Formed in 2014 by husband-and-wife team Damien and Jessica Kelly, Redbrick Duo creates the perfect backdrop for any wedding. They play a variety of styles and tailor their song list for each client, and are able to play in any type of venue, with or without amplification. ​ Redbrick Duo knows the intricacies of organizing a wedding and strives to make the planning stages as seamless as possible. They can be as involved in the music selection process as you like, and they are happy to discuss ideas with you or carry out your own vision for the day.

    Amazing; Best Vendor at Our Wedding

    We are extremely happy that we selected the RedBrick Duo to play at our wedding. Jess and Damien were phenomenal. We spoke with them multiple times prior to the wedding to go over our song choices. They sent us multiple samples so we would have an idea of each song that will play at the wedding. At the ceremony our guests were in awe when Danielle walked down the aisle to Goo Goo Dolls "Iris". At our cocktail hour, many of our friends started to sing out loud the lyrics to the songs being played. It was one of our favorite moments of the wedding. They were also super friendly. We waited until the last minute to book them and could not be any more happy with their performance.

    Best choice for a romantic wedding

    I honestly recommend this duo a lot! I'm a wedding photographer and that puts me in contact with many DJs and bands and they can definitely handle your wedding's vibe. I met Redbrick Duo a couple of months ago at a wedding and I loved them. I never thought of a duo of this style to participate during the whole day of a wedding, but they are definitely your best choice for a romantic wedding or for a memorable entry into your ceremony.

Of course! As long as you let us know any specific songs you want played during your ceremony or reception at least a few weeks before your wedding day, we are happy to arrange the song and play it on the day. Please make sure to make this request at least 3 weeks before your event so we have enough time to arrange and rehearse it so we can play it up to our standards on your day.
Like everything with wedding planning, the earlier you decide, the better. However, we know that choosing your background music might not be your top priority. We are happy to make suggestions and you can refer to our song list for ideas. If you have requests for songs that are not on the list, please request the song at least 3 weeks before your event so we have time to arrange and rehearse it.
Depending on your venue and musical tastes, you can first decide what type of musical genre you would like. If you are having a more religious ceremony, you can go with more traditional music. If you are having a more modern ceremony, you can go with arrangements of your favorite pop/rock songs. Or you can pick a mixture of different things! We are happy to stick to one genre or provide a blend.
We have lots of experience playing at weddings and other events. We know that while we are playing we need to be aware of what's going on around us and pay attention audio and visual cues from. We will also coordinate with your event planner or venue personnel before and during your event, and we will have discussed the ceremony order with you in our prior communications.
Wedding ceremony music is the music that is played during your wedding ceremony. It can be live or recorded and generally lasts from when your guests begin gathering into the ceremony area and sitting down for the ceremony until guests exit the ceremony area.
A wedding band is usually the group that provides music for dancing. A wedding band can also be replaced by a DJ depending on your preference and/or budget. A wedding band or DJ excels at getting your guests pumped up and in the party mood. Wedding ceremony musicians provide background music for the ceremony and other parts of the day that require music as a subtle addition to the atmosphere.
Absolutely. We can provide music from the moment guests arrive all the way through the end of dinner until dancing begins- or any one event or combination. Couples usually ask us to play when guests arrive, during the ceremony, and during cocktail hour, but we are happy to play during dinner as well. It’s entirely your call and might depend on things like your budget or the order of events.
