Amazing food that gives back

JAM is the catering and event company for our upcoming wedding at Waterloo Village in Stanhope NJ. We were lucky enough to attend both an open house and tasting for our wedding in the past few months and have been consistently impressed with the coordination of the staff and quality of food. JAM focuses on farm to table food, much of it grown on site or sourced locally. The food we’ve tried has been far and above what you’d expect from a typical wedding venue! Even the vegetarian entrees, which are too often an afterthought at weddings, were unique, delicious, and substantial! Our venue at Waterloo is picturesque, on a historic site surrounded by forest and canals with a rich history. As a couple conscious of our own environmental impact and that of the wedding industry, a huge selling point for us is that a portion of our venue costs are donated back to the Waterloo historic site by JAM to help with preservation! We are so looking forward to hosting our wedding later this year with JAM!

Jam helped us through every stop of the wedding planning process. Not many catering companies have this all inclusive approach and give you a day of planner through the company. Our planner help us curate our menu, helped us plan for the the day, and helped with our decor. Very attentive and gave us plenty of tips and tricks as well!
