I had a large bridal party with 10 people (including me) wanting makeup. I also had a variety of needs (full face, airbrush, just eye makeup, just lashes, etc.). She did an amazing job making my entire party feel comfortable with their makeup choices and highlighting their wants and requests. She was also extremely punctual given the amount of women that needed makeup! Most of my bridal party wears minimal makeup and she did a great job highlighting their natural makeup looks while still making them "photo ready". All women were 100% satisfied with their makeup looks and all were pleasantly surprised with the cost. AND the makeup stayed on ALL day - through tears, the heat, and dancing! “From the first phone call to the end of our wedding reception, The Walk Ins were incredible. Joe, the band lead, was so beyond helpful the entire way. I knew after that initial consult that this was the band I was going to hire because of how fun, friendly, helpful and energized he was. This is his passion, for sure! We met with Joe several times to finalize the timeline and music for the day, he really takes the time to make sure it goes as perfect as possible. Joe is not "just" the band lead, he knows how to run the entire show! He's basically a day of coordinator who will make sure your timeline is followed to the very minute. Seriously, he gave us so much advice and it all worked out beautifully. Now the music.... WOW. We had the full 8pc band and it. was. perfect. I've wanted a live band at my wedding since I was a child and The Walks Ins delivered! People danced ALL night. The sound was amazing. Transitions were beautiful. The Walk Ins kept the party going and weeks later we are still receiving so many compliments from guests. I don't even want to imagine what the big day would've been like without The Walk Ins. I cannot recommend them enough. Heads up -- they also play at music festivals (oak lawn fall music fest for one), restaurants, and suburban pavilions (i.e., New Lenox) so you can catch them year round!”

Cath arrived on time and was very professional, but she was also so fun to chat with. My makeup and hair came out better than I expected. I have sensitive skin and I use tretinoin, so I was worried about the foundation (I don’t wear foundation typically), but my skin looked good! “Our wedding day & the planning leading up to it was absolutely perfect and we can't thank the Chicago Winery staff (especially our event manager Hulda!) enough for making our wedding come to life exactly as we dreamed it. The venue is gorgeous, our guests raved about the food/appetizers/cocktails/etc. and it is truly a night we will never forget. Being able to go outside to the cocktail hour terrace was also a huge plus to get people moving around and seeing new parts of the venue while the Chicago Winery staff transformed the whole space from ceremony to reception. We worked with Amy right after booking the space and she was so helpful in being a resource for us to bounce questions off of as we began planning. We utilized a lot of the preferred vendors (florist, DJ, etc.) that Chicago Winery recommended and they did not disappoint. Our event manager, Hulda, was soooooo helpful throughout the last 6 months of preparations and as our day-of manager - we could not have done it without her. She made sure the whole day was perfect and everything timeline-wise lined up exactly as we envisioned it. Can't recommend Chicago Winery enough! 1000000/10”

Having everything in one location and a full wedding planning service included in the venue cost was truly unmatched, and it was the only place we found in Chicago that offered this. Our wedding planners made the entire experience seamless and completely stress-free. We never once felt overwhelmed or rushed. They created a clear timeline, guided us every step of the way, and helped make our day absolutely perfect. Their recommendations for vendors in the city were invaluable, especially in a city as large and overwhelming as Chicago. One of the highlights of our entire wedding experience was getting to know our planners and having their support throughout the process. We will forever be grateful for their dedication, care, and effort. Shoutout to Briscel, Ally and Kalila. They went above and beyond to ensure our cultures were respected and honored. One side of our family came from Puerto Rico, and they made sure this was reflected beautifully — from Puerto Rican beer from the island to tropical cocktails that brought an island feel to our celebration. The food was phenomenal — we received countless compliments saying it was the best wedding food guests had ever had. Everything came out hot, cocktail hour appetizers were elevated, and the bar service was incredible with so many bartenders that no one ever had to wait for a drink. The staff was kind, organized, and attentive, and the entire day flowed seamlessly without a single hiccup. We could not imagine a better venue or team.”
