The dance floor was FULL all night long and as the bride, I couldn’t get off it. The way Joey transitioned from song to song got everyone so HYPE! I never wanted the party to end. Not only was the music amazing, but Joey was so easy to work with through the entire booking process, to planning out our music for the ceremony, first dances, and more. Joey was a breeze! “We had the pleasure of working with DJ Wong from MyDeejay. A quick review of MyDeejay: They were excellent to work with. They paired us with DJ Wong after we filled out a quick survey about the vibe we wanted for our wedding, and it was smooth sailing from there. It's clear from working DJ Wong that MyDeejay vets their DJs very well and ensures they're all professional and great to work with. Now for DJ Wong: He's got all of the main things you want in a vendor--professionalism, responsiveness, expertise, etc.), but he goes well above and beyond those standards. He provided ceremony music, background music, reception music, and uplighting, but that's just the starting point of everything he did for us. We were PICKY and we had A LOT of requests, and he accommodated them all flawlessly and eagerly. We requested he alter versions of some of our selected songs to adjust for timing, blending parts of songs together, and very particular transitions between songs. He made everything sound amazing! We had not 1, not 2, but FIVE choreographed dances throughout the evening, and he executed the timing of everything perfectly. The sound was incredible! In addition to that, because we were completely over-the-top for our wedding, DJ Wong so graciously and excitedly fulfilled our request to have KARAOKE at our reception. It was SO MUCH FUN!!! We had a very particular vibe in mind from our wedding--we wanted our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner to be classy and jazzy, and then for the reception dancing we wanted a mix of Pop anthems from the past 3 decades--DJ Wong understood the assignment perfectly! We were also at a very large venue and he had to provide sound across many different areas throughout the evening, but he came fully prepared and did an excellent job. We received so many compliments about the ambience for the entire evening, and we attribute that to him! On top of everything else, DJ Wong is an excellent MC and can read a room flawlessly. He kept the vibes up the entire evening, and struck the perfect balance of engaging with the audience and letting the music do the work. We are so grateful we had him for our special day!”

“DJ Steff was fantastic — we got compliments from guests of all ages all night. He was responsive, organized, and flexible; when we decided last-minute to skip the shoe game due to golden hour timing, he adapted without any fuss. The ability to submit must-play, play-if-possible, play-if-requested, and do-not-play lists separately was a great touch, along with the complimentary dance floor lighting and photo booth. Our guests raved about what a great DJ he was too. One of them even said “I want to get married again just so I can hire your DJ”. Highly recommend!”

“Eddie & Dave were awesome! They were our DJ and emcee for our wedding ceremony and reception on August 31. Eddie was easy to communicate with, and was there for us through the whole experience from beginning to end. The second it was dance time, they got the crowd up and out onto the dance floor in a heartbeat, and most didn’t leave the dance floor until the night was over. DJ was good, knew what songs to play, when to play them, and played the ones I wanted. And the emcee was awesome, funny & easily able to get people involved in whatever!! We also rented a Photo Booth through DJ Double E and it was a HUGE hit!! They’re awesome and I would totally book them again!”

“DJ Rick is very communicative vendor who made planning music and the reception timeline smooth and fun! We had a Lebanese and Dominican blended wedding with a complex reception entrance, but DJ Rick had made the entrance look EASY! He responds quickly to messages, tailors your mix your way and works with your preferences! He brought people onto the dance floor all night, especially in a crowd of introverts. He truly crafted us an amazing playlist with throwbacks that brought up great memories with my girls and family. Saroj James Hyoju, got into DJ industry upon walking into Latin club in Dallas, Texas in 2015. Coming from band background, he was surprised to see how people were moved by “Gasolina”, a reggaeton song. Observing how DJ was controlling the crowd’s energy while enjoying himself, this made him curious about club music genres, besides metal and rock. Following immediately, he hosted a Bring Your Own Beer (BYOB) house party, where 50 people showed up. A week later, he was invited to co-DJ at one of his friends’ wedding reception and rest is the history.

“Eclectic Entertainment was fantastic to work with for our wedding! After the initial phone call, they set up the entire timeline and music on a convenient online portal, which I really appreciated. The week before the wedding, I was able to speak directly with DJ Big George and our photographer JP to finalize all the details. DJ Big George was fabulous - he kept the music flowing smoothly and read the crowd perfectly, even though I didn't provide a detailed playlist. JP the photographer was fantastic! Had a great personality and always there to capture the important moments, like when my dress broke right before the ceremony and he offered tools to help the girls fix it! He spent extra time making sure we were posed well and I cannot wait to see the photos! Eclectic Events truly made our special day even more memorable.
