Words can't describe how thankful I am to have had Jess and Jackie on my wedding day!!! Our day wouldn't have nearly gone as smoothly without them. They truly embraced the day and put all their energy into knowing inside and out our timeline, every detail, our vendors and our bridal party. I (the bride) was able to go about my entire day without having to worry about a single thing because they were taking the lead and handling it all. With a big bridal party and family, they ensured our most important people were where they needed to be and that we got all the photo shots that I had specified on my extensive list. All my expectations for the day that I had talked with them the months prior to our wedding were met and exceeded. There were only a few small bumps to the day and they immediately diffused the situation and quickly resolved it, all while being so kind and professional. We've said it a hundred times- we could not have planned such an amazing wedding without Cristina. She is incredibly organized and kept us on track throughout the planning process. Your wedding day goes by SO fast, and the last thing you want is to spend it answering questions, worrying about timelines, fixing problems, or making sure everyone else is doing what they’re supposed to do. Go ahead and do yourself a favor and hire Lacy with The Party New York. Lacy was absolutely phenomenal to work with. I had a very specific vision and when I walked into our wedding it literally felt like my dreams had sprung to life. We had some high stress moments with different vendors throwing us curveballs and Lacy navigated them effortlessly, always making sure that everyone ended up happy. Literally the Wednesday before my wedding she had to find me a new photographer, and they ended up being amazing. Her cool, low-stress demeanor, incredible creativity, and warm personality made planning my wedding a breeze. Pro-Tip: Direct your in-laws to use Lacy for the Rehearsal Dinner too!! I was genuinely sad when my wedding was over because it meant my time with Lacy had ended.

I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. Hiring Allie as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our big day! As a queer, interracial couple with a super diverse group of friends and family, we were nervous about finding someone who would respect and celebrate us, but Allie was exactly what we needed and more. From start to finish, she made sure we felt supported, seen, and, most importantly, stress-free. Allie stepped in two weeks before the wedding and immediately took over all the vendor communication, making sure everything was handled so we could just enjoy the process. She didn’t just manage logistics—she managed everything: family drama (ugh, lifesaver), unexpected changes due to Hurricane Milton, and even the fact that most of our bridal party couldn’t make it. Working with Dana and her team at Thyme & Details was such a relief from start to finish. We hired Thyme & Details late in the game for our wedding- about 4 months out when we realized we couldn't pull off the wedding we wanted by ourselves. She responded to every question right away and gave us thoughtful answers that showed they really understood what we wanted for our day. Her vendor recommendations are top notch and her relationships with vendors around the city made the booking processes much quicker and often more affordable. What impressed us most was how organized everything was behind the scenes. Dana & team solved every problem so quickly that we didn't even realize anything had gone wrong. We had Christina do our month-of/day-of coordination for our wedding and she truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! It's been a few weeks and I'm still in awe with what she did with my mess of decorations that I threw at her!!! I work in a creative field myself, so I got down and dirty with the D.I.Y. for our big day. I, kid you not, had 300 colorful bud vases, 200 colorful candle holders/votives, and a massive amount of other silly decorations for her to set up for us. I did my best to stay organized for her sanity - but let me tell you - IT WAS A HUGE COMPLICATED JOB and she did it with such ease. I kept apologizing for the amount of work I was giving her, I felt like I was being a little insane with it all LOL... but she was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring with me through the whole process and kept telling me to stop apologizing LOL!! She is so super knowledgable about everything and has such good instincts about event planning. I added on a 30 minute planning session a few months before she started her coordinating for me - and it was incredibly helpful. Aside from her eye for decorations and impeccable creativity, she was also so so so amazing in coordinating the event in general. I had multiple people from the wedding party ask "wait so that's your coordinator?" and then follow with something along the lines of "she's awesome she just told me where to go and what to do so fast - and I was like YES M'AM" All of the party loved working with her, from my parents to my in-laws. I cannot stress enough how much of an amazing person she is through and through - and if you're lucky enough to get in her books for your wedding, you won't regret it!!

Joy was incredible to work with as our Month Of Coordinator, can’t recommend her and the Taylored Events team enough! We’d already selected our venue, vendors, and design, but wanted support with ironing out final details, timelines, and day-of logistics. We initially weren’t sure if we needed a coordinator to begin with, but are so glad we went with them, especially because it made the day completely stress free, not only for us as the couple, but just as importantly, for our family and wedding party. Joy gave us a spreadsheet to help us check off everything we needed for planning, created our timeline down to the minute for the day of, coordinated all communication with vendors leading up to and throughout the wedding, oversaw our rehearsal walk-through the day before (on site), and set up our decor for us. Special touches included being so kind to our flower girls and keeping them entertained (thank you to Joy’s assistant, Lindsey) during speeches, taking phenomenal candids and Polaroids throughout (we had a camera out for guests to use during reception, pic attached), and helping with my quick dress change. Joy & team are super organized, friendly, diligent, professional, and flexible — and they really care about everyone having a great time. Huge thanks for all you did to allow us to be 100% present with each other and with our loved ones on our special day!

TLDR: Zoey helped us plan and coordinate a destination wedding from San Diego to the Grand Canyon with a Flagstaff reception. With Zoey’s help we are probably one of the few couples in modern wedding history that can say our big day went off without a single problem. Meat and Potatoes: Venue- We had a 30 person AirBnB in Flagstaff which would serve as wedding party lodging for a weekend and the site of our reception. We rented a charter bus to drive the wedding party to South Rim of GC and back. Decor- We wanted the natural surroundings to take center stage and to not clutter the venue nor reception site with excessive setup or decor. Zoey helped maintain a classy and magical atmosphere without imposing on the natural surroundings. Our table layout was essentially a U and at each end of the U moving towards the center we had multiple themes and showing important aspects of our lives. Zoey helped with table spacing and design. She even provided some personal decorative pieces to help tie together different themes. Music- We did not have a DJ. We instead made multiple playlists for different stages of the day and Zoey managed each of the playlists seamlessly. Food- We hired a local chef who provided staff for serving. Zoey simply made sure their needs were met in order to provide smooth service. Logistics- Zoey met with us on multiple Zoom calls to hear our vision. At each meeting, she gave us the right amount of food for thought/homework to do without becoming overwhelming. Zoey was even able to get us in contact with a photographer who was also amazing. Reception Dinner/final prep- After the reception dinner, the immediate wedding party and Zoey all reviewed roles to insure efficiency and timeliness. The Big Day- Zoey helped manage two separate locations with 50 guests seamlessly. We did not fall behind at any point of the day and it in no shape or form seemed rushed. Other than enjoying ourselves, Zoey made it to where on the day we just coasted. Zoey was amazing, we are truly impressed with her logistical skills. We are forever grateful to her. Thank you so much! Can 100% recommend Zoey to bring your ideas to life and make your event a cherished memory.
