For couples who planned their own wedding but need a pro to manage the day. Includes: 8–10 hours of on-site management, Vendor communication & timeline execution, Ceremony + reception setup oversight, Bridal emergency kit & problem solving, Lead coordinator + assistant (for larger weddings)

    Choose Seamless I do’s!

    Hiring Bebe was possibly the single best decision we made when planning our wedding. Planning a wedding is as stressful as they say it is and having someone you can trust to take care of the little details is so important. As soon as we hired her and met with her for the first time, my stress levels dropped dramatically. She made sure everything went well and got us back on track whenever we had any hiccups throughout the day, which are bound to happen. She got everything done behind the scenes and made us focus on having fun with our wedding party and guests so we didn’t have to worry about logistics. She also advocated for us so that we didn’t have to deal with it when we had an issue with the caterer. Even before the wedding, she helped us navigate any issues that came up, which I thought was above and beyond for a Day of Coordinator. She was a key part of bringing to life everything that we had envisioned for our day. We HIGHLY recommend going with Seamless I Do’s!

    Highly recommended

    The reason I hired a day of coordinator was that one of my biggest fears for my wedding was not being able to enjoy it. I didn't want to be burdened with managing vendors and troubleshooting. I am soooo grateful I hired Bebe. She absolutely prevented this from happening. She was organized, efficient, and came with a plan. She wasn't afraid to be the bad guy but she did it in a way that was professional and respectful. Thanks Bebe!

    Strong Coordinator

    Seamless I Do's was an incredibly helpful, friendly and available wedding planning team that provided immense value to our special day. Bebe took a hands-on, professional approach, assisting with much of the venue setup and coordinating seamlessly with our various vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. Bebe kept the event running on time and in beautiful fashion. In the final two weeks leading up to the wedding in particular, Bebe did great work for us and played a large and important part in making our wedding day the best day of our lives.

We recommend booking as soon as you know your wedding date to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding season. However, we do accept last-minute bookings based on availability.
We will set a planning call to gather the details of your day. Once booked, a small retainer is required to secure your date.
