Jamie is a true professional. If you’re considering a planner or a day of coordinator and you’re lucky enough she’s available, it’s a no brainer, hire her. Jamie made our big day so much more enjoyable by lifting the weight off our shoulders. We had a very involved reception with upwards of 10-15 separate vendors and Jamie flawlessly coordinated the entire night to perfection. We were able to enjoy our night from beginning to end knowing we were in good hands. Valerie planned the most incredible elopement for us in Iceland. And she did it all in under a month! This woman is fabulous and kind and an all around amazing human. She was organized and had back up plans to back up plans. Seriously, if we had any questions, she found time to listen and talk through everything with us. She was even able to procure an entire picnic for us, that was vegan friendly too! She made all of our florals, and got them to the location we were at. I think she's a magician. She certainly made our elopement magical! I highly recommend Valerie for the elopement of your dreams!

Brittany was absolutely incredible, and hiring her as our final-detail wedding planner was hands down the best decision I made during the entire planning process. From the very beginning, Brittany went above and beyond. She helped me with everything from choosing my wedding dress to managing tailoring timelines, and she made sure I had every detail booked and organized well in advance. Even though we were planning from different states, Brittany made it seamless with thoughtful coordination calls and constant communication. Distance was never an issue. In the week leading up to the wedding, she truly came through. Brittany joined me at the venue for a full walkthrough, helped set up our archways, and coordinated flawlessly with all of our vendors. When my hair stylist unexpectedly canceled, Brittany stepped in immediately and saved the day by helping with both my hair and my mom’s—something I will forever be grateful for. She didn’t stop there. The day after the wedding, Brittany also helped coordinate and execute a beautiful brunch for our guests at our home, allowing us to relax and actually enjoy time with everyone. Brittany is calm, organized, kind, and incredibly capable under pressure. Having her by my side made the entire experience stress-free and joyful. Showcase Events is a also full service party rental company serving New Hampshire & Western Maine. We offer a full line of top quality tents, tables, farm tables, chairs, dance floors, lighting, place settings, linens, catering equipment and more.

We used Showcase Events Rentals for our wedding on 9-22-23. Our experience was great; their selection of rentals was vast their prices were fair consistent in comparison to other local rental companies. We found that Showcase had the best looking best priced farm tables, which fit out aesthetic perfectly. We specifically chose Showcase because they came highly recommended by our venue for their quality, set up clean up services, month-of coordinator, Sheena. 10/10 recommend. We were very excited to utilize their month-of coordinating services. To no fault of her own, we didn’t really utilize Sheena’s coordinating help too much the actual month-of (we had pretty much everything ready to go a few months in advance we took care of final communications with vendors ahead of time), so I can’t speak to her level of involvement in that sense. However, Sheena was very responsive to our emails from the time we booked our rentals (9 months in advance) she was very helpful with coordinating the rehearsal, setting up the venue the morning of, helping facilitate the smoothest, most stress-free day possible. She was super prepared during our check-in phone call, and we were confident in her ability to handle anything that came up so that we wouldn’t have to! She even purchased several cases of High Noons for us DURING our reception when we unexpectedly ran out! She was fantastic. Sheena worked with 2 other coordinators that day, Kim Kat. Kat was a HUGE help at the start of the ceremony – she helped hold my dress’s train keep me hidden from the guests during the bridal party processional. She has a very calming presence talked me through each moment leading up to my entrance, pointing out my *now* husband escorting his mom down the aisle, pointing out my dad, reassuring me that all those jitters I was feeling in that moment would soon go away the moment I saw my husband at the end of the aisle. She was so right, it was very special to be able to share those moments with someone as sweet as her.

My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

It is not unusual for wedding planning to begin more than a year in advance of your big day. Venue, flowers, decor, churches (bring your own priest which is a thing), engagement photos, DJ, wedding party, save the dates, invitations. The list DOES. NOT. STOP. With all of these moving parts it really makes you wonder how such a complex event can happen without the slightest issue and seemingly end before you know it. Well, Liv is our reason. After months of planning, and picking, and choosing, and changing, and scrapping ideas our bandwidth for creativity and follow-through was wearing thin. Liv saved the day. She seamlessly coordinated communications between all parties and vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page. I will honestly say that without her our day would not have come together like it did. Everyone tells you that something will inevitably go wrong regardless of how thorough your planning. Liv didn’t let that happen. The groomsmen forgot tie clips. Liv ran 5 blocks to pick up tie clips for the boys and was back before the girls even arrived at the church. Her foresight and planning were impressive but her ability to think and adjust on the fly is what made our day go off with zero issues. We cannot thank Liv enough for her help. I cannot say enough about working with Brittany S Events for special event coordination! We hosted my baby shower at the Bedford Village Inn for 80 guests and needed additional help with set-up and timing to ensure the event ran smoothly. Brittany was instrumental in both the development of the timeline for the big day and executing the decor and program day-of. She was the perfect person to gut check how long speeches, games, food service, etc. would take and create a timeline for the event that put our guests enjoyment first. Brittany arrived right on time for set-up and flawlessly followed the intricate decor plan we had crafted. Having her there made the shower more enjoyable for me as I was able to relax as a guest and know that she was handling any backend questions that popped up with the venue team. Nicole from Simply Beeutiful Events was amazing! She was extremely well organized and proficient at ensuring that everything was going according to schedule and plan. We were out of state for where our ceremony was being held, and Nicole was amazing at communicating through emails and coordinating with all the vendors. All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. HIRE CASSIE!!! There are so many reasons to hire Cassie, including that she is absolutely a lovely human being, but it really boils down to she will make your whole wedding better, both from your perspective and your guests’. We were definitely that overly anxious couple who thought about eloping at every other decision. Cassie greatly reduced the stress on our plates by doing all the research so we could actually enjoy making the decisions and envisioning our day. Anything we didn’t absolutely love, Cassie would come back to us with new options, helping to fine tune the vision so the day perfectly fit us. When we were worried we were behind schedule or over budget, Cassie and her phenomenal organizational skills always helped reassure us of the timeline and that we were in fact coming in under budget for our wedding. And she did all of this while we lived in California, planning our Massachusetts wedding. At one point during the process, my partner,Cassie, and I were in three different states, but she always found the time to meet and made sure she was always available for us. The day of the wedding, we got so much feedback from our parents and the bridal party that they have never seen a wedding run so smoothly. Even the hairstylist noted she had never seen a bridal party so relaxed and on schedule. We hired Meg super last minute when we realized we were in over our heads trying to manage everything on our own. From the moment she stepped in, it was like she had been with us the whole time. She instantly understood our vision, took charge of all the moving parts, and brought a calm, reassuring presence that kept everyone grounded. Guests had no idea she was a late addition because everything ran so smoothly. Meg handled vendor coordination, kept the timeline flowing, fixed a few behind-the-scenes hiccups, and made sure we were always where we needed to be without stress. Our only regret is not hiring her sooner.

Britny is incredible! We would not have been able to do it without her. She was organized, easy to reach, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She remembers every detail. My husband and I forgot the place cards for the seating arrangements at home in another state, and Britny found place cards and re-wrote all of them by hand! She also helped organize a location for a tea ceremony we wanted to include in our celebration and set up all the centerpieces for the reception and rehearsal dinner. She also ran our rehearsal for the ceremony and helped to line up everyone on the day of. She's wonderful!

At first, I was skeptical of hiring a day of coordinator as I am very organized and was pretty comfortable planning our day on my own. My main reason for hiring a day of coordinator was to not have to worry, to have someone who will help set-up things the way I would, and someone who I can count on to have all the answers for everyone else. Ayden went above and beyond. She is so calm and put together, she helped me more than I can put into words! We had a large wedding of 160 people with a good amount of intricate details. We also had rain that caused our entire ceremony to be switched a few hours before the start time. Ayden handled everything seamlessly. I seriously could not recommend her enough. She made sure my husband and I got wedding cake and extra dessert brought to our room with water for us at the end of the night. She is extremely kind and knowledgeable but encourages you to give your opinions and speak up. I also appreciated that Ayden had to make some executive decisions on her own like moving our LED sign where there wasn't a plug how I originally wanted it, she didn't stress me out with this question, she just handled it and made everything look amazing. I could not recommend her enough, we were so lucky to work with Ayden. I wish we could relive our wedding all over again with Ayden's help!
