I’ve been making pictures since I was 12. My parents gave me an ancient 35mm Konica Autoreflex camera, told me to get after it, and the rest, as they say, is history. My role as a photographer is to capture the rare, vulnerable, epic, extraordinary, and wonderfully ordinary moments of life, as well as the beautiful details in between. I strive to make images that come from the heart and will tell your story for years to come. Also, I might cry at your wedding. It happens.

Nostalgia drove me into photography at an early age - and lead me into my studies of photojournalism. We all innately know when we're at a critical juncture in our lives. For me, being able to authentically capture, to preserve those moments in a photograph is such a privilege.
