Upper East, on the second floor of the former Barden's building, is an urban space with expansive windows highlighting views of its historic Downtown Kenosha location. A first floor bridal suite offers a beautiful space to have hair and makeup done on-site, with a lounge area and private restroom. An original staircase and tin ceilings on the second floor hint back to the history of the industrial space. Upper East can accommodate up to 300 guests. The District is located in the historic memorial hall in downtown Richmond, IL. With is soaring wood ceiling and original brick walls, The District, built in 1907, combines classic American architecture with modern touches. A covered outdoor patio and private alley provide an outdoor oasis for a cocktail hour, small ceremony, or extension of the party.

Ethereal Confections is more than just a chocolate company. At Ethereal, we know just what you’re looking for in a wedding venue, and our staff is dedicated to making your special day perfect. We now have two location offerings! The Loft at Ethereal is our original venue with exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and large windows. Your guests will be greeted with the aroma of chocolate as soon as they walk in. It has an ideal capacity of up to 80 guests (100 max). The Courthouse Square (opening September 2023), great for weddings of 100-120 guests (150 max, depending on floor plan) and is a show stopper with it’s historic architecture and modern finishes. Designed in 1909 by visionary Prairie School architect, George W Maher, the mansion is a historic landmark and was a private residence before its current life as an events venue & coworking space. The BRIX on the Fox represents two venues. The flagship Two-Sixty, provides ample room for 75-320 guests and the Industria, for 50-200 guests. Both venues overlook the graceful Fox River. The Haight is a wedding and event venue located in Elgin, IL and is enveloped by a historic neighborhood, for a romantic and storied setting for your wedding. This converted warehouse was originally constructed in the 1890s. It began as the Elgin Storage & Transfer Company. Over the years numerous companies used the building until 1985 when it was bought by John Haight, who refurbished the building. The Haight features two floors and a rooftop area. Brick walls and hardwood flooring accent exposed ductwork. There are multiple spaces for hosting your ceremony, reception, and many other wedding-related gatherings. On the first floor, there is room for up to 175 guests standing. This makes the 2,000-square-foot space ideal for the cocktail reception. The second floor features 7,000 square feet of space. 250 people seated or 200 people seated with a dance floor can fit in this event area. You can also take your celebrations outside on the spacious rooftop deck.

BiXi Beer presents an ideal venue for your special day, offering delicious food from our James Beard nominated head chef, Bo Fowler. As well as a space that requires minimal additional decor. Choosing us for your wedding allows you and your guests to enjoy either a cocktail party for up to 120 people or a seated dining experience for up to 80 people. Our base rental includes four hours of private access to the entire second floor—The Atrium, Green Room, Lounge, and Terrace (weather permitting). You'll also receive dedicated staff, tables, chairs, and service ware. Additionally, you and your vendors will have access to the space two hours before the event for setup and one hour after for breakdown. Perched high above the big intersection of Damen, Milwaukee and North Avenues in an Art Deco masterpiece formerly known as the Northwest Tower—stretching 203-feet tall and the only skyscraper for miles—The Robey captures the storied spirit of Chicago: a bustling, ever-changing, big-shouldered town.
