My husband, Zach, and I got married on May 25, 2025 and working with Hannah was seriously one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I feel like many vendors default to only addressing the bride, but Hannah made sure that we both felt included from our very first meeting, to all of the email exchanges, and to finally our wedding day! I was definitely a type A bride, but Hannah welcomed all of my planning energy and gave us access to a bunch of resources to help in the process including her wedding planning guide, a design template for a wedding binder, and access to her event diagraming software. On our wedding day, Hannah set-up everything to perfection, she keep things moving seamlessly, and she made tear-down a breeze. I don’t even know what fires she had to put out during the day and that’s EXACTLY THE POINT! When I think back on the day, I can’t even remember a single thing that “went wrong,” and that’s a huge testament to everything Hannah did behind the scenes so we could both relax and fully enjoy the day with all of our family and friends. We got married on 5/20/23. We chose to have a wedding coordinator and I am so glad that we went with Jessica and Better Together Events! Jessica created day of time lines for the vendors as well as our wedding party so everyone knew where to be and what to expect. The night before, she ran our rehearsal, took her time, and made sure everyone felt comfortable in their role. Day of she took care of all the stress and details! From placing out our decor, directing vendors, making sure bridal party was where they needed to be, and even having her assistant drive us to a close location for photos! She also planned a day after brunch at the Omni for us. You can tell she truly loves what she does and enjoys helping couples plan the best day of their lives. Where do I begin??? Working with Jasmine made such a difference for our big day! First, Jasmine does such a great job of asking questions to make sure she understands your needs and your vision. She knows SO MUCH about event planning that she helped us think about/make decisions about things I didn't even realize we needed to do! Second, she's very professional but also kind. You can tell that she wants your wedding to be amazing and she also provides emotional support when needed. Finally, she does an amazing job with day of logistics. I was really able to enjoy the day knowing she is taking care of everything. After the wedding, I found out there was an issue with the caterer but Jasmine took care of it. She made sure that I wasn't bothered or stressed about it and I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend working with Jasmine. Having her coordinate allows you and your family and friends to enjoy the day and not be bogged down in coordinating.

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked!
