About this venue

With a passion for great wine, ethical farming, and hospitality, Barnstormer Winery was established in 2013 to embody these ideals. Located in a historic barn with roots stemming back to the early 1800′s, we have made significant renovations to preserve the integrity and atmosphere of this Seneca Lake gem while modernizing its aesthetic. We have a three acre “home farm” on the winery estate, along with rolling vineyards and rustic charm serving as the perfect backdrop to your elegant, low-key, casual. Our cozy barn provides a warm atmosphere to welcome guests to your special day, while our vast outdoor space houses a variety of possibilities for your ceremony and/or reception. Our vineyards provide a sense of tranquility and elegance, creating an ambiance that is distinctively romantic and celebratory. The combination of our romantic barn, lush grapevines, manicured gardens, and rural charm sets the stage for an unforgettable wedding experience. Casual, elegant, and stress-free.

End of June, July, August, September, October, and early November. With a particular emphasis on Fall. Fall in the Finger Lakes provides a magical atmosphere for your special day. However, unlike other venues we try our best to keep our prices consistent, regardless of the season.

January, February, March, April, and December. While winter and early spring in the Finger Lakes can be a cold one, our warm and inviting tasting room provides the perfect, cozy atmosphere for your celebration. A slower season in the tasting room also means we can provide additional, specialized attention to every detail of your day.

Unfortunately, no. The best perk of hosting your event at our winery is the myriad selection of award-winning wines at your disposal. We will work with your to taste through and hand-pick your menu of wines for the evening. We also offer sparkling wines for special toasts, as well as local beers and ciders for those who may not prefer wine as much as other guests!

We do! We have two spacious gravel parking lots, as well as a gras slot for overflow. We can easily accommodate your guests for the day.

Yes, but mainly at our indoor tasting room. Our barn is wheelchair accessible, which includes ramps at the main and side entrances and trained staff to assist those with special needs. Since we are a farm winery, our outdoor grass spaces can be a little more difficult to navigate for those who are not as able-bodied.
