“If I could give Zoe 100 stars, I would. We didn’t book the full-service package, and somehow she still showed up like she was planning a celebrity wedding. From day one, she was organized, creative, and unbelievably responsive. I could text, call, or email her at any time and she would respond quickly with thoughtful, thorough answers. During a season that can feel overwhelming, that kind of communication is everything. We planned a destination wedding in Hawaii on a tight budget, and Zoe made it feel effortless. She gave us vendor recommendations we never would have found on our own, was completely transparent about costs, and constantly helped us make smart decisions that elevated the experience without blowing our budget. She has a rare ability to design weddings that feel deeply personal and atmospheric, not “cookie-cutter” or Pinterest-copy, but actually reflective of you as a couple. “My wife, Lindsey, and I were blown away by Tabria and her assistant Rebecca! Tabria was our day-of coordinator, and made everything go so smoothly the entire time. It was the most beautiful, perfect day! No wedding is completely perfect, and we absolutely had our little mistakes here and there, to no fault of our own–just misplacing items and not being able to find certain ceremony items. Tabria was there for us 110% and still made sure everything went right! Somehow our glassware for the traditional “breaking of the glass” went missing, and she was able to find replacement glassware for us to use! I was having a small issue with the venue the morning of–our sound equipment had not been provided yet, and I thought that it was arriving a little later than expected, even though I was told it would be there at the time of set up. When it was getting closer and closer to the ceremony, and there was still no sound equipment, I asked for Tabria’s help. I was getting really stressed out and it was eating into my getting ready time. She was so, so helpful, and even gave me advice on how to approach talking to the venue manager about it once she arrived on site. I so appreciate her help–without it, I fear I would have completely lost my cool. I was also trying to help folks decorate and let them know where things go, but with the stress of this situation, I was really overwhelmed. She told me not to worry about things, took the reins, and everything was absolutely gorgeous when we walked out. One of my groomsmen had a terrible rip in his pants right before the ceremony started. We have no idea how it happened, but it was really bad. Thankfully, his suit jacket covered it for the ceremony, but he was obviously horrified and wanted to be able to take his jacket off. We later learned that Tabria sent her assistant, Rebecca, out on a mission to get him a new pair of pants! Our wedding venue was tucked away in Wine Country, in Newberg, and she had to drive at least 20-30 mins into town to find something for him, in his size, in the correct color. She came back with a new pair of pants and my groomsman was amazed and relieved! All in all, the schedule of events worked out exactly as we had planned it, and she was so lovely to work with. We could not have asked for a better coordinator! We cannot recommend Tabria enough! You can truly trust her!”

My wife and I have never felt more taken care of than our wedding day, and we have Amanda to thank for that. Everything went perfectly, from the ceremony all the way to the last dance, and we know Amanda’s hard work is the reason why. Every transition, event, and piece of the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. One of our favorite moments of the day was immediately after the ceremony, when my wife and I got to relax in a private portion of the venue for a few minutes. We were both overwhelmed with emotion and as soon as we went inside from the outdoor ceremony location, Amanda and her assistant were waiting for us with a drink and a few of the appetizers our caterer had prepared for our cocktail hour. We were immediately set at ease and given time to ourselves to just enjoy finally being married, relaxing into the joy of the day as we realized Amanda was going to take care of everything. From there we got to enjoy just feeling like celebrities on the best day of our lives, ushered from amazing moment to amazing moment.
