“We hired Rick for our September 2024 wedding, and he did a wonderful job! He kept guests on the dance floor all night long, and did a great job MCing our event and helping us orchestrate several performances. We planned special entrances for each member of the bridal party, a surprise choreographed dance, and multiple speeches which he handled with ease. He also brought great lighting and photobooth, which was a hit with the guests. His prices were very reasonable while still delivering high quality service. Rick was well organized and great to work with leading up to the event. We have no hesitation in recommending him to others!”

“Eclectic Entertainment was fantastic to work with for our wedding! After the initial phone call, they set up the entire timeline and music on a convenient online portal, which I really appreciated. The week before the wedding, I was able to speak directly with DJ Big George and our photographer JP to finalize all the details. DJ Big George was fabulous - he kept the music flowing smoothly and read the crowd perfectly, even though I didn't provide a detailed playlist. JP the photographer was fantastic! Had a great personality and always there to capture the important moments, like when my dress broke right before the ceremony and he offered tools to help the girls fix it! He spent extra time making sure we were posed well and I cannot wait to see the photos! Eclectic Events truly made our special day even more memorable. However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

This for us included baby photos displayed for our parent dances, custom logo displayed as well, a photobooth, and a superb violinist for our ceremony. “Ed was so helpful and easy to work with our entire wedding process, which was a breath of fresh air in a very busy season! My friend had him at her wedding a few years prior and highly recommended him, and I’m so glad we took her suggestion! Ed has a great DJ website where you can add all the songs you like, as well as which songs you don’t want to hear (which is very important for me). He then creates amazing mixes with the songs and knows how to keep the party going. I was really happy he was able to find our first dance song, which is from the 1940s and not easy to stream from just anywhere (thank you!!!). “For our wedding, we wanted music that would be both traditional and yet also unique. We had already engaged a DJ to provide dance music for the main dinner reception. But for the cocktail hour, which would take place outside on a large terrace with spectacular views, we needed something very special and elegant.
