“Top Hat Entertainment was an excellent choice for our DJ services for our wedding! Mike and the team made it easy to figure out what we needed, were very responsive via email and phone, and made all the sound mixing flawless for our ceremony and reception, which was no easy feat as it was at two different locations. Our wedding planner said Top Hat was the only DJ she could recommend and noted that they were extremely professional, did not try to overtake the reception and party, and were easy to work with. We found that all to be the case. Their rates were reasonable for DJing services and we ended up also booking their magic mirror Photo Booth which our guests enjoyed and a projector to display a slideshow. It was nice to be able to customize the output of the Photo Booth to add our wedding logo and information. The projector and Photo Booth were more expensive than we would have liked especially compared to the DJ services but they both went flawlessly. Our DJ was the owner Mike, who we loved and would highly recommend. He was super friendly, wanted to answer any questions we had, had a questionnaire for us to fill out ahead of time to ensure he had everything he needed for the ceremony and reception. He had lavaliere microphones for our officiants, a standing microphone for speakers during the ceremony which made it easy to hear for our guests. He also connected with a musician we hired to amplify his music as well. For the reception, he did a great job emceeing the reception, transitioning between toasts and cake cutting and then did a wonderful job with the dance music and kept the dance floor lively and fun! Everything was smooth, professional, and flawless, which is exactly what we had hoped for! We’d highly recommend Mike and Top Hat Entertainment for your Vermont wedding!”

We used Bright Set for our wedding at Mountain View Grand in May 2026 and hired them for our DJ, photo booth, ceremony and reception audio, and piano music. From the very beginning, Cassandra was incredible to work with. We spent over a year planning together, and she was organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and always willing to hop on a call, answer questions, or help think through ideas. One thing that really stood out was how invested Cassandra was in making sure everything ran smoothly. She wasn't just someone behind the scenes coordinating logistics — she was actually onsite for our wedding day and felt like part of our team. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected fire alarm interruption immediately following our first dance that temporarily paused our reception and forced guests outside. Cassandra, alongside our day-of coordinator, immediately jumped into problem-solving mode. When we were finally able to return to the ballroom, she creatively had us reintroduced to "Fire Burning" by Sean Kingston, which turned a stressful situation into a funny and memorable moment that had everyone laughing. We were so grateful for her ability to stay calm, think quickly, and help keep the energy positive. DJ Dennis was fantastic and kept the dance floor packed all night. He did an amazing job reading the room and creating a fun atmosphere for guests of all ages. The photo booth was a huge hit as well. Guests loved the glow booth and the customized photo overlay, and we ended up with so many great keepsakes from the night. Entertainment-wise, everything was seamless. The ceremony audio, microphones, piano music, reception flow, DJ services, and photo booth were all executed beautifully. “BOOK. THIS. BAND. You will not regret it. We booked a solo violin for the ceremony, 3 piece jazz trio for cocktail hour, and a 7 piece band for the reception. Silver Arrow Band brought all the energy and more to our wedding. They followed our do's and don'ts perfectly and were great at reading the crowd. I am not exaggerating when I say that every single guest told us that Silver Arrow Band was the best wedding band they’ve ever seen. Guests were mad that they didn’t have them at their own wedding. “We knew Cover Story was the perfect choice for our wedding from our very first call with Chris. Chris and Elena made the entire planning process clear and easy from start to finish. Our ceremony guitarist learned our entrance songs and performed them beautifully. Our special dances were played from mp3 and were timed perfectly. Even though we honestly didn't give them much direction for timing, they just nailed it! And then the party! Our family and friends love to dance, and the band kept the energy high all night long. They even learned a couple of extra songs for us that sounded amazing. Their talent is honestly unreal. They definitely were supposed to take more breaks than they did, but they just kept playing, and even gave us an encore. After the wedding, we got to chat with some of the band members, and they were all so kind and genuinely cool people. “Alan C was easy and great to work with! We had a music range from Bad Bunny, Creed, The Killers and more! We shared with him a playlist of some of our favorite songs, a list of "do not play" whether they were styles of music, artists or specific songs and a "must play" list. His online forum was easy to navigate and use. We loved the uplighting and the audio guestbook (phone)!! Also I appreciate that he read and followed through with all the small notes we left for him (specifically we asked for father/daughter, mother/son and first dance to end after the chorus and not play the entire 3-4 minutes). Such a great time. We received so many compliments on our music and the dance floor was busy all night long! He was always very responsive and quick to work with any last minute changes (we had a rainy day).”

“Rocky’s energy was unmatched on our wedding day!! He was very easy to work with, a great blend of fun and professionalism. Rocky worked with us to go through songs/playlists we wanted to use (I was one of those people who made my own playlists and he happily used those during parts of our day). At the same time, Rocky’s ability to read the room & incorporate more songs was perfect! One moment that we loved was Rocky’s idea to play a “memorial song” for my husband’s late mother, since he couldn’t dance with her. It ended up being a wonderful moment, where our guests were able to remember her while vibing to the song! During the reception, the dance floor was a place that I didn’t want to leave as a bride!! Overall, Rocky was a fantastic DJ, whose energy radiated to our guests the entire night! We highly recommend Rocky for any event!!”

“You know you threw a good party when everyone can’t stop talking about the band! Vibrants energy is unmatched. My husband and I truly enjoyed our time with them from start to finish. They play once or twice a month in bars so you can go see them live! We made it a date night, and after the first time we saw them we knew it was an immediate yes! We booked them two years out and we couldn’t be happier. Justin was super helpful making sure our semi untraditional timeline worked, our more unique song choices got played- and that everything went according to plan. The band members work really well together - you can tell they enjoy playing and making music together. They not only got my guests out on the dance floor but themselves out there.
