I got married on 05/23/25 and hiring Brittney as our wedding planner was hands down THE BEST DECISION we made during the entire wedding planning process. From our very first meeting, Brittney brought an incredible mix of professionalism, creativity, knowledge, and enthusiasm. Brittney truly listened to my partial vision that I had and somehow turned it into something even more magical than I imagined. Every detail — from the timeline, the vendor coordination, to the little surprise touches — was flawlessly executed. It felt like she was always five steps ahead, handling everything behind the scenes so we could relax and enjoy every moment. && Let me not mention the communication was phenomenal. Sis was always very responsive, I never had an issue here. On the big day, we didn’t have to worry about anything. I did not have an official decorator for my wedding, only a florist and SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB WITH DECORATING MY RECEPTION AREA. She also used walkie talkies on the day of to communicate with the wedding party and it worked out REALLY REALLY REALLY WELL. She gave us "get ready" reminders which was helpful and made the day move smoothly. Our timeline was seamless and she had EVERYTHING you needed for your BIG DAY in case you forgot anything. She also has her own inventory that you can rent items from which are A LOT cheaper than buying them. Depending on your package, you can use some items for free. OH and did I mention that her prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE for the value and service that you will receive. If you're looking for someone who is not only incredibly organized, a great communicator, talented but also genuinely kind, warm, and invested in making your day unforgettable, Brittney IS THAT GIRL!!! My husband and I are forever grateful for Brittney and we highly, highly recommend her!

Theresa was in charge of making things go smoothly and took care of any problem that happened . She kept anything upsetting from the bride. She also kept things moving in an orderly manner. We never wondered what we were suppose to do . She kept us on task and took care of everything as it came. We weren’t aware of her getting the grounds mowed and when time came and it wasn’t. She took care of it. She seemed like family by be the end of the two days. She was such a nice person and so good at what she does. She was supportive, and paid attention to every detail. She used her china and glassware at the reception and it was gorgeous . She took a plain room and made it look beautiful. My favorite thing she did was make sure the pictures went smoothly and quickly. There was no wasted time at all. There wasn’t one thing that would keep me from hiring her again. The wedding was perfect. She was great. She was smart and on top of things. I would give her the highest of ratings.

I have received over 1,000 images/videos in content, and still have even more coming! What’s crazy is half the time, we didn’t notice Katelyn there, but she still somehow captured every moment! I love that she wasn’t in our faces or constantly bothering us for photos/videos. This way, we were able to enjoy every aspect of our day! Katelyn truly embodied what being “behind the scenes” means! She was also always there when someone did want to ask for a photo, and always obliged, even when my mom was constantly asking her LOL. We got our raw footage back within 48 hours, and most of it after less than 24 hours. We are so grateful for Katelyn capturing all of our special moments!

Working with Bre was easily one of the best vendor choices we made while wedding planning. Our wedding ceremony became a kind of “pop-up” style event and Bre rolled with every decision and last minute detail we threw at her. With her day-of coordination package, we were able to have 2 pre wedding meetings and a rehearsal the day before. I went into the rehearsal feeling nervous about how things would go and left feeling so reassured and excited! The day of the wedding Bre checked in with me and made sure things were running smoothly. I felt so calm and confident walking up to the venue knowing Bre was in charge and bringing our vision to life! The whole day went beautifully and I know it’s because Bre was working her magic behind the scenes. She stayed until the last moment of clean up and made sure all our personal items and gifts made it home with us. Sabrina and Chelsea were a pleasure to work with since our very first call! After our intro call where we described our dream wedding, they gave us a list of recommended venues that was an immense help in our venue search. This was before we signed with them which I thought was very kind for them to do! They were very positive, friendly and patient with our many questions. We ended up doing the wedding management and tabletop design package. We worked closely with Sabrina throughout the planning and she is amazing! Always calm and reassuring that we were on track with planning. The team is super organized and also gave us planning tools like a checklist and budget tracker. Communication was always easy and I asked for monthly calls which helped a lot. The design process was fun and Sabrina was able to create our design plan based on our Pinterest board, as well as recommend vendors that fit our aesthetic. She even helped make our table signage! The day of went perfectly as planned and was absolutely beautiful! We were able to just show up without a worry! Our bridal party was also able to just enjoy the day since Lucky Day was handling everything. Sabrina and her assistant checked in with us throughout the wedding day and helped with my dress, shoes, and even had to go on the beach with us for photos. They set up all our extra decor and neatly packed everything at the end of the night so we didn’t forget anything. We had last minute changes to our schedule the week of and Sabrina was able to manage all our requests. We had our dream wedding come true and would highly recommend Lucky Day!

Where do I even begin? Liz is truly a one of a kind human being. I don’t think I could ever fully put into words how exceptional she is. Her warm, genuine personality, constant professionalism, and humble, grounded presence made every part of the planning process feel supported, organized, and despite my natural overthinking stress. We didn’t originally plan on hiring a wedding planner. But about nine months out, I quickly realized I needed help. Choosing Liz ended up being one of the best decisions we made. She guided us through every detail with ease and confidence. Not only did she help manage our entire wedding, but she also planned our honeymoon, which turned out to be beyond anything we ever could have imagined. One of our top activities in Aruba opened for reservations the day after our wedding, and Liz booked it immediately that morning to get us in. She booked all activities and restaurants for us. Anytime I had a question, which was often, she responded within minutes or simply called me. She made everything fun, approachable, and stress-free. She kept detailed tabs on every task and ensured nothing slipped through the cracks. Even when I had the majority of vendors and plans in place, she refined everything with such precision. She understood my personality and how overwhelmed I can get, even when things are technically “done,” and she guided me through everything with patience and grace. The week of the wedding, she checked in frequently. On the day of, she was phenomenal. Every detail was set up exactly how we envisioned it. Labeling bins and décor helped her and her assistant move seamlessly, and I’m so grateful because she executed our entire moody/vintage aesthetic vision flawlessly. Two days before the wedding, when I couldn’t find greenery anywhere, Liz made one or two calls and found it instantly. I’ll never forget when I urgently needed our honeymoon flight information for our rental car info and she literally pulled over on the highway to send it to me. That is who she is, someone who goes above and beyond in ways most people wouldn’t even consider. Her pricing is more than fair, and her service is worth every single penny. Whether you need full-service planning or just check-ins, she adapts to exactly what you need. I had most things planned, but still had countless details and small several questions lol. No matter how minor or silly they felt, she always responded with kindness and expertise. Our FaceTime meetings became a highlight of the planning process. Occasionally, her pups or her daughter would pop into the frame, making everything feel personal-not like a business transaction, but like talking to a friend who genuinely cared about us and our day. Liz is an amazing planner, but she is an even better human. Humble, compassionate, creative, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable, especially with florals. I made my own centerpieces, and with her guidance, they turned out exactly how I imagined. Russell and I are endlessly grateful she was part of our wedding. We honestly didn’t realize how much we needed Kim until she swooped in and took control. As organized people, we were well planned out, but the execution is another beast to tame. She was all over it from DJ to Photographer to unruly family. Her demeanor is a perfect balance of very kind and schoolyard warden. We are so grateful for her help and guidance. Don’t go into your event without her and be sorry.

Shobhit and I were referred to Sanjam through a mutual friend and after our first meeting we instantly knew she was the right person for us! Sanjam is passionate about what she does, she's professional, polite, responds quickly, and is very knowledgeable about the industry. We made a few last minute changes a couple of weeks before the wedding and without hesitation or concern, she was able to accommodate and pull everything together. Hive and co I don’t know where to begin telling how amazing they are!! They are effortlessly efficient and professional. Always patient and knowledgeable. If my daughter knew what she wanted it was done. If she needed advice or help, it was done. The flowers were beautiful and the family pictures were organized and went quickly so we could mingle with guests. There were hiccups but you would never know it because they are excellent problem solvers. I highly and whole- heartedly recommend this lovely company.

My name is Makenzie, a North Carolina native and UNC–Chapel Hill graduate with a love for creativity, organization, and meaningful moments. Wedding planning felt like a natural calling once I realized I could combine my love for celebrations with my knack for lists, spreadsheets, and problem-solving. I approach each couple like a trusted friend, creating a calm, supportive planning experience so you can truly enjoy your engagement and wedding day.

We had an amazing experience with Carolina Event Masters. We had Kenzie as our coordinator as well as two amazing assistants. We had a 7-month engagement and got married December 20, 2025 for a wedding in Henderson, NC with about 100 people in attendance. We found CEM through a NC brides Facebook page when we posted looking for day-of coordinators. CEM had several options for what level of support we needed and we went with the middle option - it comprised, in brief, day-of coordination and running the rehearsal, assistance finding a few vendors, and several planning meetings. The level of service we received was what I'd expect from a planner more than a coordinator. CEM wasn't there to show up the day-of and motion to the piano to start playing. They coordinated in advance every moment of the day to make sure it went smoothly and was exactly what we wanted. Not only did they get the contact info of all the vendors for emergencies, but they confirmed every policy and communicated with them in advance to make sure they knew what to expect. They toured the church and reception venue to make sure they were familiar with the spaces. Not only did they helped with what we asked about, but they asked questions to help us avoid making last-minute decisions or missing things that were important to us that we hadn't thought about. For ex., they asked about what we wanted to happen with the flowers after the reception. They also gave us advice based on their experience. For ex., recommending we list the table assignments by last name. The rehearsal was very professional and pleasant - they were very prompt and made sure to go through everything thoroughly. The day of the wedding they split up between church/reception venue. EVERYTHING was either on-time or early all day. They went above and beyond to help set up the reception - something we definitely didn't expect from a coordinator. Our reception venue had staff that set the tables etc., and we had a florist, but CEM reviewed everything, made sure the placecards/kids bags/high chiars were in the right place down to the chair, etc. They also were familiar with the type of photobooth we rented and they set it up entirely for us. All this set up and more was just way beyond what we expected and extremely helpful. We could tell they were invested in making everything beautiful and perfect. Sarah also took several beautiful photos for us - a complete surprise and very special treat. One of our favorite photos from the night was one she took of our first dance. This also gave us a sneak peak into what the reception looked like before anyone had arrived! (All attached photos are from her). We had an issue with our seating chart and they saved the day - long story short it was going to be delivered AFTER the wedding and we thought we were out of luck. I mentioned the issue to Kenzie and when I arrived from the church after the ceremony I saw the seating chart in the doorway before our entry! She had ordered it, picked it up, and set it up for us. I don't know how she did it, but she did, and it was so thoughtful and touching that she would put in that extra effort on top of everything they had on their plates. I could go on and on but I hope this reflects just some of what CEM did for our wedding and how thrilled we were with them. They are a lovely group of people. If we HAD to cut any cost or change any vendor, they would be last on the list. It was perfect.
