With its Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired decor, magnificent 24 foot tall ceilings and spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking our lush golf course, the Red Oak Ballroom is our largest space. Red Oak also features a separate entrance and opens onto a large, lovely terrace perfect for receptions and warm-weather gatherings.

Exceptional Staff and a Perfect Wedding Day
From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey, working with Eileen Miller was an absolute pleasure. She was amazing throughout the entire process and made everything feel so organized and stress-free. No matter how big or small our questions were (and there were a lot of them), Eileen was always incredibly quick to respond and took the time to make sure we felt confident and informed every step of the way. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out and made such a difference for us. When our wedding day finally arrived, everything ran so smoothly, and we were able to fully enjoy every moment without worry. That seamless experience was entirely because of the amazing staff at Eaglewood Resort & Spa. From start to finish, the team was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. They handled every detail behind the scenes so effortlessly that we never once felt stressed or rushed. Eaglewood exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are so grateful to Eileen and the entire staff for helping create such a beautiful, unforgettable day. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or a better team to trust with one of the most important days of our lives. Winter Wonderland Wedding of my dreams!
From our first interaction with the Eaglewood Resort & Spa, we were impressed by their prompt and attentive communication style. Eileen, the venue coordinator, made us feel like a priority throughout the entire planning process. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with well-decorated, updated rooms inspired by the Frank Lloyd Wright architectural style. They were so accommodating, even customizing the menu in my bridal suite to include my favorite - peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Eileen greeted us with such warmth every time we met, and we truly felt cared for on our special day. The Eaglewood Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations and we are so grateful for their role in making our wedding day perfect.

As a wedding planner, I've had the pleasure of working with Eaglewood Resort & Spa on several occasions, and I can confidently say that they are a fantastic venue. Their communication style is direct and to-the-point, without any unnecessary fluff. When it comes to the quality of their work and value, I've found them to be pretty updated and their pricing to be fair. What really sets them apart is their incredible attention to detail and customer service. They are incredibly attentive, always ensuring that things run smoothly and that our couples have a perfect day. Their timing is also impeccable - they make sure everything happens right on schedule. Working with Eaglewood Resort & Spa makes my job as a wedding planner so much easier, as they truly care about their couples and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Our son’s wedding at Eaglewood Resort was absolutely exceptional, and we cannot say enough about the experience. The resort is beautiful, the service is outstanding, and the entire weekend ran flawlessly. But what truly made everything unforgettable was Eileen, the banquet manager. She is extraordinary. Her organization, communication, and attention to detail are unmatched. From the moment we met her, we knew the event was in capable hands, but she exceeded expectations in every possible way. The reception space took our breath away when we saw it for the first time. Every detail was perfect, from the linens to the centerpieces to the overall layout. The room looked elegant, warm, and cohesive, and guests commented all night on how gorgeous everything was. It is clear that Eileen has an incredible eye for design, and she executed the vision with remarkable precision. The food was another major highlight. The hors d’oeuvres were delicious and plentiful, and dinner was outstanding—beautifully plated, served hot, and full of flavor. Many guests told us it was some of the best wedding food they had ever had. Cocktail hour and dinner service moved smoothly and professionally, a credit to the entire banquet team. Our rehearsal dinner at Eaglewood was also perfect. The space was intimate and welcoming, and the staff was attentive without ever being intrusive. It set a wonderful tone for the weekend. The get-ready rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the break services throughout the day were excellent. Everything was refreshed consistently, and the staff anticipated needs before we even asked. The guest rooms at the resort were spotless. Every family member and friend who stayed on-site commented on how clean and comfortable their accommodations were. The doormen also made a lasting impression—they were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind, offering assistance the moment guests arrived. Throughout the weekend, every staff member we encountered displayed professionalism and pride in their work. The coordination between departments was seamless, making the entire experience feel effortless for our family and our guests. Still, nothing compares to what Eileen brought to the weekend. She is calm, thoughtful, proactive, and deeply committed to making every detail perfect. Her presence allowed us to fully enjoy the day without worry. She handled the timeline, the setup, the transitions, and every behind-the-scenes task with complete confidence. She made us feel supported and cared for, and she turned our son’s wedding into something truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend Eaglewood Resort to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with exceptional service.
