We are so excited to have won Best of Zola three years running. We are a small, personalized mobile DJ business that entertains weddings all over New England. We work with you to design your reception using your preferences as a guide and our weddings are never cookie-cutter. In addition to DJ services, we can also supply fun portable Photo Booths, professional wireless uplighting, and unique Audio Guestbooks.

I believe what sets us apart is the planning that takes place before the wedding to ensure that the wedding is exactly what each couple wants. We don't go into any event with a plan of what's going to happen - instead we work with each couple to discuss every point of the reception and how it will be carried out. We then share this information with every other vendor that we will be working with so everyone is on the same page. It's the only way to ensure a successful reception.

    Justin was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout our whole wedding process! After dealing with multiple vendors for our wedding day, one thing that stuck out the most with Justin is that it was always personal interactions with him as opposed to dealing with an intake team and going through multiple meetings before finally meeting who we would be working with. We loved how this let us build a relationship with the person who was going to be quarterbacking our special night! All the way up to our wedding day he was amazing in his delivery methods of letting us know what information he needed from us without making us feel like our heads were being pushed further under water. On the big day he exceeded expectations and made us feel like we were in great hands which was awesome with all of the other stuff going on. Me and my wife showed up to the ceremony site with him all set up exactly as planned and just made us feel like we had one less thing to worry about as the day went on. The ceremony was exactly as we pictured and after that was when he really started to shine. Last minute change to the groomsman entry, no problem at all. Quick meeting with both parties as well as the bride and groom to explain entries was successful without even the slightest hiccup. Then came the part the crowd saw. He was great with the bridesmaid entrances and even better than I could have imagined with the groomsman entrances! We did a basketball style call out and if he ever gets tired of doing weddings he has a future in that because hearing our guests react like a crowd at a stadium was incredible! After their entrances he got everybody excited again for our entrance and controlled the crowd amazingly during dances and speeches making sure that everyone was aware of the moment and understood it was time to put their attention there. Throughout the night he had the dance floor active the whole time. Knowing what songs to keep the same vibe going and what to play to get people back out there when they had gone for a break or refreshments. All the way up to the last song he blew our expectations out of the water and we could not be happier with our choice to work with him. If your stuck between Justin and someone else and looking to flip a coin, write music on the move on both sides and be ready to be elated with your decision!

    Justin was the DJ for our wedding in Biddeford Pool, ME. It was an outdoor ceremony and reception in July. Justin was super professional from moment one, making us feel prepared every step of the way and prioritizing coordination with all of our other vendors to make things seamless. We gave Justin a lot of guidance on song selection, which he used - but he also added other music to the day and his own flair. SO many people commented on the music - selection, reading the room, and quality of sound. He was understated, but a strong guide for the room - which was our vibe - we are early 40's bride/groom. He was a great communicator in the months leading up to the wedding, and on the day of the wedding. His tech was perfect for the ceremony (mics, speakers, etc), as well as our cocktail hour, dinner, and then dancing. I can't say enough good things about him. THANKS JUSTIN!!!

    We had the pleasure of working with Justin for our wedding on 7/20/25. His communication was great leading up to the wedding. The planning process with him was seamless. Day of, he was awesome, delivered exactly as planned, and brought the best energy. I gave him a "must play" list for open dance floor, and he matched the vibe perfectly. We got many compliments from our guests about how awesome our DJ/MC was!

    Music on the Move was fantastic to work with for our wedding! John, our DJ, had clear and quick communication throughout the planning process, always responding promptly to our many requests. He was incredibly professional, punctual, and experienced, providing great advice and accommodating all of our song and playlist preferences. The dance floor was packed all night as John did an excellent job keeping the energy high and everyone having a blast. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ to make our special day so memorable!
