The barn and grounds rental generally runs from Friday at 10:00am thru Sunday 1:00pm. This provides ample time for decorating, rehearsal, on-site wedding and the reception. The reception area includes heat and air conditioning, separate women's & men's bathrooms both with multiple stalls and a separate ADA compliant bathroom. Also included are tables and white chairs for the ceremony and reception. We offer a cake display area, amber up lighting into the rafters and all lights can be dimmed. The outside area offers a 10' x 30' front stone patio and an attached 20' x 70' covered deck. Both of these entrances are wheelchair accessible. The deck also has tent sides that can be used to enclose the entire deck for inclement weather. We look forward to meeting with you and working to make your special day go perfectly.

The Brewster Inn is a fine dining establishment with several different dining rooms to accommodate both small and large parties. We are able to host private functions ranging from 20 – 50 people and wedding receptions up to 180 people. We also have 17 beautifully appointed guest rooms, five of which have breath-taking views of the lake.
