From the start with FIA Balloons,I knew it was going to be something so special! The team is so responsive and kind, making me feel seen & heard at every step. They created the most stunning metallic balloon compositions for my celebration, complete with handwritten notes that transformed my space into something I didn't think was possible. Every detail was thoughtfully crafted, from the bows to how they personalized each piece to match the space. The balloons truly felt like works of art that I couldn't find anywhere else. I can't thank FIA Balloons enough for going above and beyond to make my day unforgettable.

I’ve had such a great experience working with Fia Balloons! I’m using them for my daughter’s birthday party and have also worked with them on smaller projects, and they’ve been wonderful every time. They’re incredibly creative, responsive, and quick to turn things around. I’ve changed my mind more times than I’d like to admit, and they’ve been so patient and collaborative throughout the process. What I especially love is that they’re willing to think outside the box, push creative boundaries, and try something a little different rather than just doing the expected. They really care about bringing your vision to life. Highly recommend!

I came to FIA Balloons with just a general idea of what I wanted, and they somehow understood my vision better than I did. They put together a whole vision board, helped me figure out what would actually work, and brought everything together so beautifully. The team was so sweet, creative, and organized and really went above and beyond. Their attention to detail was incredible, and they handled everything from delivery to installation so seamlessly that I literally didn’t have to worry about anything. They just showed up and made the magic happen like little event fairies. Truly the best balloons in NYC. I’ll definitely be coming back to FIA Balloons for future special occasions!

Used Fia Balloons for our event and honestly it turned out so beautiful! I told them of a vague idea for colors and they ran with it. They did the tables too, which I hadn't really planned on, but it made the whole room feel like it went together instead of random decorations everywhere. Showed up when they said they would, didn't need any hand-holding to get set up, and the price felt fair for how good it looked. Would book them again without thinking twice!
