“We first met Island Creek Events at a bridal expo in Queenstown, and from that moment, we knew we were in good hands. After an initial Zoom call where they explained everything they offer, how the process would work with a day-of coordinator, and broke down all the pricing, we felt confident moving forward—and we’re so glad we did. We had Naomi as our day-of planner, and she was absolutely amazing. We truly could not have asked for a better person to help guide us through the final stretch leading up to our wedding on August 2nd. From the start, she made everything feel manageable. We Zoomed once a week to stay on track, and she walked us through what needed to be done on our end vs. what she would handle. She answered every question (big or small) and was always willing to schedule extra meetings if we needed them. “We loved having Sarah as our wedding planner! We used her as our day of coordinator for our wedding at Rosewood Farms in September. As someone who thought they were an organized person, Sarah exceeded our expectations of what organized looks like. We had our first meeting with her about 6 weeks prior to our wedding day. I went into the meeting feeling nervous and anxious about all the things we had left to do and all the details that still needed to be decided on. Sarah gave us great advice on linens (I’ve never thought about linens in as much detail until I met Sarah lol), timeline, table layout, and all of the logistics throughout the day. We left our first meeting having our entire wedding day timeline planned out from the moment we got to the venue at 8am until we left at 10pm. Safe to say we left that meeting feeling much better and knew that we were in great hands. Fast forward to our wedding day and we can confidently say that it was everything we dreamed of. Sarah executed my vision of what I wanted our reception space, cocktail hour, and ceremony space to look like perfectly. She made sure we were taken care of all day long. She had our cocktail hour food and drinks ready for us right after the ceremony and made sure that we got our preferred drinks right before last call. She kept everything on schedule and I don’t think we had a single hiccup all day long (and even if we did we didn’t know about it). It also helps when all of your vendors have worked together multiple times and get along great. We had such a great team! On top of giving us our perfect day, Sarah is also the sweetest person to work with! She supported our decisions and gave her input and expertise when we needed it. I felt comfortable giving her creative discretion because I felt like she listened and understood my vision in our meetings. I would highly recommend Sarah for any wedding planning services! She is organized, attentive, supportive, hard working, and easy to get along with! I can’t thank her enough for giving us our perfect day!”

“From the very first conversation with Tiffany, I knew I was in the best hands to bring the wedding of my dreams to real life. Tiffany is not only incredibly talented and professional, but one of the kindest souls you’ll ever meet. She made me feel like a high priority and without any encouragement or reminder, she was always brainstorming decor ideas for my wedding. She wanted to hear about our love story and understand our vision, and somehow, she turned all of that into a stunning wedding plan that reflected us in every detail. She created a beautiful vision board right after our first meeting that instantly brought our ideas to life. I wanted blush and gold details throughout the wedding but on a budget. From there, she built a timeline that made the entire process feel so much more manageable. I was able to enjoy the months leading up to the wedding stress free because I knew I was in good hands and cared about our wedding as much as I did. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but she kept me grounded with monthly reminders, gentle check-ins, and clear guidance on what needed to be done and when. On the actual day there were a few hiccups (like an issue with our cake vendor), but I didn’t even know until after the fact—because she handled everything quietly and gracefully, without ever letting it affect the joy of the day. She also set up the décor more beautifully than I could have ever imagined. Walking into that space and seeing everything come together so perfectly took my breath away. I was able to enjoy the day of the wedding by peacefully getting ready and being present with my family without having to be concerned about vendors or wedding set up. “Elizabeth at E&A Events was the PERFECT solution! I engaged her right away and used her Day of Coordination package which was honestly SO affordable and SO MUCH help to me and to the bride. She worked with us in preparing for the wedding, solved all of our concerns and unknowns as she is so familiar with weddings and how things “should go” and what pitfalls to be aware of. She was very flexible and all about working with my daughter’s vision for the wedding day, including helping with updates to timelines etc. On the day of, even though the venue provided a “coordinator”, it was so necessary to have someone there who was all about me as the mother of the bride and all about the bride and her day. Elizabeth was all over the venue throughout the ceremony and reception, making sure things were being handled and staying on track with our wishes; if there was any issue, she was on it and this allowed me to relax and enjoy the day! Hands down - the best part of the entire support that Elizabeth provided was offered AFTER the event ended; she stayed long after and made sure that all the centerpieces were broken down and all of the decor was stashed away in one place so we could easily go pick it up the following day. And this was packing up centerpieces with 28 floating candles on two separate floors — I was having nightmares of having to empty all those vases, but Elizabeth made it so easy! She is friendly, organized and persistent — there is no reason whatsoever to not invest in her support for your wedding or any event — but especially a wedding … this one day can be so expensive - she ensures that nothing goes wrong and you can just enjoy your special day. HIGHLY recommend her!”

“Chastity at BeeMarried LLC was absolutely incredible! From the start, her communication, organization, and attention to detail made me feel completely confident in leaving everything in her hands. She made the whole planning process easy, encouraged me not to stress, and always brought a sense of humor that made working with her a joy. Everyone loved her energy and presence on the wedding day! She managed our wedding timeline flawlessly and ensured that every vendor knew exactly what to do, which allowed me to truly relax and enjoy the day. One major example of her professionalism was with our DJ. We ended up with a DJ we weren’t expecting — he tried to play songs on our “do not play” list and ignored our playlists. Chastity immediately stepped in, kept a close eye on him, and handled everything with such calm authority. Anytime we had an issue, she reassured us and made sure everything ran smoothly. She also played a critical role during a medical emergency with one of our grandparents. Chastity immediately called 911, met the ambulance at the end of the driveway, and made sure everything was handled quickly and safely. Thanks to her quick thinking, our grandma received care right away and is now back to perfect health. Chastity went above and beyond in every way. She made the day feel seamless, kept us calm, and allowed us to truly enjoy every moment without worrying about anything behind the scenes. “Having Macy as the day of coordinator for our wedding was the best decision we made - our wedding day was 100% stress free! We had no idea about what needed to be considered when having a wedding, but Macy had all the questions ready and helped us think through every detail. Macy is so kind, thoughtful, organized, communicative, and took away all of our stress leading up to the wedding day by being so organized and prepared! She coordinated with the different vendors to ensure a timeline was created and distributed for when each would arrive. I didn’t have to worry about a thing except for confirming details for her. She made sure the wedding party and our parents were at the right spots at the right time throughout the evening and helped keep guests contained during cocktail hour so we could step away with the photographer for photos. She even assisted with clean up and helped pack dessert for us to take and enjoy later! Macy is by far irreplaceable in our eyes, we cannot recommend her enough!
