So much fun working with these guys!
We had a blast with Rod Bell and his crew! They are super professional, polite, accommodating, and great with customer service. When I first called to inquire about hiring them, the woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helped me with any questions I had. They give super quick responses to emails and texts, their communication is excellent. Their emails are very professional, they give you invoices for every payment made, and different checklists with options you want for photography, videography, and dj set. I really appreciated how customizable everything is to fit your needs or wants as a bride. If you want to be very involved and have a very specific vision, you can pick any specific poses and moments you want captured by the photographer and videographer, you can make your own playlist with handpicked songs for the dj, and they have so many package options that you can add and remove things to your liking. If you're a more laid back bride or overwhelmed by the amount of decisions you have to make with different vendors (like myself) well they're great at handling that too! They email you checklists with many different photography poses and videography moments that you want captured and you can just check off what you want and not have to think about. On the day of my wedding I was hot and overwhelmed and I wanted the posed photos to be cut short and they did, no questions asked, and they got so many great candid photos that really captured the fun, energy, and love at the reception. Ron the photographer was so professional and on it and gave me great pose suggestions day of. He is super focused and took a lot of detailed notes during our meeting. King the videographer was great at setting up the multiple cameras for the ceremony and getting beautiful aerial shots of both venues on the drone. I was really pleased with Rod, you can tell he really cares about getting everything perfect for you and doing it the way you envision. He let me make my own playlist (they normally make it, you don't have to make your own playlist), he made sure to write down pronunciations of names for introductions (which he nailed perfectly) and he remembered to include the tribute to my late father before the father/daughter dance that I did with my father in law. He even wrote down time stamps for when to end songs so that the special dances didn't go on too too long. They also brought an extra emcee who was a great hype man. I really wanted people to have fun and dance and the emcee (forgive me, I can't remember his name) got people out on the dance floor and was dancing along with us, he was a blast. I got the package that included the photobooth with props and our guests really loved it and took so many funny shots, which you get a copy of included. This company gets at 10 out of 10 from me, they are very reasonably priced, have multiple packages that you can customize to fit your budget, and they are so much fun. Again, I want to reiterate how polite, friendly, and accommodating they are. Rod, Ron, and King are truly a delight to work with and have fun, positivity energy. I highly recommend Rod Bell DJ Services, without a doubt.

Truly Brought Our Vision to Life
We had an amazing experience with Rod Bell DJ Services! We met Rod at the Philadelphia Wedding Expo and loved how flexible and customizable everything was. We booked DJ, photography, videography, an engagement shoot, and a second photographer, and the team worked with us to make sure we also received all of our raw photos and videos. Our wedding included many meaningful traditions and special moments, including a Vietnamese tea ceremony, jumping the broom, the horah, lion dancers with live instruments transitioning into DJ music, and a reverse anniversary dance. We shared playlists, shot lists, inspiration photos, and video inspo, and DJ Rod and the team truly understood our vision and brought it to life perfectly. Huge shoutout to DJ Rod, Ron, Sharon, and King for all of their hard work, professionalism, and care throughout the entire day. Our guests had an amazing time, and we’ve received so many compliments on the music, photos, and videos. Rod Bell DJ Services was our music vendor for our wedding and they were awesome! From planning the playlist and vibe to the last minute changes on our end, they really accommodated everything we asked for. We asked for a diverse list of music genres and DJ Rod was able to mix all of our asks together perfectly. We also had some last minute changes that were very easily accommodated for us. Rod Bell DJ Services made our wedding day so much better. From the start, communicating with them via email was smooth and they got back to us right away whenever we needed something. When we had to reschedule our wedding due to weather, they didn't hesitate to work with us and adjusted their schedule without any complaints. On the day of, Rod and his team went with the flow, making accommodations to the schedule due to weather and late guest. They were flexible with our plans and made everything feel effortless, which meant we could actually enjoy our celebration instead of worrying about details. We'd absolutely hire them again for any event. If you're looking for a Photographer or Videographer that is professional, or a DJ that is easy to work with, Rod Bell DJ Services is the way to go.
