Great time!
Just had our wedding hosted by JAM at Waterloo Village in Stanhope NJ. Our planner Carolyn was extremely easy to work with and made the whole planning experience worry free, understood our vision and saw our wedding through from initial planning to cleanup seamlessly. The venue was gorgeous, the staff was friendly and professional, and I would recommend these people to anyone looking to have their event done right.

Our wedding was perfect. JAM did an incredible job and our coordinator at John James Audubon Center was out of this world. We had to go with our rain plan and you would have no idea we were doing a plan b with the incredible job they did. A few weeks later and we still get messages from guests about how it was one of their favorite weddings to attend (and how incredible the food was).

Beautiful Day- a few Callouts
My day was beautiful with Jeffery A Miller. Our wedding was at Aldie Mansion and our food was delicious. That being said, I do not feel like there is enough pricing transparency when it comes to the catering. The price that was disclosed to us for an off season month, with 125 people estimate, on a Saturday, came roughly 12k under on what we anticipated. You will also be nickled and dimed for every additional detail, from a high chair (which we did not request) to chargers, to table cloths. I would review invoices carefully, as we were charged for a high chair for a toddler, that was never even placed day of our wedding. Another benefit of having our wedding at Aldie Mansion was the option of having an after party after our reception. This was a great way to keep the party going. Although our dinner at reception was delicious, I did find the after party food to be a disappointment. We chose the Pretzels and Loaded Tater Tots bar. Our soft pretzels were from Philly Pretzel Factory, and delivered to our venue at 11 am, and then served at 10pm at night. They were stale by the team they were served. They were also never re-plated, so they remained on the plastic tray. For the price that you pay, I found that to be a bummer. I would recommend JAM, I just would anticipate much higher pricing than what you are originally quoted.

Superb Coordination & Catering at Audubon
We got married last year at the John James Audubon Center. The venue, the food, and Desiree’s coordination (our day-of coordinator who certainly went above that title) were phenomenal. From the tasting to the day of, she was in lock-step with our vision for our special day. It was clear JAM and Desiree ran a tight ship, which was everything we could have hoped for. Excellent catering and coordination!

From our first conversation with Jeffrey A. Miller Hospitality Group, we knew we had found our caterer. Their team was clear and responsive throughout the entire planning process, answering every question we had with accurate information. The tasting was absolutely delicious, and it gave us so much confidence in their ability to deliver on our wedding day. They truly exceeded our expectations at every step, and we can't wait to celebrate with them. The quality of their work is excellent, and their attention to detail shows they care about making your day special.
