Citizen Caravan was founded on the idea that coffee has a story to tell. It is more than a drink, more than a moment but an experience! It can slow time down, speed it up or spark deep conversation with a complete stranger. We love the coffeeshop culture, and bring that handcrafted experience right to you. We put love in every cup, labor over every handmade bar, and work closely with our favorite roasters to bring you the best product. Our fleet of bars are perfect for any venue and any type of event. We look forward to working with you on your next event. We currently offer Craft Espresso Bar Packages along with bar rentals.

We started this crazy journey back in 2014 as a short coffeeshop pop up. People loved the coffee, and the vibe so we continued hosting small run pop-ups. One day we came across a vintage camper for sale and thought "why not" rolled up their sleeves and demolished a 1972 Revella then built it from the ground up. This is the motto we follow for everything we create "Create from the ground up" we love to get crafty whether it is building a bar with our own hands or designing a new drink for a client, creativity is at the core. We bring our love of coffee, food, drinks, design, carpentry, and new ideas into everything we do.

Our Caravan or Boutique Bars can be hired for just about any event that you can dream up. Weddings, birthdays, corporate events, photoshoots, festivals, honestly we can go on and on. We currently offer specialty coffee, mocktails and some pastries and finger food options.
Two trained baristas / servers, service fridge, coffee cups + kiosk items (i.e. stirrers, sugar, lids,etc) Our bars will be decorated to compliment your event, this includes lighting, floral accents, signage, and any additional items available at our discretion. All staff will have on stylish attire. We take care of all the details so you can focus on making memories.
Our caravan is 7ft wide, 8'1" high and 15ft long (this includes the hitch). Please make sure your venue can accommodate our Caravan safely.
Yes sure do. Please check out our rentals page to view the bars, decor, and lawn games we have for rental or as an add-on to your bar service.
We are based in The Bronx (+ a warehouse in Hudson NY) and are road trip ready! Additional fees may apply based on location and travel distance.
Hek Yeah! We can offer tea and specialty coffee service at your event.
For most events all we need from you is access to power for our Caravan (We require 30amp-50amp access) We can also provide a generator for a rental fee of $200. We also ask that proper garbage disposal is available.
If the host cancels a booking, please note that all booking deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. We will provide you with our terms and conditions along with your quote. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our policies.

Our packages vary based on the event. Generally speaking most of our events fall into two blocks Half Day (4hrs) All Day (8hrs) Every event is very unique, so be sure to reach out to our team to go over the details of your occasion.
