Yes, there is an assigned hotel staff member designated to assist during setup and the actual event.
The hotel does not have a shuttle. However, there are selected preferred partners we can provide to arrange the service for your guests.
We will provide the place cards, bases, table numbers, and any direction signs needed.
All food and beverage needs to be handles by The Forester and approved vendors.
There is an option to arrange extended hours at the hotel bar. Please consult the hotel manager to coordinate the details.
Yes, our Executive Chef works with a local bakery to provide a custom wedding cake. Should you prefer to work with another bakery, we will charge a modest fee for our team to cut and serve your cake.
