“I’m SO satisfied with our experience booking with George Street! I was drawn to them because I thought they were more reasonably priced compared to what some individual photographers are charging these days (we’re in the Seattle market), but I didn’t feel like the price advantage came at a sacrifice of quality. I loved the photos our photographer John C. took (who was AMAZING!) for both our engagement/portrait session and of course the photos on the day of the wedding. He did a fantastic job capturing all the beautiful memories we made that day, and we are so grateful. The booking process was really simple, too—I arranged a meeting with one of their sales reps (Amber) who did an excellent job explaining exactly how their company works, the packages available, how to choose your photographer and so on. Once we booked with them, we were given access to an online portal to put in all the necessary info that would be passed along to the photographer. One thing I would say is that because you are contracting with a company and not the individual photographer, you aren’t able to communicate directly with the photographer very often. You really are hiring them for photography only, so collaborating with them on the event timeline and other details is not really an option. Any questions you have generally need to be sent via the wedding coordinators at George Street, as you won’t even receive your photographer’s email or phone number until you actually meet them (it’s possible this is not the case for everyone, but just our experience). To be clear, this was NOT an issue for us at all, but just something to be aware of if a more hands-on photographer that can help with coordination and planning is really what you’re looking for.”

We got both a photographer, videographer, and engagement photos for a great bundle price, which was so helpful. Customer service is also fantastic about answering questions thoroughly and quickly. After booking and after the events, they send you information about what to expect, etc. I did quite a but of research into photography companies, and I would highly highly recommend Eivan's!”

We also used their “iPad DJ” option so we could customize our cocktail hour and dinner playlists, along with a few songs during the band’s breaks. It was the perfect balance of adding our own personal touches while still trusting them to play what they know keeps the energy up. The band itself was amazing. “My wife and I were married here on April 12th 2026 and it was the best day of our lives. Walden was an absolutely major contributor to the best day of our lives. Oh and by the way, it was the 2nd wedding we planned. Our original plan was having a wedding in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in April, but due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel 50 days out and plan a whole new wedding. Walden saved us, especially our wedding planners, Sydni and Katie-Rose. The venue was empathetic to our situation and they were so prepared to take on the challenge and help us get a new wedding planned from scratch. From the start, we felt so comfortable and knew that we were going to pull it off and still throw the wedding of our dreams despite our circumstance. The communication was open, and regular. Walden put us in touch with all sorts of vendors. They allowed my wife and I to consider our options, while keeping us on a tight schedule. All of our vendors expressed positive notes and experiences with Walden. Both spaces, the ceremony area, and the reception/cocktail area are beautiful spaces that give any couple an open canvas to design their dream wedding. That's exactly what we got. Our guests loved the ceremony, they loved the space, they loved the giant bar, they loved the incredible drinks, and they ESPECIALLY loved the food. I will recommend any engaged couple or a couple interested in renewing their vows to host their event at Walden. Ask for Sydni and/or Katie-Rose and your visions will come true!”

We were so pleased even during dinner, he played literally all of our favorite songs - we had made an 8 hour long playlist for him to sift through and somehow he chose the best ones and curated the perfect dinner vibe. DJ Frederick was so great throughout the whole wedding - checking in with us every so often and really making it feel like we were running the show but in a completely low stress way. Even leading up to our wedding, I was worried about the timeline/order of events and Frederick immediately jumped on another call with us to run through everything again. DJ Frederick and Toast and Jam were so easy to work with and super communicative. We are so happy with our choice and would recommend Toast and Jam to anyone and everyone!”

Please note that there is a six person hair and makeup minimum (or equal service dollar amount) requirement per booking on Friday- Sunday in April through December.

She helped us feel more confident about the thousands of small details in the entire process, from our first Zoom meeting with her to the engagement photo shoot to the final shots on our wedding day 2. She is incredibly thorough as a communicator. We never had any question about what she needed or what she was doing before, during, or after the ceremony. And she was even very communicative via email with our moms(!) 3. She is so organized but also so creative. She kept our wedding day smooth by planning out all the posed shots needed, and she got all photos back to us in an always impressive timeframe. But she was also always open for a surprising shot or a little experiment. It made her work feel even more personal 4. She was a rock star on our wedding day, if you couldn’t tell. And she was a super fun hang during our engagement photo session, which featured Emma, my wife, and I improvising playful shots during a sudden rain storm(!) 5. Most of all, when she’s taking photos of you, her excitement in that moment fires you up more and makes you feel so comfortable.
