A Manor House Estate wedding allows you to create your custom dream wedding by choosing your own caterer, tent arrangement, décor, wedding planner and more! The house is 5,000+ sf with a large common foyer area, beautiful kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, wrap around interior balcony, a large deck overlooking the lake and much more. Site is adjacent and includes unobstructed lake-view, electric supply and ample parking. It is a 160’x50’ grass area that enables a wide variety of layout options.

    They make it all happen!

    Our wedding at Manor House Estate was truly everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we began planning through the end of the wedding weekend, Missy and Art went above and beyond to make us feel supported and cared for. Art even showed us The Factory on our initial tour which we ended up booking for some of the wedding party and used to get ready with the bridal party! The property itself is absolutely stunning. Every space felt intentional, beautiful, and incredibly well maintained, creating the perfect backdrop for each part of our celebration. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous the estate was and how seamlessly everything flowed from one event to the next. What stood out most was the team's hospitality (they also work with Timberstone Grill as their exclusive caterer who were great) and attention to detail. Planning a wedding involves countless moving pieces, and Manor House Estate made the process feel easy. They were communicative, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life with all of my many questions and special requests as an event planner. From early check ins to tenting our dinner of 185 guests, they made it all happen in the end for us. Looking back at our photos and memories, we're so grateful we chose Manor House Estate. We would recommend it wholeheartedly to any couple looking for a beautiful, thoughtful, and truly special place to get married.

    Manor House Estate Wedding

    The Manor House was the venue of our dreams! We wanted a venue that felt like a destination and getting to stay Thursday - Sunday made the weekend feel so special. We got to settle in and enjoy Keuka Lake and everything the manor had to offer before the wedding. Our guests and vendors couldn't stop talking about what an amazing view the venue provided and during the fall it's breathtaking with the foliage. The updated building they finished this year is INCREDIBLE, the bridal suite is absolutely amazing for getting ready day of and you really don't need many decorations as the space speaks for itself. Art and Missy were really flexible and accommodating and answered every text or email I sent immediately. They also recommended Timber Stone Grill as the caterer and they did an amazing job as well. We wouldn't be more thankful we choose this venue and would recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing experience.

    A tremendous venue with the most wonderful owners. Art and Melissa did everything in their power to ensure our wedding went smoothly. Couldn't reccomend them more if you are looking for a vedding venue with the most delectable views. Will cherish the memories forever.

The quality of their work and attention to detail was truly first-class. The on-site team went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the wedding day ran smoothly. The venue's location overlooking Keuka Lake provided a breathtaking backdrop that wedding guests are still raving about.     Absolutely Breathtaking!!!

    Art & Missy were truly a joy to work with!! They are just wonderful people!! The day before our wedding, there was a huge storm and they were there the entire day helping clean up under the tent to make it perfect for the big day! The house and views are breathtaking! What really drew us to choose Manor House though, was the length of time you got to spend there. For weddings, you have the place from Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning. The days leading up to the wedding will forever hold a special place in our hearts! Not once did we feel stressed getting everything ready for the big day! We truly love the Manor House! It is the perfect place to have your wedding and make memories that will last a lifetime for you, your friends, and loved ones!!

New York State Liquor Authority requires alcohol to be distributed by a licensed caterer. The Manor House Estate will be your Bar Caterer for the event
Yes, there is ample parking on site
Yes. The event location is located outside on flat ground with an adjacent area for handicap loading/unloading and parking.
We are a unique venue that allows full customization. We charge the event fee and all other fees are up to the bride and groom as they get to choose their own tent, tables, chairs, decor, music, caterer, portable restroom, etc. Event Fee is $5,000 and it is a requirement to rent the Manor House home for a minimum of 3 nights via any of the online portals in which it is listed...Airbnb, VRBO, Marriott Homes and Villas, etc. The items included in the Event Fee can be found within our Wedding Packet...inquire within.
You get the entire property for 3 nights with check-in at 4pm on the first night and check-out at 10am after the 3rd night. You are free to add as many nights as you'd like and, when possible, we will work with you to allow early access for set-up.
Site Fee is non-refundable. House Fee is refundable per 3rd party listing agent’s policy. Note, cancellation of the home will cause cancellation of the event.
Vaasa, our property management team, will reach out to you prior to your arrival for instructions.
Receptacles are provided on site for your use.
Yes, all sheets, pillowcases, blankets, body towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided.
The kitchen and baths all have starter rolls. Guests will need to bring additional paper products.
We at the Manor House Estate are big fans of pets. The pet policy, however, is stated as ‘inquire within’.
Of course! We encourage longer stays to enable time to enjoy your special weekend!
The entire property, including the home, is rented to one group at a time to include lodging.
Only all guests over this number are 2 years old and under. The Factory at Sable Estate is located roughly 2 miles away and works PERFECTLY in conjunction with a Manor House Estate wedding/lodging arrangement.  The property sleeps up to 18 and can be booked through one of our 3rd party platforms where it is listed…Airbnb, VRBO and Marriott Homes and Villas. Search 'The Factory at Sable Estate' on Airbnb for pictures, details and pricing.
Up to 16 lodging guests are allowed within the home. All event guests must remain in the event area of the property.
We always allow this when possible. Inquire within.
Not in the home. Smoking allowed on the grounds, but disposal of all cigarettes, cigars, etc. must be made in containers
Fireworks, Chinese Lanterns, etc.: Absolutely forbidden. Damage Deposit will not be refunded if these occur
Events can begin any time after 10am and must be limited to 6 hours. All events must end by 10:00 PM to comply with local noise ordinances. All guests not registered to stay in the Manor House must vacate the property by 10:30 PM.
Unfortunately, no campers are allowed.
Per the NYS Liquor Authority, all alcohol must be served with proper licensing. Manor House Estate provides the Bar Service of your choice. Request a Wedding Packet for more information.
It is highly recommended but certainly not required.
