“Kelton from Marquee Artists was amazing! He was a communicative and active participant in the planning of the music and the announcements at my wedding on March 9. Kelton provided an extensive list of potential songs to play in a shared Google Document with columns for “play” and “do not play” which was great. Also, I was impressed that he attended the walk through of the Whittemore House a month prior to the wedding, asking pertinent questions of the Whittemore staff about the placement of various things and how best to provide the sound amplification that would be needed. He provided wireless mics which worked really well for the toasts. Kelton did a great job as the master of ceremony and his mix of the selected music was fun and fabulous. He had the crowd dancing, rocking to the music. Many of the older folks told me that they hadn’t danced in years but were having lots of fun doing so then. Having him on our wedding team instilled so much confidence in me, my daughter and new son-in-law, who is an amateur DJ. They were so taken by Kelton that, if possible, they would like to attend future events at which Kelton is the DJ!! I HIGHLY recommend him.”

The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. “For our wedding, we wanted music that would be both traditional and yet also unique. We had already engaged a DJ to provide dance music for the main dinner reception. But for the cocktail hour, which would take place outside on a large terrace with spectacular views, we needed something very special and elegant. Looking around, we were immediately taken with Andrea Levine Artists (a/k/a “Miss Musique”). Her and her team’s delightful approach - a captivating mix of both well-known classical works and instrumental renditions of favorite pop and rock selections - fit perfectly with everything we had envisioned. Andrea’s excellent ideas illuminated the vague concepts we had in mind, and her team executed that vision beautifully! Moreover, her and her team’s responsiveness and meticulous attention to detail were of enormous help. “Hiring DJ KDOT LIM (Kevin) was the best decision we made when going through the process of hiring our vendors. I am very particular about my music and it was a TOP priority that we worked with someone that understood our vibe, vision, and overall music selection for our big day. He was such a pro and knew what to ask for our venue's AV set up, music prep, and even attending rehearsal which was totally optional for him to join. Kevin understood everything from the timing of the music for the processional, and most importantly my big entrance down the aisle. When it was time to party, he spun all the tunes I requested and also went above and beyond to DJ the most FUN set ever!!! One of my highlights from the day was my husband and I dancing to one of our favorite house tracks that I didn't even request. He just had the perfect song queued up for the right time!!! I can't imagine what the day would have been without him. He had all our guests up and dancing including my parents and uncles and aunties. The vibes were immaculate!!! Above all, his personality is so kind and chill which is the kind of person you want to be working with for such a big life event. I cannot highly recommend him enough!”

Jeff is not only the BEST DJ by far, but he’s also an amazing person as well. From our first meeting, I knew picking him was going to be the best thing we ever did. He just *gets it*. He knew the vibes we wanted without much explanation, and knocked it out of the freaking park. His song mixes are iconic, he brings the energy, and he’ll have everyone dancing the whole night away. I want to get married again and/or have parties all the time just to hire Jeff again and again and again. BONUS is he loves hyping the brides up and you get to play surprise DJ.
