even put into words how absolutely incredible Kay and her team are?! My wife and I booked a power planning session with Kay in December 2020, shortly after getting engaged. From just that two hour meeting, we learned more about our budget, priorities, and expectations than we had from years of dreaming of our wedding. Kay was so confident and generous in her knowledge, we clicked immediately and as soon as the call ended, we looked and each other and said: "We HAVE to hire her to plan our wedding." As soon we officially booked with Kay, we jumped into regular meetings, endless email advice, vendor recommendations- the works! She also took over all communication and confirmations the month of our wedding which was an absolute lifesaver. Planning our wedding alongside Kay are memories we will cherish always. She is as kind and easy to work alongside as she is professional and precise. Her attention to detail and dedication to our wedding vision remained steadfast throughout the 15 months of planning. She answered every question, solved every problem, and anticipated every need with what seemed like effortless ease. As for the wedding day, her and her team were invaluable assets. My wife and I did not have to worry about a SINGLE detail all day, because we knew KNE had it all covered. She wore about a million hats that day, from designer to therapist to organizer to dress steamer to I'm sure a million other things we weren't privy to because keeping our energy light and happy was her biggest priority. I could go on forever. My biggest message that I hope is taken away from this review is that wedding planners are not only for the "rich and famous" as the media likes to make it seem. Wedding planners, specifically KNE is an unbelievable investment in your time, happiness, mental load, and more. Hiring KNE was the smartest decision we made and at least twice a week we found ourselves saying, "God, what would we do without Kay?!"”

It's been a few weeks and I'm still in awe with what she did with my mess of decorations that I threw at her!!! I work in a creative field myself, so I got down and dirty with the D.I.Y. for our big day. I, kid you not, had 300 colorful bud vases, 200 colorful candle holders/votives, and a massive amount of other silly decorations for her to set up for us. I did my best to stay organized for her sanity - but let me tell you - IT WAS A HUGE COMPLICATED JOB and she did it with such ease. I kept apologizing for the amount of work I was giving her, I felt like I was being a little insane with it all LOL... but she was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring with me through the whole process and kept telling me to stop apologizing LOL!! She is so super knowledgable about everything and has such good instincts about event planning. I added on a 30 minute planning session a few months before she started her coordinating for me - and it was incredibly helpful. Aside from her eye for decorations and impeccable creativity, she was also so so so amazing in coordinating the event in general. I had multiple people from the wedding party ask "wait so that's your coordinator?" and then follow with something along the lines of "she's awesome she just told me where to go and what to do so fast - and I was like YES M'AM" All of the party loved working with her, from my parents to my in-laws. I cannot stress enough how much of an amazing person she is through and through - and if you're lucky enough to get in her books for your wedding, you won't regret it!!”

For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day.
