Our Wedding Package, for the rental of our venue is $7,000 and includes 12 hrs the day of your wedding + 2 hrs for a rehearsal and full use of the farm. We also include venue manager on site to help with logistics and keeping our spaces clean and tidy. Opal 28 is an intimate space, an extension of your living room with a vintage & elegant ambiance. The 2,600 square foot space includes two great rooms, a built-in bar, private outdoor patio and bridal suite accommodations above the venue. The building was originally built in 1908 is conveniently located in inner NE Portland.

Black-owned open floor studio with large windows and original exposed brick. The large windows allow a hefty amount of natural sunlight to fill the room. Good for photo shoots, exercise classes, small banquets, birthday parties, baby showers, launch parties, and meeting space. There is a kitchenette with access to counters and sink however, no refrigerator access will be permitted. Elevator access from the street to allow easy loading and unloading. This is your premier and intimate event studio.

Located in downtown Troutdale, Oregon, it is a convenient location for guests only 20 minutes from Portland and right off I-84. The Troutdale House offers seven different ceremony options with two of the outside options being covered and heated so you can married outside year-round. Other amenities include two dressing rooms, tables, chairs, linens, decorations, onsite staff, and so much more! We only host one event a day and with 10-hour blocks of time, you will have more than enough time to set up, get ready, and host your event! Clean-up at the end of the night is a breeze, just pack out what you brought in, throw your garbage away, and we'll do the rest! The Troutdale house provides so much that it is impossible to list it all in this little description.

Nestled in the trees on Parrett Mountain, our wine tasting room is a cozy, inviting lodge-style experience. Drink wine by the fire or sit outside for a fantastic view of Mt. St. Helens between the trees. Construction of the building incorporated Cedar, Fir, and Maple harvested from our property. This wood was used for the siding, along with the 3 bars: Cedar, Fir and Maple live edge slabs. At the center of the building stands the top of the Cedar tree, standing 28 feet tall. Specializing in Big Bold Reds, we also have some award-winning Pinot Noir and white wines as well as local beer on tap. Our tasting room is a versatile space for hosting many events: private tastings, meetings, birthdays, small casual weddings, and more. Events must be catered. We have preferred caterers but will consider outside caterers as requested. We can seat 64-70 people inside and on the patio, but allow a maximum of 85 guests per event. We have 45 parking spots and 2 Tesla Charging stations.
