10 STARS!!! These MARVelous ladies know how to execute the perfect event! It was my second wedding, my husband wanted a low key gathering, just closest family and friends. They nailed it! They found the perfect local venue (The Twisted Cow Distillery) catered the most delicious BBQ style food we wanted and wonderful decorations. We were absolutely impressed by their attention to detail. They were easy to get in touch with each time I needed to contact them, and made me feel at ease. A stress free experience! My guests and myself, "the bride" didn't want for a single thing. Marvic is marvelous! Highly recommend!!!!!

Words can't describe how thankful I am to have had Jess and Jackie on my wedding day!!! Our day wouldn't have nearly gone as smoothly without them. They truly embraced the day and put all their energy into knowing inside and out our timeline, every detail, our vendors and our bridal party. I (the bride) was able to go about my entire day without having to worry about a single thing because they were taking the lead and handling it all. With a big bridal party and family, they ensured our most important people were where they needed to be and that we got all the photo shots that I had specified on my extensive list. All my expectations for the day that I had talked with them the months prior to our wedding were met and exceeded. There were only a few small bumps to the day and they immediately diffused the situation and quickly resolved it, all while being so kind and professional. These two allowed me to be completely present on my day and blocked out all the noise for me and I can't thank them enough for that. Samantha put on weekly meetings for us a month out and we went through litterally every detail you could think of! She is so detail oriented and was such a pleasure to work with. From arriving at the church early and making sure things go smoothly there, to the reception and figuring out where to put people we left off the seating chart, there was no issue or personality she did not handle with grace. Melissa her assistant was present for the rehearsal which was amazing and day of she was bustling my dress, I can’t thank her enough. If you think you do not need a planner, I promise you you do and you will thank yourself later for it. And Forever and a Day Coordination is who you want to do it. Just wanted to show off my INCREDIBLE day of wedding coordinator!!!! Wanderlusteventsli Her name is Arianna Castagna Baker and she was my LIFELINE this past weekend. She made us a beautiful timeline that helped all of my vendors and family move smoothly throughout the day. She came early to help me and the girls finish getting ready. She brought a whole suitcase filled with things I didn’t even think I needed. She helped me finish my makeup and help my mother and girls do last minute touch ups to their hair and makeup and even put my mothers lashes on! She sparkled up my chest and helped me layout my detail photos. I didn’t have to worry about taking my wedding dress out and setting anything up for photo because she was right there doing it for me. I was able to focus on getting ready and soaking in the precious moments. If it wasn’t for her y’all I would have forgotten to put on my dam perfume!!!! She held all of my items and took my cell phone to capture moments so I had them right away as photo/video takes a bit to get back. She helped fluff my dress and held my very long veil on the way to the ceremony. She made sure the girls were in order and when we got to the church she helped me stay calm. She threw gum in my mouth right before I walked out to freshen up my breathe and let me spit it right out before I walked out. she freshened up my arm pits and told me to take a selfie so I had that forever she took pics and videos of special moments all night with my phone. She helped us get poses and shots we wouldn’t have thought of. During my husband’s first dance with his mother, they did a fun dance to end it and he planned to rip his jacket off to start the fun dance. If it wasn’t for this girl, he wouldn’t have gotten it off. She ripped it off him so fast JUST IN TIME for him to start the dance! All night she got us drinks and made sure we were taken care of. She was beyond attentive and just so smart in what we needed all day. Without her we wouldn’t have been as relaxed and calm. I can not thank her enough. She makes you feel so comfortable and I would hire her for ANY event needed. She is the best of the best!! Oh and VERY affordable!!! 1000000000/10 recommend for your wedding or next event!!!!!! We love you!!!!

Literally the Wednesday before my wedding she had to find me a new photographer, and they ended up being amazing. We hired Mostest for Day of Coordination and Something Borrowed Blooms Management. We chose our coordinator a month before our wedding and started working with her about 3 weeks ahead of the big day. We had an 87-person restaurant wedding at American Brass in LIC. Our DoC, Tea Shepherd, was incredible and picked up seamlessly all the things we planned for the wedding. I had put together most of the plans ahead of time, but she came in with suggestions and perfected all the details. I trusted her completely to run the day and also do all the decor setup. She made the venue looks so beautiful without much input from us as we trusted her vision. She coordinated with all the vendors before the wedding and during and they all had very positive things to say about her. She was so thoughtful with the preparations for the wedding and attentive to our needs. She checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we had a drink and anything else while also making sure ran smoothly. Our coordinator for SBB, Fiona, received and dropped off all of the packages and communicated quickly and we’re very happy how all of that was handled.

I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! Joy was incredible to work with as our Month Of Coordinator, can’t recommend her and the Taylored Events team enough! We’d already selected our venue, vendors, and design, but wanted support with ironing out final details, timelines, and day-of logistics. We initially weren’t sure if we needed a coordinator to begin with, but are so glad we went with them, especially because it made the day completely stress free, not only for us as the couple, but just as importantly, for our family and wedding party. Joy gave us a spreadsheet to help us check off everything we needed for planning, created our timeline down to the minute for the day of, coordinated all communication with vendors leading up to and throughout the wedding, oversaw our rehearsal walk-through the day before (on site), and set up our decor for us. Special touches included being so kind to our flower girls and keeping them entertained (thank you to Joy’s assistant, Lindsey) during speeches, taking phenomenal candids and Polaroids throughout (we had a camera out for guests to use during reception, pic attached), and helping with my quick dress change. Joy & team are super organized, friendly, diligent, professional, and flexible — and they really care about everyone having a great time. Huge thanks for all you did to allow us to be 100% present with each other and with our loved ones on our special day!

All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. Her team also went above and beyond the day-of to ensure every aspect of our special day was executed flawlessly. Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. We are so grateful for her dedication and attention to detail in making our wedding day perfect. I highly recommend booking Annie!

I hired Zoe for day of coordination but she was instrumental to an amazing wedding day. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend!! On a day when you give your vendors complete trust, she made me feel super assured that everything would go smoothly and she would create a beautiful setting. She was such a calming presence on the day. I had help from my family in the wedding planning process but for day of coordination she helped in creating the timeline, ensuring it went smoothly, decor set up and breakdown, and much more. She’s involved heavily about a month before the wedding but she was very proactive in her duties even before then. On the wedding day when we strayed away from the timeline she was there coordinate with vendors and guests to make the transition so seamless our guests didn’t even notice. She had set up all of the decor and even went above and beyond to create a romantic setting. Her creative touch truly added a little magic. As a perfectionist sometimes she exceeded my expectations! She made everyone feel welcomed and relaxed on the day. She even picked up our florals the morning of to alleviate some of my stress, I’m so glad I went with Zoe and know anyone who works with her will leave with an amazing experience.

Jenny, aka Opal Avenue Events, was a dream to work with! I reached out very early in the wedding-planning process to ask if she’d be available to be our day-of-coordinator for our non-traditional wedding, and I am so glad I did.
