With its Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired decor, magnificent 24 foot tall ceilings and spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking our lush golf course, the Red Oak Ballroom is our largest space. Red Oak also features a separate entrance and opens onto a large, lovely terrace perfect for receptions and warm-weather gatherings.

What a Perfect Day
I will try to keep it condensed because I could go on forever raving about our experience. We toured a few locations before settling on Eaglewood. It was an easy decision because no other venue made us feel more at ease with the process. We met with Eileen during our tour and she was so detailed, organized, and wonderful to us. It was obvious that she knows exactly what she is doing and we wanted to go with a location where we could feel we were in good hands. Planning a wedding is the most stressful event we had ever planned and we wanted to trust the vendors we picked. Eileen was always so responsive and made helpful suggestions along the way. She kept detailed notes of everything we wanted and really helped us make our vision come to life within our budget. My husband and I wanted our wedding to be a blend of our Mexican/Indian culture and it was important that these details showed from the music, to the food, to the decor. Eaglewood helped make that happen, even helping is create a whole menu that represented both cultures. During our tasting, the chefs were very accommodating and personally came out to make sure we were happy with the food options. Our guests still rave about the food and many have said it was by far the best food they had at a wedding. This was very important to us. At times we would hang out at the bar after our meetings with Eileen and the bartenders were also super friendly. The front desk employees were always quick to greet us. We always felt so welcomed by everyone. The day of our wedding everything went perfectly. Absolutely nothing went wrong and Eileen was on top of things, even details that I hadn’t considered. Mind you, she was working two weddings at the same time, mine and someone else’s. But all our vendors said they received quick responses and were able to coordinate well with this venue. I can’t thank everyone enough at the Eaglewood for this experience. I tell everyone about the resort and have recommended them to people who are planning a wedding.

From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey, working with Eileen Miller was an absolute pleasure. She was amazing throughout the entire process and made everything feel so organized and stress-free. No matter how big or small our questions were (and there were a lot of them), Eileen was always incredibly quick to respond and took the time to make sure we felt confident and informed every step of the way. From our first interaction with the Eaglewood Resort & Spa, we were impressed by their prompt and attentive communication style. Eileen, the venue coordinator, made us feel like a priority throughout the entire planning process. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with well-decorated, updated rooms inspired by the Frank Lloyd Wright architectural style. They were so accommodating, even customizing the menu in my bridal suite to include my favorite - peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Eileen greeted us with such warmth every time we met, and we truly felt cared for on our special day. The Eaglewood Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations and we are so grateful for their role in making our wedding day perfect.

As a wedding planner, I've had the pleasure of working with Eaglewood Resort & Spa on several occasions, and I can confidently say that they are a fantastic venue. Their communication style is direct and to-the-point, without any unnecessary fluff. When it comes to the quality of their work and value, I've found them to be pretty updated and their pricing to be fair. What really sets them apart is their incredible attention to detail and customer service. They are incredibly attentive, always ensuring that things run smoothly and that our couples have a perfect day. Their timing is also impeccable - they make sure everything happens right on schedule. Working with Eaglewood Resort & Spa makes my job as a wedding planner so much easier, as they truly care about their couples and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.
