Accommodate up to 250+ guests in the 4,400-square foot ballroom that includes a full, extended indoor and outdoor bar, a 23’ x 24’ dance floor and plenty of space for vendors or additional needs.

Modern, elegant ballroom with an exclusive outdoor patio overlooking Seneca Lake
Our modern ballroom, the Meritage Ballroom at Belhurst Castle, is fully surrounded by beautiful large windows with a spectacular view of the gardens and Seneca Lake. At 3,300-square feet, the room can accommodate up to 160 guests. It also has its own lobby area. Ceilings are approximately 14’ high, with wooden beams and chandeliers.

Belhurst Castle - Would highly recommend!
Our wedding weekend at Belhurst Castle was nothing short of magical. From the moment our guests arrived until the last shuttle departed, every detail exceeded our expectations. The rooms were absolutely beautiful—each one had its own charm and character, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how comfortable and unique their accommodations were. The castle itself is breathtaking, with stunning views of Seneca Lake that created the perfect backdrop for our wedding. What truly sets Belhurst apart, though, is its incredible staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making our weekend unforgettable. No request was too big or too small, and they always made us feel like we were their top priority. A very special thank you to Morgan and Sharon. They were absolutely amazing throughout the entire planning process and during the wedding weekend itself. Morgan ensured our rehearsal dinner was flawless, and Sharon worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure our wedding day ran seamlessly. Their organization, communication, and calm demeanor allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. We never had to worry because we knew we were in the best hands. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Belhurst Castle made the entire experience enjoyable. Every detail—from the ceremony to the reception—was executed perfectly.
