“John is an amazing DJ . Having him from the moment we chose him to the day of our wedding having the monthly check ins really helped make the process easier. One thing we really loved is he played all our request. He worked around our schedule, using video chat to finalize everything was great ! “The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

“Overall, we had a good experience with our DJ. He arrived on time, was professional throughout the evening, and kept our guests on the dance floor for most of the night. That said, I did spend a lot of time carefully selecting songs that were meaningful to us, and I was a little disappointed that many of those selections weren't played. Some of our requested songs were included, but I had hoped more of our playlist would be incorporated into the evening. The only other issue was that, just before our grand exit, he approached us to mention that he hadn't received enough food. We had paid for a vendor meal for him, so I wasn't sure what had happened, and it didn't feel like the best time to bring it up while we were in the middle of such a special moment. Despite those concerns, he was friendly, punctual, and our guests clearly enjoyed themselves. If having a lively dance floor is your top priority, he does a good job creating a fun atmosphere.”

“In today's world everything is extremely overpriced and service is terrible. My wedding was very stressful for me because of this. I did not have a DJ or a Photographer and honestly was considering just something small scale, until I talked to Ed from DJ Double E. I would give them 10 stars out 5. From the minute I talked to Ed it was a breath of fresh air from the million other outrageously priced DJ's. The price is unbeatable but that's not why I would recommend them. They are absolutely phenomenal and made my entire wedding. The music was perfect from ceremony to the last dance. They were so professional, so involved and so fun. We had a daytime (early) wedding. It is so challenging to get people up and have a good time at 12:30 in the afternoon, I was having meltdowns about it, they reassured me but had the entire place up and having fun. You didn't know if it was day or night. They helped us more than the attendants at the venue. Over 100 guests said how amazing they were. The pictures they took could not be any better. Any other DJ who had packages like this (photo booth etc...) were THOUSANDS, yes THOUSANDS, more!!! I really hate to admit but I'm not easily pleased however I would put my name on the line for DJ Double E after how they made my wedding. DJ Double E exceeded all my and my husband's expectations and -consider yourself lucky if you hire them for any event. I'll be calling them again!!!”

“BOOK. THIS. BAND. You will not regret it. We booked a solo violin for the ceremony, 3 piece jazz trio for cocktail hour, and a 7 piece band for the reception. Silver Arrow Band brought all the energy and more to our wedding. They followed our do's and don'ts perfectly and were great at reading the crowd. I am not exaggerating when I say that every single guest told us that Silver Arrow Band was the best wedding band they’ve ever seen. Guests were mad that they didn’t have them at their own wedding. “Booking DJ Ore was one of the best calls we made for our wedding. From our first phone call to the last song at 1am, he was on top of everything — quick to respond, organized, and genuinely invested in getting our day right. We got married at a camp in the Catskills with the ceremony out in the woods, which meant some tricky logistics: separate sound for the ceremony in the trees, load-in with the venue staff, a timeline that kept shifting on him. Ore handled all of it and we never had to think about any of it. The music was unreal, and he kept the dance floor packed the entire night. Our guests basically refused to leave it, and we honestly lost count of how many people came up to us throughout the night to say how good the music and the DJ were. The thing I'll always remember, though, is how he made space for my Tío to play. My Tío sang and played guitar, and Ore made sure he had everything he needed to do it right. He and Chris brought so much energy and just knew how to keep the room going. If you want a DJ who's professional, easy to talk to, and cares about your day, book him.
