For Sasha, planning has always been about creating experiences that feel effortless, intentional, and uniquely personal. What began as a love for planning celebrations for family and friends evolved into Stars Align Events, where she brings that same care, creativity, and attention to detail to couples on some of life’s most meaningful occasions. A mom to twins and wife to her husband, Joe, Sasha understands the joy of bringing people together. With a background in education and a natural love for organization, she brings equal parts structure and heart to every celebration, allowing her couples to be fully present for the moments that matter most.
What sets Sasha apart is her ability to bring organization, precision, and thoughtful attention to detail into every part of the planning process. She believes the smallest details can make the biggest impact, carefully coordinating every timeline, vendor interaction, and design element to ensure nothing is overlooked. Her structured approach creates a seamless, stress-free experience while ensuring each couple’s vision is beautifully brought to life.

"It is not common to randomly meet someone and feel instant connection, security, and joy - especially when it comes to a wedding vendor. Roughly 2.5 months out from my wedding, I (the bride) was feeling very insecure and lost when it came to finalizing the details of my wedding. Then I met Sasha, the face behind Stars Align, and I knew she would be the perfect day-of-coordinator. From our initial screening call, Sasha made me feel so comfortable that I knew I needed to book her immediately. She helped me stay on track while always offering a helping hand, a shoulder to lean on, and a nonjudgmental ear when I needed to vent. Our wedding had a complex timeline, but with Sasha, we stayed on track and had a phenomenal event. There is no one quite like her, and I am grateful to have had her by my side! She's an amazing day-of-coordinator, planner, and honestly feels like the big sis any bride needs on her special day. Thank you, Sasha for all that you do and are!"

Super collaborative and organized
Working with Stars Align Events as a photographer was great. Sasha kept everything on schedule which made capturing the day so much easier. She communicated clearly prior to the event and stayed organized throughout the planning process. The Person You Want by Your Side on Your Big Day
There are people you hire because they’re good at what they do, and then there are people you feel genuinely lucky that your wedding brought into your life. Sasha is both. We truly can’t imagine our wedding day without her. We had a very specific vision for our wedding and a LOT of little details that mattered to us. We had a church ceremony followed by a second ceremony at our venue, traditional Ukrainian elements, specific music cues, special effects, and a very tight timeline connecting everything. Sasha’s communication leading up to the wedding was incredible. She spent so much time going through everything with us, helped us perfect our timeline, thought through logistics we hadn’t considered, and somehow remembered little things we had mentioned weeks earlier. No matter how particular we got about something, she never once made us feel like it was too much. If something mattered to us, it mattered to Sasha. By the wedding day, Sasha honestly knew our wedding better than we did. Our timeline was tight and things inevitably shifted, but she adapted to everything without putting any of that stress back on us. We never had to worry about what was happening next or whether all those little details and cues we had planned were actually going to happen. Everything came together beautifully, and we just got to enjoy being at our own wedding. She also did so much for us beyond coordinating the day. She helped with setup and breakdown, transported our traditional Ukrainian wedding breads and other important items, and stepped in whenever something needed to be done. She even captured some amazing little videos and moments for us throughout the day. Getting to sit together the next day and watch everything she captured was so special, and those are the kinds of things you really can’t put a price on. One of our favorite things is that everyone loved Sasha. Our families saw how much she was doing for us, our vendors genuinely loved working with her, and people kept noticing what a wonderful person she was. Even after the wedding, she was still just as excited with us, seeing our photos and reliving the day with us. You could tell that she genuinely cared, and that meant so much to us. We hired Sasha to coordinate our wedding, but walked away feeling incredibly lucky that our wedding brought her into our lives. We would choose her again a hundred times over!

Loved Working with Sasha
Working with Sasha at Stars Align Events was truly awesome and a great experience from our first phone call until the end of the wedding, and beyond. As a wedding videographer, I really appreciated how communicative she was leading up to the wedding and throughout the day. She strikes the perfect balance between being incredibly organized and on top of things, but having a relaxed, down-to-earth presence that puts everyone at ease. One moment that really stood out was when the bride had a last-minute issue with her dress. Sasha stepped in immediately, and with a cool head, had the problem solved before it could become a source of stress. Throughout the entire day, she was always present and attentive, making sure the couple and their families and other vendors had everything they needed. That's something I don't always see—some planners seem to disappear at key moments—but she was consistently available whenever someone needed her. But really, most of the time she was anticipating those needs before they even arose, so the whole day just felt like it was unfolding with ease. I hope to work with Sasha again and would highly recommend her to any couple looking for someone who's organized, dependable, friendly, and genuinely cares about creating a great experience. 11/10!

I couldn’t have done it without Sasha
Sasha was my full-service planner for my May 2026 wedding at Valley Regency in Clifton, NJ, and working with her was one of the best decisions I made for our day. When I started planning, I had no real vision - just scattered ideas, inspiration photos, and a serious case of being overwhelmed. Sasha cut through all of it. She helped us figure out not just what needed to happen and when, but what we wanted as a couple and what kind of wedding would actually reflect that. Somehow, she took all of our random ideas and made them feel intentional and cohesive in a way I never could have pulled off on my own. Her vendor sourcing and coordination were exceptional. She was present on every call, asked questions I wouldn’t have thought to ask, and stayed on top of every follow-up and logistic so I never had to. She brought that same energy to my bridal shower - seamlessly coordinating with my bridesmaids, family, and vendors to make the whole day feel effortless. On the wedding day itself, Sasha arrived before the Maître d’ and bridal assistants to make sure everything was in place. Within 2 minutes of putting on my dress I had a wardrobe malfunction and she handled it instantly like she had been doing this for years. Watching her move throughout the day so calmly and confidently was honestly so incredible. If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner, let this be your sign: do it! Sasha knew our wedding vision better than I did and made sure every detail of it came to life exactly as we had dreamed it. That kind of trust and peace of mind on the most important day of your life is truly priceless. I can’t recommend her enough.
