She was knowledgeable about the food and planning process.
On the day of the wedding, their service went far beyond just catering the reception. Samantha and her team were there early when we arrived, checking in with us, helping sort through décor, and getting the space ready. Her and her team went above and beyond by moving ceremony flowers into the reception space, managing the flow and timeline of the evening, coordinating with our other vendors, and even packing everything into our cars at the end of the night. Because of them, we truly did not have to worry about a single thing that day.
On top of the outstanding service, the food and drinks were fantastic. Our guests are still talking about how impressed they were with both the selection and the quality of the hors d’oeuvres and buffet items. We are still dreaming about the pasta primavera and tender and flavorful beef!
