    The only musicians to work with.

    I have hired Creations Music multiple times for almost two decades, and they have exceeded my expectations every time. From a jazz trio to a ten-piece band, their team of talented musicians compliment the event's aesthetic while leaving guests filled with fond memories.

    We just love Creations Music!

    We’ve worked with Kim and the band, Creations for about 15 years or more. They are simply the best. They play a wide variety of music from all different genres...from pop, to rock, to Motown, to the 30’s, 40’s and on. They know just how to get the guests from an event out of their chairs and up and dancing. Kim is sweet, completely professional and extremely thorough when it comes to delivering. They are truly one of the best vendors in the music business for all events.

We work closely with you to develop your program and bring our obsession with making incredible music and love of creating and energizing to each and every event.
We pride ourselves on our variety – but in two words the band is hip and fresh! We are famous for learning and performing the songs exactly as you hear them on the radio.
Absolutely. From weddings to Bar and Bat Mitzvahs to anniversary and birthday parties, to corporate events and non-profit fundraisers, to opening acts for major recording artists…. anywhere around the world. And any style – from barefoot in the Caribbean or the Hamptons to black tie Manhattan gala to a yacht in St. Tropez….or a charming, vintage-style gathering at your home. The sky is the limit!
Kim oversees and manages the unique musical landscape of each and every event and is fully accessible. We offer a family of bands and talent that Kim personally selects, trains and cultivates who are widely considered the foremost event musicians in New York and who have their own devoted fan following among our clients.
We like to meet and get to know all our clients prior to the event, and tailor the music for every bride and groom, Bar or Bat Mitzvah celebrants, birthday or anniversary couple, or any other honorees. We sit down with you a few months prior to your special day to discuss timing – which is critically important - and music since we have an enormous catalog of songs in our repertoire.
Yes, we perform throughout the United States and internationally. We arrange all of our travel logistics ourselves - booking air travel, handling sound and rider production, and coordinating hotels and local transportation so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
All male musicians wear traditional black tie. Female musicians and vocalists are in beautiful long black evening wear.
Of course, and any kind of music you want. We can provide a keyboard player, flutist/saxophonist or guitarist. Also available are classical ensembles, jazz ensembles and strolling violinists.
Creations use the best sound system and equipment the industry has to offer, giving us a crystal clear full sound. The volume is always comfortable for all your guests.
No - not ever. Kim and the Creations bands have never missed a single event. This is your special day and once we commit we are 100 percent. While in all of our history we have never encountered this, if for any reason an unforeseen catastrophe should arise, we have other fantastic bands in our arsenal and are also very connected in the music world – we will have your covered. Our norm is that we believe in unparalleled service. Period. A gratuity is given entirely at your discretion.
Yes. We are insured the one million dollars in liability insurance that is the standard. We will provide a copy of our policy on request.
Absolutely, we would be happy to make suggestions for songs that will fit you and your celebration and bring in just the tone and energy you want!
We don’t take breaks but play continuous music, rotating musicians throughout your reception. It is our proud responsibility to maintain a degree of momentum all evening long, playing to the crowd and keeping a close eye on the energy of the room. While your guests are dining, we will play background acoustic music that is just as enjoyable as the high-energy dance sets and sets the perfect mood.
Send us whatever you would like for your first dance song and both parent dances and we will be delighted to learn them. We ask you to email us an mp3 of your selections that don’t appear on the list.
Yes, we love after parties and will happily play until the wee hours of the morning! And we have a huge roster of celebrity and talented DJs to choose from.
